贵州苦丁茶黄酮研究

对贵州５种主要苦丁茶植物中黄酮类化合物进行了薄板层析研究,用ＨＰＬＣ对黄酮醇类进行了定量,与银杏叶进行了对比。分析结果表明：贵州主要苦丁茶植物中黄酮含量丰富：一些种的黄酮甙元含量和银杏叶相当。这表明,苦丁茶是一类有开发前景的药用植物。     

一种磨茹香气香料——1-辛烯-3-醇的合成与应用研究

从１－戊醇出发,通过卤代反应,格氏反应,制备得到１－辛烯－３－醇。该产品具有愉快的蘑菇香气,可用于食品香精的调配中。     

捷联陀螺动态误差系数的标定方法研究

提出了在三轴模拟台（以下简称三轴台）上一次性标定捷联陀螺动态误差系数的测试方法,该方法充分利用了三轴台的速率功能来激励出陀螺的角加速度误差项,使得能一次性标定包括陀螺角加速度误差系数在内的所有动态误差系数成为可能,为解决在缺乏昂贵的角振动台的实验条件下建立捷联陀螺动态误差模型提供了理论依据。     

Active site of praseodymium orthovanadate catalyst in oxidative dehydrogenation of propane

The pure phase of praseodymium orthovanadate (PrVO₄) has been prepared by the citrate method. The active site of Pr-VO₄ was studied by ESR, NO-TPD, O₂-TPD and¹⁸O₂-isotope exchange methods. The results of ESR and NO-TPD confirmed the presence of V⁴⁺ in the catalyst.¹⁸O₂-isotope exchange was through a single exchange procedure. From the result of O₂ + TPD and the kinetic study of¹⁸O₂-isotope exchange, one can reach a conclusion that the V⁴⁺ species associated with oxygen vacancies are the site for O₂ activation. The adsorbed O₂ or O⁻ are the active oxygen species in propane oxidative dehydrogenation.     

Optical properties of NdxGd1−xAl3(BO3)4 crystal

The optical properties of Nd x Gd 1-x Al\-3(BO\-3)\-4 (NGAB) crystal are reported. The refractive index of it were mesured by V_prism method. The absorption spectra and the flourescence specra of NGAB were also obtained. The optical parameters of NGAB were calculated following J_O theory, the three optical parameters are Ω 2 =1 805×10 -20 , Ω 4=1 85×10 -20 , Ω 6=3 793×10 -20 (RMS=1 4×10 -7 ) and β c( 4F 3/2 → 4I 11/2 ) is about 0 53.     

玻璃池窑的计算机辅助设计 I.燃油蓄热室流液洞马蹄焰玻璃池窑

用理论和实践经验相结合的方法,采用ＢｏｒｌａｄｎＣ＋＋语言设计了一个燃油蓄热室流液洞马蹄焰玻璃池窑,用ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ１２．０版软件包绘制了三张窑炉图（平面图、横剖面图、纵剖面图）。     

外源基因（bar）在转基因燕麦（AvenasativaL.）后代中的遗传与表达

通过微弹轰击获得的含有ｂａｒ基因的转基因燕麦植株自交产生转基因后代。利用ＰＣＲ方法检测ｂａｒ基因在后代中的传递情况。     

弱酸性介质中Silicalite—1分子筛膜的制备与表征

在ＳｉＯ２－ＴＰＡＢｒ－ＮＨ４Ｆ－Ｈ２Ｏ弱酸性氟离子体系中,在玻璃基片上采用水热晶化法制备了Ｓｉｌｉｃａｌｉｔｅ－１（全硅ＺＳＭ－５）分子筛膜．通过ＸＲＤ,ＳＥＭ分析测试手段对所合成的分子筛膜进行了表征,并对膜合成中硅源,水量等影响因素进行了考察．     

天然食品抗氧化剂-黄酮类化合物

综述了黄酮类化合物作为食品抗氧化添加剂的可能性、作用机理及效构关系,并对黄酮类化合物作为食品添加剂的开发前景作了简要评述。     

A massive phytoplankton bloom induced by an ecosystem-scale iron fertilization experiment in the equatorial Pacific Ocean

The seeding of an expanse of surface waters in the equatorial Pacific Ocean with low concentrations of dissolved iron triggered a massive phytoplankton bloom which consumed large quantities of carbon dioxide and nitrate that these microscopic plants cannot fully utilize under natural conditions. These and other observations provide unequivocal support for the hypothesis that phytoplankton growth in this oceanic region is limited by iron bioavailability.
