45钢固体粉末法稀土、硼、铬、铝共渗工艺研究

研究了RE_Mg合金对固体粉末法硼、铬、铝共渗层成分、组织和性能的影响 .发现随着RE_Mg合金加入量的增加 ,渗层中Al2 O3的量不断增多 ,当RE_Mg合金加入量为 5 %时 ,渗层中出现连续致密分布的Al2 O3黑区组织 ,对此进行了性能测试和机理探讨     

在管理信息系统中单据设计的新方法

在分析PowerBuilder中用户对象的基本概念与特点基础上，提出了利用用户对象技术实现MIS(管理信息系统)中单据设计功能的方法，并给出了详细的实现过程。实际应用表明，该方法可使用户按企业的实际需要对单据的录入界面进行自由设计，无需修改软件即可满足不同用户的需求，适合各种管理信息系统的单据设计，具有通用性。

应用交替分段显－隐方法求解变系数对流扩散方程，此方法具有很好的并行性且无条件稳定。     

数字调制方式的识别研究

数字调制方式的识别对于通信信号分析有着重要的作用 .此文首先介绍了数字调制方式的识别算法(DMRA) ,即判决理论算法的原理 ;然后提出了一种基于该算法的判决流程 ;最后在软件环境中进行计算机仿真 ,通过实验数据对该算法进行修正 .仿真结果表明 ,该修正算法具有较高的识别率和良好的可行性 .     

Science Letters： A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 ligand decreases allergic immune responses in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to mite allergen

It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors （TLRs） plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen （HDM）. Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen （Der f）, and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases.     

Probing met repressor-operator recognition in solution.

The three-dimensional crystal structure of the Escherichia coli methionine repressor, MetJ, complexed with a DNA operator fragment is described in an accompanying article. The complex exhibits several novel features of DNA-protein interaction. DNA sequence recognition is achieved largely by hydrogen-bond contacts between the bases and amino-acid side chains located on a beta-ribbon, a mode of recognition previously hypothesized on the basis of modelling of idealized beta-strands and DNA, and mutagenesis of the Salmonella phage P22 repressors Arc and Mnt. The complex comprises a pair of MetJ repressor dimers which bind to adjacent met-box sites on the DNA, and contact each other by means of a pair of antiparallel alpha-helices. Here we assess the importance of these contacts, and also of contacts that would be made between the C-helices of the protein and DNA in a previous model of the complex, by studying mutations aimed at disrupting them. The role of the carboxy-terminal helix face in operator binding was unclear, but we demonstrate that recognition of operator sequences occurs through side chains in the beta-strand motif and that dimer-dimer interactions are required for effective repression.     

C-S-H中Al3+离子的固溶对表面吸附碱量的影响

研究了Al3+离子的固溶对C-S-H表面吸附Na+离子量的影响.实验结果表明,Al3+离子固溶于C-S-H结构中将使C-S-H表面所带的负电量增大,因而也就增大了C-S-H表面对Na+离子的吸附能力.     

基于二分法迭代的频谱感知节能优化策略

针对认知无线电(CR)系统中频谱感知技术能量效率低的问题,提出了一种基于二分法迭代寻优的联合优化算法。该算法通过联合传输功率与感知时隙进行优化,最大化地提高了CR系统的能量效率,并且在针对优化参数ξ的寻优过程中,使用了二分法与迭代算法结合的寻优方法。通过理论分析,与其他类似算法相比,该算法的寻优速度更快,算法复杂度更低,函数收敛速度更快,实际应用的可扩展性更强。数值仿真分析结果表明,在保证检测性能的前提下,提出的算法能够很好地解决能效的最优化问题,在恒定检测概率Pd=0.9和Pd=0.7条件下,所提出算法的能耗开销均低于其他算法,在系统吞吐量中所提出算法均优于其他算法,为CR系统的发展提供了理论支撑,更加符合未来CR系统的节能发展方向。
