Biocompatibility of Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr alloy with rabbit blood   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this study, in vitro blood biocompatibility of Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr (JDBM) alloy was investigated to determine its suitability as a degradable medical biomaterial. Blood biocompatibility was assessed by blood cell aggregation, platelet adhesion, and protein adsorption. A titanium alloy was used as control. The results showed that the JDBM alloy did not induce significant blood cell aggregation, platelet adhesion, and protein adsorption comparison with the titanium alloy (P>0.05). Our data indicate that the JDBM alloy has excellent in vitro blood compatibility, and thus can be considered as a potential degradable biomaterial for medical applications with respect to hemocompatibility.  相似文献

This paper puts forward a communication programming method between robot and external computer based on RPC (Remote Produce Call) communication method, which realizes robot distributed controlling network system model. And a new Robot off line programming method is built based on this communication method and network model. The preparation of a new mineral composite material, calcium carbonate particles coated with titanium dioxide, was studied. The mechanism of the preparation process was proposed. The new mineral composite material was made by the mechanoehemieal method under the optimum condition that the mass ratio of calcium carbonate particles to titanium dioxide was 6.5:3.5. The mass ratios of two different types of titanium dioxide (anatase to rutile) and grinding media to grinded materials were 8:2 and 4:1 respectively, and the modified density was 60%. Under this condition, the new material was capable of forming after 120-min modification. The hiding power and oil absorption of this new material were 29.12 g/m2 and 23.30%, respectively. The results show that the modification is based on surface hydroxylation. After coating with titanium dioxide, the hiding power of calcium carbonate can be improved greatly. The new mineral composite materials can be used as the substitute for titanium dioxide.  相似文献

A great deal of research and practical production indicated that a perfect shape control system needs a precise prediction model of roll wear. According to the practical wear curve of work roll in Angang ASP1700 hot strip mill, which was measured by a roll-profilemeter, the model of wear curve caused by one single strip was established. The prediction of work-roll wear was achieved by combining Fortran language and practical technology parameters. The calculated results agreed well with the measured.  相似文献

The stacking fault energies of Ti-46Al-8.5Nb-0.2W alloy at 298 K and 1273 K were determined. The principle for the determination of the stacking fault energies is based on the fact that the stacking fault energy and the elastic interaction energy acting on the dissociated partial dislocations are equal. After the compress deformations with the strain of 0.2% at 298 K and 1273 K, and water quench to maintain the dislocation structures deformed at 1273 K, the dissociation distances between two partial dislocations were determined by weak beam transmission electron microscopy (WBTEM) technique. Based on these dissociation distances and the corresponding calculation method, the stacking fault energies were determined to be 77-81 mJ/m2 at 298 K and to be 57-60mJ/m2 at 1273 K respectively.  相似文献

In order to study the effect of fused spinel on the properties of phosphoric acid bonded high alumina castables, samples with different contents of fused spinel were prepared. The results show that when the contents of the fused spinel are between 8% and 16% (mass fraction), the castables have good properties. The castables overcome the shortages of the phosphoric acid bonded high alumina castables with bauxite cement as a hardening promoter. The experiments demonstrate that most of the service properties of the castables with fused spinel are better than those of the normal phosphoric acid bonded castables which use bauxite cement as a hardening promoter. The examination of the materials indicates that free MgO inclusions in the spinel powder can promote the hardening of the castables.  相似文献

Fe-Cr-Mn(W, V) austenite steels used as low radioactive structural materials in fusion reactor have been investigated. The resultsshow that the high temperature strength and the creep fracture life of Fe-Cr-Mn(W, V) steels can be effectively improved through (C+N) complex-strengthening, so can be the high temperature ductility. The strength and ductility of the steels are superior to that of SUS316 steels and JPCAS below 673K. The relationship between strength, ductility andthe formation temperature is related to the evolution of deformation microstructure. The fracture and microstructure observation above 673Kindicates that the main way to further improve ductility at high temperature is the control of carbide coarsening at the grain boundaries.  相似文献

To understand the effect of alloy stoichiometry on the microstructural development and mechanical behavior of γ-TiAl-based materials, it is necessary to have a determination of the phase relationships for the TiAl alloy system near the γ phase field. Cast structures and phases of Ti-(43-47)Al-8Nb-(1-2)Mn (at%) alloys have been studied by using scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. Their solidification path and microstructure development during the solidification were analyzed. The experimental results show that the alloys with different Al contents form different macrostructures and microstructural morphologies. This indi-cates that the solidification paths are different with different Al contents. The alloy with 43Al forms equiaxed grain structure, and the solidification path is as follows:L→L+β→β→α+β→α+β cores→α2+γ+B2 cores. Whereas the alloy with 47Al forms colum-nar grain structure, and the solidification path is as follows:L→L+β→α+β+L→α+γ+β cores→tXj+γ+BZ cores. The p phase is their primary solid phase and can be retained to ambient temperature. The alloy with 43Al solidifies completely into β phase. The peritectic reactions L+P→α and L+α→γ appear when the Al content increases to 47Al.  相似文献
