Removal of Surface Oligomers from Polyester Fiber by an Ul-trasonic / Alkali System

The removal of surface oligomers from polyester fiber was investigated by an Ultrasonic / Alkali System. Effects of concentration of alkali, temperature, time and ultrasonic frequency were discussed. It was found tbat Ultrasonic / Alkali System could decrease remarkably surface oligomers content of polyester fiber dyed by HIP without influencing the dyeing properties of the fiber.     

Effect of Eco-finishing on Naturally Colored Cotton

This paper studies desizing and polishing of naturallycolored cotton with different enzyme. The reactivityof cellulases was measured. The percentage ofdecrement, bulkiness and color difference of fabricsboth before and after eco-finishing were tested. Thereasons were analyzed. The results indicates that thedesizing of amylase can be applied on naturally     

吡啶季铵盐对直接和活性染料染色棉织物的抗菌整理

采用4-氨基-十二烷基氯化吡啶(ALPC)、4-苯酰氨基-1-十二烷基溴化吡啶(BADPB)、4-(1-萘酰)氨基-十二烷基溴化吡啶(NADPB)3种季铵盐,用于经过染色或未染色的棉织物抗菌整理,对染料和吡啶季铵盐分子之间的作用力以及吡啶盐在染色织物上吸附量的影响因素进行了讨论.季铵盐与染色棉纤维上的磺酸基可形成离子键,与未染色的棉织物相比,该离子键可提高季铵盐在棉纤维上的吸附率与抗菌性采用AATCC 61-2005洗涤试验法,测试整理后棉织物的抗菌洗涤耐久性.     

羧甲基淀粉溶液透明度研究

研究了合成工艺条件、溶液的pH值和电解质等对教甲基玉米淀粉透明度的影响，结果表明在一定范围内，乙醇与水的混合溶剂中水含量越高，越有利于反应试荆对淀粉颗粒渗透，醚化反应越均匀，透明度越高；取代度越高，透明度越好；醚化反应的均匀性是透明度的决定因素；在较低温下的长时间反应，CMS透明度好于高温反应。CMS水溶液透明度在中性和碱性介质中变化不大，在弱酸性介质中，透明度先上升，然后随着酸性增大而下降；氯化钠对CMS水溶液透明度无太大影响；钙离子导致CMS水溶液透明度降低。     

Synthesis of Ecofriendly Self - crosslinking Adhesive and Its Application in Pigment Printing

Glycidyl acrylate was synthesized successfully utilizing phase - transfer catalyst and was applied to emulsion polymerization of acrylates as the crosslinking agent. Combined with other two kinds of crosslinking agents, a new type of ecofriendly self - crosslinking adhesive was prepared . Factors affecting the preparation such as reaction temperature, initiator, eniulsifiers, reaction time and so on were studied comprehensively. Properties in relation to pigment printing of the prepared adhesives were also tested and compared with two kinds of commercial adhesives that have been widely applied in printing industry.

对门限自回归模型在给定阶数、门限及延迟参数的假定下，继讨论了其参数估计的强相容性后，本文进一步得到了此估计的强收敛速度。     

新型防泳移剂AM—l03的性能及应用研究

本文简要地分析了影响染料泳移的因素。对所研制的新型防泳移剂AM—103的性能和应用进行了研究,并与国外几种防泳移剂进行了对比。防泳移剂AM—103对分散和还原染料等防泳移效果好,加工的织物光洁,颜色透芯度好,可显著减少色差,对大多数分散和还原染料染色织物的K/S值明显增大,在连续染色过程中未出现粘滚筒现象。
