Pure mineral flotation experiments, zeta potential testing, and infrared spectroscopy were employed to investigate the interfacial reactions of oleic acid (collector), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS, synergist), and rhodochrosite in an anionic system. The pure mineral test shows that oleic acid has a strong ability to collect products on rhodochrosite. Under neutral to moderately alkaline conditions, low temperature (e.g., 10℃) adversely affects the flotation performance of oleic acid; the addition of SDBS significantly improves the dispersion and solubility of oleic acid, enhancing its collecting ability and flotation recovery. The zeta potential test shows that rhodochrosite interacts with oleic acid and SDBS, resulting in a more negative zeta potential and the co-adsorption of the collector and synergist at the mineral surface. Infrared spectroscopy demonstrated that when oleic acid and SDBS are used as a mixed collector, oleates along with -COO- and -COOH functional groups are formed on the mineral surface, indicating chemical adsorption on rhodochrosite. The results demonstrate that oleic acid and SDBS co-adsorb chemically on the surface of rhodochrosite, thereby improving the flotation performance of the collector.  相似文献

The flow curves of an ultra-high nitrogen austenitic steel containing niobium (Nb) and vanadium (V) were obtained by hot compression deformation at temperatures ranging from 1000℃ to 1200℃ and strain rates ranging from 0.001 s-1 to 10 s-1. The mechanical behavior during hot deformation was discussed on the basis of flow curves and hot processing maps. The microstructures were analyzed via scanning electron microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction. The relationship between deformation conditions and grain size after dynamic recrystallization was obtained. The results show that the flow stress and peak strain both increase with decreasing temperature and increasing strain rate. The hot deformation activation energy is approximately 631 kJ/mol, and a hot deformation equation is proposed. (Nb,V)N precipitates with either round, square, or irregular shapes are observed at the grain boundaries and in the matrix after deformation. According to the discussion, the hot working should be processed in the temperature range of 1050℃ to 1150℃ and in the strain rate range of 0.01 to 1 s-1.  相似文献

Two new 2-substituted thiazolidine-4(R)-carboxylic acids (TCAs), 2-glusosaminal-TCA (GIcNH2Cys) and 2-N-acetyl-glueosanlinal-TCA (GlcNAeCys), were synthesized. Their protective effects against liver toxicity induced by acetaminophen (APAP) were investigated in a mice model. The resuits demonstrate that administration of TCAs ( i. p. , 800 mg/kg) 30 min after APAP challenge efficiently decrease ALF, AST, and LDH levels in liver. GlcNAcCys shows the best proteetive eftects, decreasing ALT, AST and LDH levels to 63%, 18.4% and 37% of the APAP group respectively. Comparison with the control showed that APAP greatly decreases total sulfhydlyl (T-SH) levels (43%), non-protein hound sulfhydryl (NP-SH) levels (50%) and total antioxidative capabilities (57%) in the liver 24 hr after challenge. TCAs treatments 30min after APAP challenge significantly elevate sulfhydryl levels and total antioxidative capabilities. APAP administration also markedly (P 〈 0.05) increases liver lipid peroxidation to 1.65 and 1.17 times that of the control 4 hr and 24 hr after APAP administration respectively. TCAs treatments can inhibit lipid peroxidation as measured by decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in liver. The histopathological results also further confirm the hepatoprotective effects of TCAs. In conclusion, our data show that TCAs, GleNAcCys particularly, have hepatoprotective anti antioxidant etfects.  相似文献

The structural design, analysis and experimental verification of a novel planar parallel robot that includes parallelogram linkages are reported in this paper. A design methodology combining finite element analysis (FEA) and flexible dynamics is employed in the analysis. The appropriate natural frequencies of robot throughout workspaee are predicted, and the effects of payload, flexibility of joints, cross section and orientations of robot on the natural frequency are analyzed by simulation. Extensive structural vibration experiments with the completed manipulator confirm the predicted structural vibration characteristics throughout the workspace. The experiment also proves the robot's performance under a fuzzy self-tuning PI controller.  相似文献

Based on the production practice of medium carbon thin slabs in the CSP plant, the reasons and influencing factors for the formation of longitudinal cracks were investigated, and some industrial measures were taken to eliminate the cracks. The results show that the efficient solutions to reduce longitudinal cracks are improving the performance of the mold powder, stabilizing the mold heat flux, and maintaining a proper taper of the mold during casting. Proper pouring temperature and secondary cooling also play important roles in preventing longitudinal surface cracks.  相似文献

Because of the high requirement of quality, vile working environment and great difficulty of automatic welding, MMA is usually adopted for the welding of the platform jacket and the pile pipe all over the world, which is one of the choke points influencing construction with low efficiency and hard working. In this article, an up to date technology for platform pile pipes welding is introduced. Core with FCW-S and combining with the character and requirement of platform construction, the special automatic horizontal welding equipment and process are developed. Membranes of polypropylene (PP), PP coated with nano-Al2O3, PP electrospun with polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene (PVdF-HFP), and trilayer laminates of polypropylene-polyethylene-polypropylene (PP/PE/PP) were comparatively studied. Their physical properties were characterized by means of thermal shrinkage test, liquid electrolyte uptake, and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Results show that, for the different membranes as PP, PP coated with nano-Al2O3, PP electrospun with PVdF-HFP, and PP/PE/PP, the thermal shrinkages are 14%, 6%, 12.6%, and 13.3%, while the liquid electrolyte uptakes are 110%, 150%, 217%, and 129%, respectively. In addition, the effects on the performance of lithium-ion batteries (LiFePO4 and LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 as the cathode material) were investigated by AC impedance and galvanostatic charge/discharge test. It is found that PP coated with Al2O3 and PP electrospun with PVdF-HFP can effectively increase the wettability between the cathode material and liquid electrolyte, and therefore reduce the charge transfer resistance, which improves the capacity retention and battery performance.  相似文献

Al-6.5Si-42Zn and Al-6.5Si-42Zn-0.09Sr filler metals were used for brazing 6061 aluminum alloy. Air cooling and water cooling were applied after brazing. Si phase morphologies in the brazing alloy and the brazed joints were investigated. It was found that zinc in the Al-Si filler metals could reduce the formation of eutectic Al-Si phase and lower the brazing temperature at about 520℃. Adding 0.09wt% Sr element into the Al-6.5Si-42Zn alloy caused α-Al phase refinement and transformed acicular Si phase into the finely fiber-like. After water cooling, Zn element dissolved into the Al-Si eutectic area, and η-Zn phase disappeared in the brazed joints. Tensile strength testing results showed that the Sr-modified filler metal could enhance the strength of the brazed joints by 13% than Al-12Si, while water-cooling further improved the strength at 144 MPa.  相似文献
