Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway is the first newly-built passenger dedicated line with operating speed of 350 km/h in our country. During design,new ideas of bridge construction were carried out to ensure the requirements of safety,comfort and stability of the train under high-speed condition. At the same time,concepts of environmental adaptability,service to transportation and comprehensive benefits were observed. On the whole line,long-bridge schemes were adopted and the most advanced technologies of unballasted track were utilized on bridges,the length of which accounts for 87.7 % of the total line. The success of design and construction of the bridges on this rail has accumulated valuable experience for high-speed railway construction on a large scale in the future,and made it a marking,demonstrating,and model project to follow.  相似文献

Referring to research on the Heterogeneous Network(Het-Net) application scenario and technique characters in IMT-Advanced(The 4th Generation Mobile Communications) cellular system,this paper provides further analysis on main technique aspects of Heterogeneous Network,discussion on interference issue due to multi-layer building by access points and their corresponding solutions from standardization and engineering implementation. The proposed solution can effectively solve the interference problem in IMT-advanced Het-Net,and also improves the networking performance dramatically for future mobile communication systems.  相似文献

PdCu catalysts play a key role in several hydrogen-involved processes. Among these reactions, the interaction of hydrogen with PdCu essentially determines the catalytic performance. However, the response of PdCu to surrounding hydrogen has been poorly investigated, especially for specific facets of PdCu at different environment. In this work, taking temperature and hydrogen pressure into account, we studied the hydrogen-surface interactions for four low-index surfaces of PdCu through first-principles calculations. It was found that H-PdCu adsorption strong relies on the facets, hydrogen coverage, and reaction environment (temperature and H-pressure). Our work highlights the importance of the environment on the nature of catalyst surfaces and reactions and offers a plausible way to investigate the interactions between gas and the surfaces of nanocatalysts in real reactions.  相似文献

The effect of vanadium carbide (VC) on the grain size of commercial pure aluminum was experimentally investigated by varying the content of VC, the holding time, and casting temperature. The refining efficiencies of VC and Al5Ti1B were also compared. The refined samples of commercial pure aluminum were examined using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results suggest that VC is a good refiner of commercial pure aluminum. The addition of only 0.3wt% VC can decrease the grain size of aluminum to 102 μm, whereas the casting temperature and holding time have little effect on the grain size. The refining efficiency of VC is better than that of Al5Ti1B. The VC particles in molten aluminum act as nuclei and the grain refinement of aluminum alloys by VC particles is achieved via heterogeneous nucleation.  相似文献

The co-reduction roasting and grinding magne -tic separation of seaside titanomagnetite and blast furnace dust was investigated with and without fluorite addition at a reduction roasting temperature of 1250℃ for 60 min, a grinding fineness of -43 μm accounting for 69.02wt% of the total, and a low-intensity magnetic field strength of 151 kA/m. The mineral composition, microstructure, and state of the roasted products were analyzed, and the concentrations of CO and CO2 were analyzed in the co-reduction roasting. Better results were achieved with a small fluorite dosage (≤ 4wt%) in the process of co-reduction. In addition, F- was found to reduce the melting point and viscosity of the slag phase because of the high content of aluminate and silicate minerals in the blast furnace dust. The low moisture content of the blast furnace dust and calcic minerals inhibited the hydrolysis of CaF2 and the loss of F-. Compared with the blast furnace dust from Chengdeng, the blast furnace dusts from Jiugang and Jinxin inhibited the diffusion of F- when used as reducing agents, leading to weaker effects of fluorite.  相似文献

Mg5Al2.4Zr1.7O12 metastable phase was successfully synthesized from analytical-grade MgO, α-Al2O3, MgAl2O4, and ZrO2 under an N2 atmosphere. The sintering temperature was varied from 1650 to 1780℃, and the highest amount of Mg5Al2.4Zr1.7O12 appeared in the composite material when the sintering temperature was 1760℃. According to our research of the formation mechanism of Mg5Al2.4Zr1.7O12, the formation and growth of MgAl2O4 dominated when the temperature was not higher than 1650℃. When the temperature was higher than 1650℃, MgO and ZrO2 tended to diffuse into MgAl2O4 and the Mg5Al2.4Zr1.7O12 solid solution was formed. When the temperature reached 1760℃, the formation of Mg5Al2.4Zr1.7O12 was completed. The effect of MgAl2O4 spinel crystals was also studied, and their introduction into the composite material promoted the formation and growth of Mg5Al2.4Zr1.7O12. A highly dispersed MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 composite material was prepared through the decomposition of the Mg5Al2.4Zr1.7O12 metastable phase. The as-prepared composite material showed improved overall physical properties because of the good dispersion of MgO, MgAl2O4, and ZrO2 phases.  相似文献

NiP-SiC (≈1 1wt% P) composite coatings were electroplated in a Brenner type plating bath. The coatings had amorphous nano-phase composite structure. Direct current and alternating current electrochemical tests were carried out on such coatings in a 3.5wt% solution of NaCl to evaluate their corrosion resistance. The potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests, and exposure experiments all show that the corrosion resistance of NiP-SiC coatings first increases and then decreases when the SiC content increases, but the corrosion resistance of NiP-SiC composite coating is better than that of amorphous NiP coatings.  相似文献
