基于FPGA的高性能D类功放控制器#br# 设计与实现

针对高性能音频D类功放系统,基于现场可编程门阵列（field programmable gate array,FPGA）设计,实现了一个双声道均匀脉冲宽度调制（uniform pulse width modulation,UPWM）型D类功放控制器。该控制器使用由相同子滤波器抽头级联构成的半带滤波器并时分复用乘法器,以降低可配置插值滤波器的硬件资源消耗,利用sigma-delta调制器的高开环增益,通过构造一个基于查找表的误差校正模块,以较小的硬件代价来预校正控制器使用UPWM技术在信号带宽内所带来的非线性失真。测试结果表明该控制器输出信噪比可达114 dB,互调失真仅为-97 dB。     

Wolves in sheep’s clothing: three new cases of aggressive mimicry in Red Sea coral reef fishes

ABSTRACT

Here we document three cases of mimicry in coral reef fishes not previously reported in the literature involving two groupers (Epinephelus leucogrammicus and Plectropomus marisrubri) and a soapfish (Diploprion drachi) as mimics, and two wrasses (Larabicus quadrilineatus and Cheilinus quinquecinctus) and a blenny (Meiacanthus nigrolineatus) as models. All three cases are of aggressive mimicry, with a predatory species mimicking a harmless one, and in one of the cases, the mimicry is also Müllerian, where both the predator and harmless species are unpalatable.

Termination of asymmetric cell division and differentiation of stomata

Stomata consist of a pair of guard cells that mediate gas and water-vapour exchange between plants and the atmosphere. Stomatal precursor cells-meristemoids-possess a transient stem-cell-like property and undergo several rounds of asymmetric divisions before further differentiation. Here we report that the Arabidopsis thaliana basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) protein MUTE is a key switch for meristemoid fate transition. In the absence of MUTE, meristemoids abort after excessive asymmetric divisions and fail to differentiate stomata. Constitutive overexpression of MUTE directs the entire epidermis to adopt guard cell identity. MUTE has two paralogues: FAMA, a regulator of guard cell morphogenesis, and SPEECHLESS (SPCH). We show that SPCH directs the first asymmetric division that initiates stomatal lineage. Together, SPCH, MUTE and FAMA bHLH proteins control stomatal development at three consecutive steps: initiation, meristemoid differentiation and guard cell morphogenesis. Our findings highlight the roles of closely related bHLHs in cell type differentiation in plants and animals.     

Kuramoto - Sivashinsky型方程的广义Hermite谱方法

对广义KS方程建立全离散的广义Hermite谱逼近格式,对离散格式进行先验估计,并证明离散格式关于初值的稳定性.利用广义Hermite函数的某些逼近结果,证明离散格式的收敛性,并得到近似解的误差阶.     

耐高温垂直取向FePt 连续薄膜的表面形貌与磁性

用磁控溅射法在加热到400℃的MgO(001)单晶基片上沉积了总厚度为25 nm 的[Fe(0.6 nm)/Fe_30.5Pt_69.5(1.9 nm)]₁₀ 多层连续薄膜, 总成分配比为Fe₅₀Pt₅₀. 然后对其在[500, 900]℃温度范围进行真空热处理, 分析了热处理温度对薄膜表面形貌、晶体结构以及磁特性的影响. 结果表明, 在加热基片上生长的FePt 薄膜, 层间已经发生扩散, 形成无序的A1 相. 经过700℃以上的高温热处理, 薄膜转变为具有(001)织构的L1₀相FePt 合金, 易磁化轴沿垂直于膜面的方向, 有序度大于0.85, 单轴磁晶各向异性能约2.7×10⁷ erg/cc. 利用扩散后残存的周期性微弱成分起伏, 可以使薄膜在800℃以下保持形貌连续. 用原子力显微镜对薄膜表面进行观察证实, 在780℃进行热处理, 薄膜的表面最平整. 这种优质的连续薄膜可以应用于微加工制作超高密度垂直磁记录阵列介质.
