集成光学——理论和工艺学

本书为施普林格出版社出版的《物理学先进教材丛书》中的一卷。这套丛书包含物理学流行和广泛关注的多种专题，也包含对现代物理学研究前沿的介绍。本书介绍光电子学器件及其在集成光学和纤维光学系统中的应用，特别强调这些应用中的物理学及相关的数学等。本书初版于1982年，分别在1984年、1991年和1995年出版第2、3、4版。本书为2002年出版的第5版。     

针刀治疗颈椎病的临床评价研究

目的与针刺方法比较,对采用针刀疗法治疗颈椎病进行临床评价.方法采用多种中心临床随机对照(RCT)试验方法,将针刀治疗组与针刺对照组进行比较.结果北京军区252医院针刀组有效率为92.1%,针刺组有效率为19.4%,经统计学分析,P＜0.001,具有显著差异.武警北京总队第二医院针刀组有效率为91.7%,针刺组有效率为27.8%,经统计学分析,P＜0.001,具有显著差异.解放军海军总医院针刀组有效率为90.2%,针刺组有效率为38.2%,经统计学分析,P＜0.001,具有显著差异.多中心临床试验定量合并用Meta分析,结果得出针刀组与针刺组的治疗效果具有显著差异.结论针刀组治疗颈椎病与针刺组相比,其治疗效果有显著差异.     

The crystal-like anatomical uniformity of the striate cortex

The visual field is topographically mapped onto the primary visual cortex (V1), forming a retinotopic map which is far more detailed for the foveal regions than for the periphery. We found that receptive field (RF) size in monkey V1 increases with eccentricity, and that a 1—2 m² V1 region contains roughly a complete set of machinery necessary to analyze a visual-field area whose size is about that of the RFs of the cells. This allows V1 to be anatomically uniform, and is in sharp contrast with the retina.     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.

建材检测微机控制系统中特征值的提取算法

简要介绍了建材检测微机控制系统的结构及控制过程.详细介绍了建材检测微机控制系统压力控制曲线中去干扰及提取压力最大值的算法的设计及实现过程.根据干扰曲线突变的特点,采用了固定斜率阈值法和连续可调斜率阈值法去除干扰.分析了两种算法的不同特点及适用性.给出了该算法在VisualC 6 0集成开发环境下的流程图及应用结果.该算法已应用到建材检测过程中,取得了良好的效果.     

GIS-Based Mapping and Zonation of Landslide Hazards in Xiaojiang Valley of Southwestern China

Through the field survey, previous researches and interpretation of aerial photos, a landslide information database of Xiaojiang Valley, Yurman Province was set up based on the remote sensing (RS) and geographic information system (GIS) technologies. In the paper, a quantitative model for the landslide hazard assessment and zoning was presented,in which the potential energy could be obtained on basis of thorough analysis of the potential sliding volume, distance and direction of the landslide body. Taking landslide potential energy as the index of the hazard severity zonation, the study area was divided into severe, heavy, medium and light hazard zones.
