The rigorous solutions of the stationary Schr?dinger equation for hydrogen atom are solved with the wave-mechanics method within the framework of the quantum phase-space representation established by Torres-Vega and Frederick. The “Fourier-like” projection transformations of wave function from the phase space to position and momentum spaces are extended to three-dimensional systems. The eigenfunctions in general position and momentum spaces could be obtained through the transformations from eigenfunction in the phase space. 相似文献

We have devised a high-throughput functional cloning method to isolate cDNAs from Phytophthora boehmeriae of which the products elicit a hypersensitive response (HR) in tobacco. The cDNAs were cloned into a binary potato virus X (PVX)-based expression vector and transformed into Agrobacterium tumefeciens (Mog101). 4100 colonies were individually toothpick-inoculated onto leaflets of Nicotiana benthamiana. 12 cDNAs were identified whose expression induced formation of a necrotic lesion around the inoculation site. 7 of these clones have different sequences. One of these clones PBC43 encodes specific elicitin. Clone PBC163 encodes a protein highly homologous to Rab; PBC241 en-codes a prohibitin protein; PBN62 encodes a Heat Shock Protein 60 (HSP60). The other five cDNAs reveal no homology to known protein and are thus considered novel. These observations suggest that this functional screening method is a versatile strategy to identify cDNAs of pathogens that encode elicitors and other HR-inducing proteins. 相似文献

To understand the genetic basis that underlies the phenotypic divergence between human and non- human primates, we screened a total of 7176 protein-coding genes expressed in the human brain and compared them with the chimpanzee orthologs to identify genes that show evidence of rapid evolution in the human lineage. Our results showed that the nonsynonymous/synonymous substitution (Ka/Ks) ratio for genes expressed in the brain of human and chimpanzee is 0.3854, suggesting that the brain-expressed genes are under functional constraint. The X-linked human brain-expressed genes evolved more rapidly than autosomal ones. We further dissected the molecular evolutionary patterns of 34 candidate genes by sequencing representative primate species to identify lineage-specific adaptive evolution. Fifteen out of the 34 candidate genes showed evidence of positive Darwinian selection in human and/or chimpanzee lineages. These genes are predicted to play diverse functional roles in em- bryonic development, spermatogenesis and male fertility, signal transduction, sensory nociception, and neural function. This study together with others demonstrated the usefulness and power of phy- logenetic comparison of multiple closely related species in detecting lineage-specific adaptive evolu- tion, and the identification of the positively selected brain-expressed genes may add new knowledge to the understanding of molecular mechanism of human origin. 相似文献

The Eu, Tb co-doped SiO2 matrix tricolor fluorescence system was prepared by sol-gel technique. Red emission at 618 nm, green emission at 543 nm and blue emission at 350-500 nm were observed in the PL spectra of the sample, indicating that Eu^3+, Eu^2+ and Tb^3+ ions coexisted in the matrix. In the co-doped sample, the blue emission of Eu^2+ was much stronger than that of the sample single doped with Eu, which implied that the electron transfer between Eu^3+ and Tb^3+ maybe happened in the SiO2 matrix. The influences of the annealing temperature and Tb concentration on the PL spectra of the samples were investigated. The optimal doped concentration of Tb was determined to be 0.2% and the optimal annealing temperature 850℃. Annealed at 600℃, Tb^3+ had a sensitizing effect on Eu^3+ in the SiO2 matrix, and the emission intensity of Eu^3+ in the Eu, Tb co-doped sample was more than four times that of the single doped sample, which could be attributed to the energy transfer from Tb^3+ to Eu^3+. 相似文献

Magnetic FePt nanodot arrays are promising candidates for making quantum magnetic recording disk. Here we introduce a hybrid method of FePt nanodot array fabrication through nanosphere lithography. 油田远程监控系统可以实时采集油井的各项专业数据并分析显示抽油机井的工作状态.该系统的硬件部分负责采集油井的各项实时数据并将这些信息经无线网络发送给具有固定IP地址的监控中心,监控中心的服务器端软件将采集回来的数据解析到数据库,同时分析油井所处的各种状态.监控系统的客户端软件将服务器端分析出的数据以用户需要的方式组合并显示.本文给出基于VC开发环境下的油田远程监控系统的设计与实现. 相似文献

Many commercial database systems maintain histograms to summarize the contents of relations and permit the efficient estimation of query result sizes and the access plan cost. In spatial database systems, most spatial query predicates are consisted of topological relationships between spatial objects, and it is very important to estimate the selectivity of those predicates for spatial query optimizer. In this paper, we propose a selectivity estimation scheme for spatial topological predicates based on the multidimensional histogram and the transformation scheme. Proposed scheme applies two-partition strategy on transformed object space to generate spatial histogram and estimates the selectivity of topological predicates based on the topological characteristics of the transformed space. Proposed scheme provides a way for estimating the selectivity without too much memory space usage and additional I/Os in most spatial query optimizers. 相似文献

Lithium-ion batteries, with high energy density(up to 705 Wh/L) and power density(up to 10,000 W/L), exhibit high capacity and great working performance. As rechargeable batteries, lithium-ion batteries serve as power sources in various application systems. Temperature, as a critical factor, significantly impacts on the performance of lithium-ion batteries and also limits the application of lithium-ion batteries. Moreover, different temperature conditions result in different adverse effects. Accurate measurement of temperature inside lithiumion batteries and understanding the temperature effects are important for the proper battery management. In this review, we discuss the effects of temperature to lithium-ion batteries at both low and high temperature ranges.The current approaches in monitoring the internal temperature of lithium-ion batteries via both contact and contactless processes are also discussed in the review. 相似文献

There is currently intense interest in the use of nanoparticles for a wide range of biomedical and technological applications. In this paper, the hierarchical Co doped ZnO nanoflowers were synthesized by a facile wet chemical method and explored as biosensing material. The as-modified novel hydrogen peroxide sensor exhibited a wide linear range(0.25–20 mM), highly reproducible response(R.S.D. of 2.7%) and long-term stability. The doping Co~(2+)ions carried out the oxidations rapidly and efficiently for the catalysis of hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2). A high activity toward H_2O_2 in the presence of ascorbic acid(AA) and NaNO_2, which are only common for natural enzymes, has also been demonstrated. The good analytical performance, low cost and straightforward preparation method makes this doped semiconductor promising for a wide range of potential applications in medicine, biotechnology and environmental chemistry. 相似文献
