In this paper,we analyze the relation between farmers‘ schooling and their net income and yield per capita by systemic and scientific method,concluding that improving farmers‘ educational level may increase their net income.

A role—Based Fuzzy Assignment Model

It's very important to dynamically assign the tasks to corresponding actors in workflow management system, especially in complex applications. This improves the flexibility of workflow systems. In this paper, a role-based workflow model with fuzzy optimized intelligent assignment is proposed and applied in the investment management system. Contractor Prequalification Based on Neural Networks

Contractor Prequalification involves the screening of contractors by a project owner, according to a given set of criteria, in order to determine their competence to perform the work if awarded the construction contract. This paper introduces the capabilities of neural networks in solving problems related to contractor prequalification. The neural network systems for contractor prequalification has an input vector of 8 components and an output vector of 1 component. The output vector represents whether a contractor is qualified or not qualified to submit a bid on a project.     

ON EVALUATING THE RUN LENGTH PROPERTIES OF X^— CHARTS WITH ESTIMATED CONTROL LIM

X＾－ charts with estimated coutrol limits are commonly used in practice and treated as if the in-control process parameters were known.However,the former can behave quite differently from the latter.To understand the differences,it is necessary to study the run length distribution(RLD),its mean(ARL)and standard deviation(SDRL) of the X^- charts when the control limits are estimated.However,ARL and SDRL are integrals over and infinite region with a boundless integrand,the finiteness has not been proved in literature.In this paper,we show the finiteness and uniform integrability of ARL and SDRL.Furthermore,we numerically evaluate the ARL,SDRL and the RLD using number theory method.A numerical study is conducted to assess the performance of the proposed method and the results are compared with those given by Quesenberry and Chen.

An Approximate Algorithm for a Class of Nonlinear Bilevel Integer Programming

The algorithm for a class of nonlinear bilevel integer programming is discussed in this paper. It is based on the theory and algorithm for nonlinear integer programming. The continuity methods for integer programming are studied in this paper. After simulated annealing algorithm is applied to the upper-level programming problem and the thought of filled function method for continuous global optimization is applied to the corresponding lower-level programming, an approximate algorithm is established. The satisfactory algorithm is elaborated in the following example.
