In this paper, the authors investigate the existence of solutions of impulsive boundary value problems for Sturm-Liouville type differential inclusions which admit non-convex-valued multifunctions on right hand side. Two results under weaker conditions are presented. The composition demixing effect has been found often in alloy coatings deposited by cathodic arc ion plating using various alloy cathode targets. The characteristics of composition demixing phenomena were summarized. Beginning with the ionization zone near the surface of the cathode target, a physical model in terms of the ions generated in the ionization zone and their movement in the plating room modified by bias electric field was proposed. Based on the concept of electric charge state, the simulation calculation of the composition demixing effect was carried out. The percentage of atoms of an element in coating and from the alloy target was demonstrated by direct comparison. The influences of the composition change of the alloy target and the bias electric field on the composition demixing effect were discussed in detail. It is also proposed that the average charge states of the elements may be used to calculate the composition demixing effect and to design the composition of the alloy target.  相似文献

The liquid structure of pure iron at 1540, 1560 and 1580℃ was studied by X-ray diffraction. The results show that near the melting point there is a medium-range order structure that fades away with the increasing temperature. The average nearest distance of atoms is almost independent of the melts temperature, but the average coordination number, the atom cluster size and the atom number in an atom cluster all decrease with the increasing temperature of the melt. Near the melting point there area lot of atom clusters in the pure iron melt. The atom cluster of pure iron has the body-centered cubic lattices, which are kept from the solid state. And the body-centered cubic lattices connect into network by occupying a same edge. The atoms in the surrounding of the atom clusters are arranged disorderly.  相似文献

Diamond reinforced copper (Cu/diamond) composites were prepared by pressure infiltration for their application in thermal management where both high thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) are important. They were characterized by the microstructure and thermal properties as a function of boron content, which is used for matrix-alloying to increase the interfacial bonding between the diamond and copper. The obtained composites show high thermal conductivity (>660 W/(m·K)) and low CET (<7.4×10-6 K-1) due to the formation of the B13C2 layer at the diamond-copper interface, which greatly strengthens the interfacial bonding. Thermal property measurements indicate that in the Cu-B/diamond composites, the thermal conductivity and the CTE show a different variation trend as a function of boron content, which is attributed to the thickness and distribution of the interfacial carbide layer. The CTE behavior of the present composites can be well described by Kerner’s model, especially for the composites with 0.5wt% B.  相似文献

TiAl has been joined employing the transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding with Ti combined with Cu, Ni or Fe foils. Experimental results showed that though the interface structures of the joints are quite different, all the joined zones are composed of five sublayers, i.e. two diffusion zones, two interfacial zones and an interlayer. It has been convinced that the formation process of the transient liquid phase controls the diffusion behavior of melting point depressant (MPD) Cu, Ni, and Fe atoms, which leads to form different interface structures of the joints.  相似文献

Methoxyl poly (ethylene glycol) (mPEG-OH) was successfully grafted onto branched polyethyleneimine (hy-PEI) to yield a water soluble graft copolymer mPEG-g-PEI. This copolymer may package superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) by ligand exchange. The SPIO weight percentage in the polymer coated nanoparticles was determined to be 55%, the size and zeta potential of nanoparticles was 50 nm and 12 mV respectively. Antibody fixation onto the complex (mPEI-g-PEG-SPIO) surface layer was achieved by activated single chain monoclonal antibody against prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA). Our study showed that the single chain antibody functionalized nanoprobe (scAbpscA-PEI-g-PEG-SPIO) with a small size can specifically enter the prostate cancer cells, decreasing MRI T2-weighted signal intensity of prostate cancer cells to 44.76%, Our results revealed that the potential of this magnetic nanoparticulate system promised as a novel MRI nanoprobe for early diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCa).  相似文献
