Preparation of Acid Dyeable Polypropylene Fiber

A series of basic copolyamides has been synthesized withadipic acid(AA),hexamethylene diamine(HMDA)anddiethylenetriamine(DETA).Intrinsic viscosity determi-nation,thermal analysis and infrared spectrum analysisof the copolyamide indicates that molecular weight,ther-mal stability reduce whereas alkalinity increase with theincreasing fraction of DETA.Then acid dyeable polypro-pylene fibers are prepared by admixing polypropylene(PP)with those copolyamides prior to extrusion.Lowconcentration of the additive affects slightly on the crys-tallinity and the mechanical property of PP fiber.Themodified PP fibers have a nice acidic dyeability.

On Using Physico-Chemical Properties of Amino Acids in String Kernels for Protein Classification via Support Vector Machines

String kernels are popular tools for analyzing protein sequence data and they have been successfully applied to many computational biology problems.The traditional string kernels assume that different substrings are independent.However,substrings can be highly correlated due to their substructure relationship or common physico-chemical properties.This paper proposes two kinds of weighted spectrum kernels:The correlation spectrum kernel and the AA spectrum kernel.We evaluate their performances by predicting glycan-binding proteins of 12 glycans.The results show that the correlation spectrum kernel and the AA spectrum kernel perform significantly better than the spectrum kernel for nearly all the 12 glycans.By comparing the predictive power of AA spectrum kernels constructed by different physico-chemical properties,the authors can also identify the physicochemical properties which contributes the most to the glycan-protein binding.The results indicate that physico-chemical properties of amino acids in proteins play an important role in the mechanism of glycan-protein binding.

基于交叉相位调制技术的三维簇态的高效制备

首先利用几类二维基本结构,给出链状三维簇态的制备方案.随后将二维基本结构扩展到三维,由此可以构建任意三维簇态.最后,提出两类新的基本结构,并由此实现一类特殊三维簇态的制备.所有制备方案都是基于交叉相位调制技术,比之此前的方案,具有可以确定性、高效性、快速性三大优点,使得簇态的制备对量子存储器的依赖得到很大程度的缓解,更具可行性和更加适用于大规模量子计算.     

基于TeO_2旋光特性对声光可调滤波器消色散的设计

该文研究了晶体外的衍射角随入射光波长以及入射光极角的变化趋势,并在考虑晶体的旋光特性的条件下对其进行研究,明确晶体旋光特性对衍射角的具体影响;在考虑晶体旋光特性的情况下,在晶体的出射面添加光楔,有效地消除了由于晶体色散而引起的图像漂移,提高了声光可调滤波器在光谱成像中的成像分辨率;最后对所添加的光楔进行优化设计,达到消除色散的最佳状态.     

利用STM直接观察红荧烯薄膜中的质量密度波

在异质外延薄膜的生长中,应力对薄膜的结构和形貌起着至关重要的作用.理论研究表明,在非公度的薄膜中,应力可以通过形成质量密度波(MDW,Mass Density Wave)的形式释放出来.但是,迄今为止还没有直接的证据证明质量密度波的存在.本文我们用扫描隧道显微镜(STM,Scanning Tunnelling Microscopy)在Bi(001)表面形成的单层红荧烯薄膜中,直接观察到了质量密度波.其表现形式为表面高度有微小的正弦波动,并且分子取向发生周期性畸变.此外,我们还指出质量密度波的形成是由于红荧烯单层膜相对Bi衬底的晶格转动所导致的,由于转动方向不同,质量密度波会呈现出条形或之字形两种不同形状的条纹.     

基于半分析模型的叶绿素a浓度估算

为监测江苏省常熟市昆承湖的水质状况,以2009年5月在湖区实测的AsD高光谱遥感数据和实验室的分析数据为依据,采用三波段半分析模型估算叶绿素a的浓度.结果表明,三波段法比归一化实测光谱波段比法、实测光谱一阶微分法的估算精度更高.三波段法通过分析叶绿素a、悬浮物、黄色物质、纯水的固有光学特性,优化这三个特征波段的位置组合...
