基于复合功能块的制造单元控制系统

为了使制造单元控制系统具有开放性、互操作性和可重构性等特性,以IEC61499功能块标准为基础,提出了适应实时动态重构的通用VMD复合功能块模型,并以其为核心构建了基于复合功能块的混合控制体系结构.在此基础上,结合IEC61499功能块标准,提出了基于Web Services和MMS的控制软件体系结构,采用面向对象的统一建模语言对系统进行了设计.通过开发和测试原型系统,验证了设计方法的可行性,并证实了基于复合功能块开发的控制系统具有低复杂性、动态重构性和可重用性等特点.     

考虑多资源约束的非等效并行机节能调度算法

针对瓶颈工序光刻过程中考虑能源消耗、多类型多数量的掩膜资源、换模等约束的非等效并行机调度问题,进行了改进型免疫克隆选择算法的调度方法研究.首先对问题域进行描述,以最小化总加权完成时间与能源消耗量为优化目标,建立了数学模型;在此基础上提出了一种带精英策略的多目标免疫克隆选择算法,该算法融合了非支配排序遗传算法的排序规则,并引入深度邻域搜索算子、种群更新算子以提高算法搜索性能及挖掘性能.最后,对算法进行仿真实验,结果表明该算法是有效的、可行的.     

Manufacturing Communication： DCOM-MMS-based Approach for Flexible Manufacturing System

A design approach of manufacturing communication is presented for flexible manufacturing system in this paper. The primary objective aims at making the flexible manufacturing ,control system provided with interoperability and reconfigurability. Based on describing manufacturing message specification （MMS） and distributed component object model （DCOM）, a client/server manufacturing communication model is built with MMS standard and DCOM middleware, and the communication interfaces between MMS client and MMS server are designed with Microsoft interface definition language （MIDL） and abstract syntax notation one （ASN. 1） of MMS services. As a result, DCOM and MMS integration leads to such client/ server communication capabilities independent of different operating systems and manufacturing devices in flexible manufacturing automation environment. Finally, to verify the new design approach, a prototype system of robot control system has been implemented in MS 2000 Server/Professional Operating System and VC ＋ ＋ 6.0 Developer Environments.

考虑多约束的MOJ调度问题

统筹考虑晶圆加工过程中的多品种、p-s-d(past-sequence-dependent)换模时间及衰退效应等约束特征,以总加权提前/拖期惩罚成本最小为优化目标,建立了单机MOJ(multiple orders per job)调度数学规划模型.在此基础上,对决策变量进行分离,提出具有双层嵌套编码机制的改进型遗传蚁群调度算法.该算法将遗传算法融合到动态自适应蚁群算法的每一次迭代过程中,并为有效提高算法的收敛性能,引入ATCS(apparent tardiness cost with setups)修正准则.最后,仿真实验结果表明,该算法是有效、可行的.     

OHT搬运系统防阻塞调度策略

为有效解决300 mm半导体晶圆制造工厂搬运系统整合式布局运行过程中的阻塞现象,提高搬运系统的运行效率,构建了OHT(高空提升运输)搬运系统防阻塞调度策略.首先,充分考虑OHT搬运系统中各搬运设备之间的相互影响,以搬运完工时间最小为优化目标,建立数学模型.然后,提出无等待轨道设计(NWL)和基于检测点的空车运行策略(CBCP)避免装卸点阻塞.结合第K短路径法和时间约束集概念,构建OHT搬运系统防阻塞策略(VCAP),并将其运用于OHT搬运系统的具体调度,设计OHT搬运系统防阻塞调度方法.最后进行仿真实验及对比分析,结果表明本文提出的防阻塞调度策略是有效可行的.     

集成生产与预防性维护的流水线车间调度算法

为使机器的可利用率最大化,建立了机器预防性维护的优化周期模型.为同时考虑生产调度与预防性维护调度,以最小Makespan为调度优化目标,提出了一种结合优化预防性维护周期模型的集成启发式调度算法.仿真结果表明,集成启发式算法对流水型车间进行生产与预防性维护调度是有效的和实用的.     

TMC公司平衡装配线生产节拍研究

以TMC公司组装生产线为研究对象,运用模特法及秒表测时法测定了流水线各工位的作业时间,找出了影响流水线生产能力的瓶颈工位;依据ECRS(取消、合并、重排、简化)和动作经济原则改善了该流水线的节拍,包括对相关工位作业内容的重新分配、对生产流程进行重新布局.新方案的实施使该组装线生产能力提高了38.59%.     

XML-based Framework of Parametric Design for Typical Parts

Parametric design of typical parts holds a very important position during process of product designs. In order to develop a parametric design system of typical parts compatible with heterogeneous CAD systems, this paper presents a framework of a network-oriented design system of typical parts, enabled by eXtensible Markup Language （XML）, capable of providing parametric design. Firstly, an overview of the framework is presented. In order to map the part feature hierarchy tree of 3D model into an XML tree, an XML-based part template is introduced. The methods of XML-based parametric design and parametric design navigation are described. Finally, an application example of prototype system under the Pro/Engineer platform is given. The application indicates that the proposed framework is valid for parametric design of typical parts/components in heterogeneous CAD systems.
