Research on the Loop Deformation of Flat Silk Knitted Fabric Made from Parallel Spun Silk/ramie Core Yarn

This paper analyzes the causes of loop deformation of flat silk knitted fabric made from parallel spun silk/ramie core yarn. Through the measurement and analysis on the loop deformation of various samples, it is concluded that the problem herein mentioned would be improved to a certain extent by changing the fabric density or mixknitting from yarn with different direction of twist.     

小口径圆筒形纬平针织物线圈形态的几何分析

小口径圆筒形纬平针织物作为人工气管、血管外支架等医用支架在医疗领域得到了应用,而支架的表面几何形态及其孔隙率是临床使用中考虑的一个重要因素.将小口径圆筒形纬平针织物的一个线圈分为8个部分,对其线圈形态进行分析,给出了线圈横向和纵向变形达到极限时的几何特征,推导了表面孔隙率的计算公式.并针对一个给定的小口径圆筒形纬平针织物进行了计算,得出了各几何参数之间的关系.     

Preparation Process and Mechanical Properties of PLA/PCL Intravascular Stent

A hand-made biodegradable intravascular stent with zig- zag structure has been developed, which made from polylactic acid （ PLA ） braided thread and poly-eaprolactone （ PCL ） tube. This paper showed the preparation process of the PLA braded thread and stent, and discussed the heat setting process of the stents. The sixteen groups of stents were made for the heat setting experiments, discussing two factors on four levels. Radial compression behavior of stents was tested by plate compression method. The result showed that both the heat setting temperature and time had significant effects on stent compression strength. The compression recovery rate was mainly affected by heat setting temperature. The optimized heat setting condition should be 90-100℃ for 45 rain.

针织物缝针穿刺阻力的分析和实验探讨

本文用示踪纤维的方法,观察和分析了缝制针织物时针织线圈的变形和受损概率.通过研制缝针测力传感器,动态测定针织物缝针穿刺阻力及实验统计分析,得出缝针穿刺阻力与针织物容针空间密切相关,与缝针截面大小呈显著的线性正比关系的结论.     

羊毛纬平针织物抗起毛起球整理与性能

选用一种低温环保型水性丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,对羊毛纬平针织物进行了抗起毛起球的整理,研究了整理剂质量浓度、浴比、时间、温度4个因子对羊毛纬平针织物整理效果的影响.根据正交实验得出较优工艺参数为:整理剂质量浓度30g/L、浴比1:35、温度50℃、时间30min.经该工艺整理后可提高羊毛纬平针织物的抗起毛起球性能和织物强力.     

基于静电纺丝法制备PPDO纳米纤维膜的影响参数

为进一步拓宽聚对二氧环己酮(poly(para-dioxanone),PPDO)在医学领域的应用面,采用静电纺丝法制备PPDO纳米纤维膜.在PPDO纺丝液中加入质量分数为0.1％的十二烷基硫酸钠以提高其可纺性,并通过单因素及正交试验确定最优纺丝参数.借助扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪及多功能生物纺织品强力仪对PP...     

皮芯结构的纤维基组织工程肌腱支架的制备及性能研究

以聚乙交酯(polyglycolide,PGA)纤维和聚丙交酯(polylactide,PLA)纤维为原料,采用小口径针织技术制备了一种具有皮芯结构的新型纤维基组织工程肌腱支架.对支架的体外降解行为及细胞在支架上的黏附情况进行了研究.研究表明,支架的整个降解过程分为“强力下降期”、“质量损失期”、“准稳定期”三个阶段,细胞在支架的皮层和芯层上均黏附较好,而且分泌了大量的细胞外基质.     

A New Measurement System for Static and Dynamic Clothing Pressure

This study aims to develop a system and measurement method for investigating the static and dynamic pressure behavior of compression products.The self-designed measurement system,named "cloth-press" ( LLY-56B).is a direct measurement method,which is based on a rigid hemisphere with three pressure sensors distributed on its surface.The static pressure is measured at predetermined press depth,and the dynamic pressure is measured under the processing of fabric 3D deformation.The pressure distributions at the basic three sites are accepted as the measurement results.The measurement results provide much information in the field of compression fabric assesment,and the measurement system can be used in scientic research institutes and factories,contributing to optimize process parameters and quality control of compression garment.     

Influence Factors on the Moisture Transmission of the Pure Polypropylene Knitted Fabrics

This paper analyses the principle of wicking effect of the polypropylene filament yarn. By means of theoretical and experimental analysis, some factors affecting the moisture transmission of the pure polypropylene knitted fabrics are discussed.
