冷拉复合材料铜—铌导线微观界面的研究

依据咸水湖的成因及工业锅炉通过排污以保持盐平衡的原理,提出了一种将咸水湖大部分水面改造为淡水湖的方案,其关键在于为咸水湖创造一个出口,以排出过多的盐分,从而逐渐淡化咸水湖,最终使其水质达到淡水湖的标准.文中进行了数学推导,提出了分割湖面,闸门开设位置等的原则;并讨论了咸水湖淡化的速度问题给出了湖水含盐量在淡化过程中与时间t及其它相关量的数学模型.本方案不需淡化装置,不耗费能源.     

通过远缘杂交将鸭茅状摩擦禾DNA片段导入普通小麦基因组的分子证据

报道了小麦与鸭茅状摩擦禾杂交后代的分子生物学分析结果。利用ＲＡＰＤ技术在３４０个随机引物中筛选出２个引物,它们在杂交后代稳定株系中扩增出父本鸭茅状摩擦禾所具有的特异条带。在分子水平上证明了鸭茅状摩擦禾ＤＮＡ可通过有性杂交方式整合到小麦基因组中。随后的ＲＦＬＰ分析进一步证实了这一结论。论证了利用小麦与鸭茅状摩擦禾有性杂交的方法向小麦基因组转移鸭茅状摩擦禾ＤＮＡ在育种实践及理论研究方面的意义和潜力。
