Cholecystokinin is not a major regulator in the digestive system in the chicken

To find out whether physiological concentrations of cholecystokinin (CCK), a gastrointestinal hormone in mammals, are also active in chickens, the pancreatic amylase secretory response to CCK-8 was investigated in vitro. Rat pancreatic acini responded to the physiological concentration of CCK-8, but in chickens amylase release was induced at a concentration of CCK-8 1000 times higher than that observed in rats. In another experiment, biliary flow was tested with several doses of CCK-8. The bile flow was stimulated in a dose-dependent fashion, but a significant enhancement was not obtained at a concentration of 0.5 g CCK-8/kg body weight, which was considerably higher than physiological ones. It is concluded that endogeneous CCK does not have an important role in the digestive system in the chicken.     

Occurrence of 3-epi-22-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone and its phosphoric ester in diapause eggs of the silkworm,Bombyx mori

Ecdysteroids in diapause eggs of the silkworm,Bombyx mori, were analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combined with radioimmunoassay (RIA). A relatively large amount of an unidentified free ecdysteroid and its phosphoric ester (conjugated form) were detected. These two compounds were isolated by a combination of column chromatography on silicic acid, thin-layer chromatography (TLC), and HPLC using a reverse-phase (RP) column. The purified compounds were identified as 3-epi-22-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone (22d20E) and 3-epi-22-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone 2-phosphate (22d20E2P) by means of mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. to our knowledge, this is the first report of 22d20E and 22d20E2P.     

地面预制钻井井壁结构的概率极限状态设计法研究

本文根据钻井井壁结构可靠性分析结果,参照《建筑结构设计统一标准》和有关设计规范,确定了地面预制钻井井壁结构的概率极限状态设计实用表达式和分项系数,建立了该种井壁结构的概率极限状态设计法.并给出了该设计法的设计程序和应用结果.

对１１本《细胞生物学》教材进行了文献计量分析,在此基础上阐明了各教材的特点,并对各教材作了较为客观的评价,为师生选择合适的教材或教学参考书提供了一些依据。     

还原论思维方式的终结

“还原”一词有多重含义,通常被区分为以下三个层次：本体论还原,方法论还原和理论还原,在我看来,本体论还原不过是唯物论二,一个基本命题,而方法论还原也仅仅是分析方法,没有会么新意,实际,还原论者真正关头的是理还原,而这又被证明是失败的。因此,我主张科学在未来世纪的进步取决于人们摆脱还原思维方式的程度。     

用于VLSI的新型介质膜界面陷阱的特征

采用雪崩热电子注入技术和高频Ｃ－Ｖ准静态Ｃ－Ｖ特性测试,研究了新型快速热氮化的ＳｉＯｘＮｙ介质膜界面陷阱的特征,侧重于研究界面陷阱的特性与分布。结果表明：这种ＳｉＯｘＮｙ薄膜禁带中央界面陷阱密度随氮化时间的分布变化呈现”回转效应“,且存在着不同类型、密度悬殊很大的电子陷阱、指出雪崩热电子注入过程中在Ｓｉ／ＳｉＯｘＮｙ界面上产生两种性质不同的快界面态陷阱;给出了这两种界面态陷阱密度在禁带中能量的分布     

Progress in magnetic couple system of nitroxidemetal complexes

Metal_radical method is an effective approach to synthesizing magnetic molecular materials. With the development in decades, the study of nitroxide_metal complexes has made great progress in model, theoretical treatment and design of molecules. Several mechanisms of the metal_radical magnetic coupling are discussed. Molecular magnetic project of nitroxide_metal complexes has made fruitful achievements, but crystal magnetic project is difficult to be controlled, and it is a challenge to chemists. The studies on nitronyl nitroxide_metal complexes are summarized. At present, there are three major approaches to increasing the T c of the metal_radical compounds: (ⅰ) Searching for nitronyl nitroxide ligands that can yield 3_D ferro_ or ferrimagnetic structures; (ⅱ) decorating the structure of radicals with the aim to enhance the coordinate capability of radicals; (ⅲ) grafting polynitroxide radicals as a versatile bridge. The third approach, namely searching for polynitroxide ligand, will serve as a hopeful strategy for exploring higher T c radical molecule_based magnets.     

中国近海儒艮骨骼的研究

根据捕自广西北海市近海的５头儒艮（３雌２雄）标本详细描述。中国近海产的儒艮体长２２１ｃｍ～２９３ｃｍ,最大体重４５５ｋｇ。椎式为Ｃ７＋Ｔ１８－１９＋Ｌ５＋Ｃａ２５－２９＝５５－６０。指式（不包括掌骨）为Ⅰ１,Ⅱ３,Ⅲ３,Ⅳ３,Ⅴ２。

小波分析是目前许多学科共同关心的一个前沿领域。本文首先付里叶变换和窗口付里叶变换的局限性,从时域、频局部化的角度对小波理论作了简介,其次综述了小波在图像编码中的应用。     

一种基于小波──LBG的图像压缩研究

首先,研究小波变换产生的各子图像的统计特性,然后以此为依据选择编码算法,通过小波与传统的LBG矢量编码算法的有效结合获得了较好的编码结果。
