Research on Need-satisfying Differences of Employees in West China Enterprises

The turnover of talents in West China enterprises seriously hinders their development. Therefore, the establishment of scientific human resource system is rather important. On the basis of survey to some West China enterprises, this paper analyzes the needs of employees, discovers that there are differences between the need hierarchy of these employees and the classic need theories, and studies the changes in need hierarchy and need strength among different employee groups.

The Offline Program Profile Lining and Cutting Robot System

The paper introduces a new type of cutting system: the Offline Program Profile Lining and Cutting Robot System (OPPLCRS). The system adopts the offline program technology without teaching. The system can measure and compensate every profile's deformation automatically, so it is suit to process any batch of profiles, and the order of processing different profiles can be arranged at will. The OPPLCRS, firstly appearing in China, will have wide application in profile cutting fields.

Bergman kernel function on Hua construction of the fourth type

This paper introduces the Hua construction and presents the holomorphic automorphism group of the Hua construction of the fourth type.Utilizing the Bergman kernel function,under the condition of holomorphie automorphism and the standard complete or- thonormal system of the semi-Reinhardt domain,the infinite series form of the Bergman kernel function is derived.By applying the prop- erties of polynomial andΓfunctions,various identification relations of the aforementioned form are developed and the explicit formula of the Bergman kernel function for the Hua construction of the fourth type is obtained,which suggest that many of the previously-reported results are only the special cases of our findings.

Cloning of GF14 Gene from the Bulbs of Fritillaria crrishoa

GF14 widely occurs in plant species functioning as a regulatory protein in cell signal transdution,including monoamine synthesis,exocytosis and cell cycle regulation.A partial sequence,413bp in length,is cloned from the bulbs of F.crrihosa by means of RT-CPR technique.Sequence alignment with the BLAST program shows that it is highly similar to GF14 gene.A new full-length cDNA,1133bp,is obtained by RACE techniques,It contains a major open reading frame of 262 amino acids,5‘ and 3‘untranslated regions and a long Poly(A) tail,Sequence analysis of deduced GF14 protein from F.crrihosa indicates several conserved motifs of GF14 protiens are also found in sequence of GF14 protein of F.crrihosa.
