本文运用电位滴定法与ＴＩＴＦＩＴ程序研究了２９８Ｋ下，三价钕与新型荧光试剂配合物的稳定性，并得出其相应的络合常数。     

The Development and Application of Combined Thermoregulatory Mathematical Models

Thermoregulatory mathematical models have being developed for more than half a century and obtained more and more wide application. Among them, the "engineering-physiological" thermal models, which correlated closely to the man-machine-environment system, are the ones that developed most rapidly and have been widely accepted by thermal physiologists and environmental control engineers.This paper attempts to outline briefly the development and application of such kind of thermal models, discusses how to further develop and apply various combined thermal models in practice, and puts forward four respects of suggestions for establishment and modification of combined thermal models of man-clothing-cabin environment.     

DrugFET的研究（XⅢ）：四苯硼钠一烟碱FET的研制与应用

本文将离子敏感场效应晶体管（ＩＳＦＥＴ）与药物敏感膜相结合,研制成一种药物敏感场效应晶体管传感器（ＤｒｕｇＦＥＴ）。用四苯硼钠为电活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,制成ｐｖｃ膜,对烟碱的线性范围为１．０×１０－２～２．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,斜率为５７．５ｍｖ／ｐｃ,适宜ｐＨ范围为５．５～８．０,检出限为１．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。用该传感器分析烟草中烟碱的含量,结果和分光光度法相一致。     

一维抛物型偏微分方程 Padé 逼近的并行算法

一维抛物型偏微分方程可以用精细积分方法精确求解．当精细积分中的矩阵指数函数用它的Ｐａｄé逼近格式来代替时,可以得到一系列由简到繁,精度由低到高的差分格式,因而便于根据实际计算的需要进行选取．Ｐａｄé逼近格式的求解主要包括矩阵运算和线性方程组的求解．利用Ｐａｄé逼近格式对应的方程组系数矩阵为带状矩阵的特点,把原来在整个区域上求解的问题转化为分区域求解,从而实现了Ｐａｄé逼近的并行算法．算例的结果表明该方法具有较高的并行性和计算效率     

Synthesis of glucoside compounds of ferrocenyl phenols and their antianemic activity

Six glucoside compounds have been synthesized by means of phase-transfer catalytic method and deacetylation from the starting material ferrocene. Their structures have been confirmed by elementary analysis, IR,¹HNMR and MS. The antianemic activities of some compounds have also been tested. Results indicate that these glucoside compounds possess the antianemic activities and therefore, the further study is well worth making. 螺旋碳纤维化学镀镍及其电磁参数研究

采用化学镀法,以联氨作为还原剂,在螺旋碳纤维表面沉积金属镍,获得一种新的复合功能材料。通过SEM和EDX能谱分析,碳纤维基体上包覆了一层致密均匀而且连续的纯金属镍层,没有引入其它杂质元素。通过对样品在2~18 GHz范围内的电磁参数进行分析讨论,可知表面金属化一定程度上提高了样品的介电损耗,尤其在10~18 GHz有较大增幅,最大达到了35.2左右,表面金属化对样品的电阻率产生了不可忽略的影响,并且在低频处复合材料的电磁损耗都较纯基体材料有较大提高。     

Marrow mesenchymal stem cells transduced with TPO/FL genes as support for ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells

A new marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (hMSC) line that could support expansion of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) was developed. Primary hMSCs were infected with retrovirus containing Flt-3 ligand and thrombopoietin genes. CD34+ cells from cord blood were expanded with primary hMSCs or transduced hMSCs. The expansion of total nucleated cells, CD34+ cells and mixed colonies containing erythroid and myeloid cells and megakaryocytes for 2 weeks coculture with transduced hMSCs was remarkably increased. The outputs of long-term culture-initiating cells for 2 and 4 weeks coculture with transduced hMSCs were also largely increased. The expansion rates of HSPCs with transduced hMSCs were unchanged for 6 weeks. In contrast, the expansion rates of HSPCs with primary hMSCs declined drastically through 6 weeks. SCID-repopulating cell expansion with transduced hMSCs for 4 weeks was significantly higher than that of uncultured CD34+ cells and HSPCs expanded with primary hMSCs.
