在中国广西南宁,测定8种不同基座颜色的CC诱捕器对豇豆(Vig na sesquipedalis Wright)上的叶蝉、蓟马的诱捕作用.蓝色基座诱捕器对华筒管蓟马(Haplothrips chinensis Priesnes)的诱集量为白色基座诱捕器的2倍(22.8头/诱捕器.天), 其他基座颜色诱捕器的诱捕量为 0.1~1.7头/诱捕器.天.CC诱捕器对叶蝉(Empoasca spp.)的诱集量为4头/诱捕器.天,不同基座颜色诱捕器的诱集量差异不显著.在印度,测定白色、黄色和绿色基座诱捕器对花生上两种蓟马的诱捕作用.白色基座诱捕器对茶黄蓟马(Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood)的诱集量为39.8头/诱捕器.天,为黄色基座诱捕器的2倍多.绿色基座诱捕器的诱集量最少.白色基座诱捕器对瓜蓟马(Thrips palmi Karny)的诱捕量(17.3头/诱捕器.天)也显著高于黄色基座诱捕器(1 1.0头/诱捕器.天).结论为:白色和蓝色基座诱捕器可用于监测豇豆、花生上蓟马的种群数量.  相似文献

Summary Juvenile hormone (JH) hydrolytic activity was determined in different tissues of day-4 last instar larva ofGalleria mellonella. Midgut, gonad, imaginal wing discs and fat body contain higher JH hydrolytic activity than hemolymph, while silk gland and body wall have lower activity. JH esterase activity in imaginal wing discs exhibits a pattern of age-related changes different from that of the hemolymph.We acknowledge the support of this research by the National Institutes of Health (GM 22429) and the Johnson Wax Foundation. Summary The fat body of the cockroach, Blaberus cranifera, and the silkmoth, Hyalophora gloveri, has been tested for some enzymes of the urea cycle. While ornithine transcarbamoylase and argininosuccinase activities could not be detected, arginase is present in the fat body of these insects. 目的:建立一个比较接近人类条件的急性肝衰竭模型。用于人工肝脏治疗的疗效和安全性的测试。方法:以右旋半乳糖来制造猪肝衰竭的大型动物模型,分组3组给药,剂量分别为0.5、1和0.75g/kg。观察其临床表现、生理生化指标和病理改变。结果:3组实验都能引出与人的临床和生化指标变化相伫的肝功能衰竭的表现,以0.75g/kg组最为理想。结论:以0.75g/kg的半乳糖胺制造的急性肝功能衰竭的猪动物模型,符合人工肘脏研究对动物模型的要求。  相似文献

Although grand-design spiral galaxies are relatively common in the local Universe, only one has been spectroscopically confirmed to lie at redshift z?>?2 (HDFX 28; z = 2.011); and it may prove to be a major merger that simply resembles a spiral in projection. The rarity of spirals has been explained as a result of disks being dynamically 'hot' at z?>?2 (refs 2-5), which may instead favour the formation of commonly observed clumpy structures. Site-specific mutation and membrane reconstitution experiments provide compelling evidence that the product of the gene which is at fault in the disease cystic fibrosis, termed the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR), is a small-conductance chloride channel activated by phosphorylation. As transport of chloride ions is passive, the predicted presence of two nucleotide-binding domains in CFTR seems as puzzling as a report that ATP hydrolysis is essential to activate the channel. We now find that in the sweat duct, which expresses high levels of CFTR and has a very high Cl- conductance, intracellular concentrations of ATP must be about normal (5 mM) for activation of this conductance, apparently by a non-hydrolytic, perhaps allosteric, mechanism. This passive dependence on ATP should mean that even a modest depletion of cell energy levels will significantly lower the energy demands of electrolyte transport by decreasing chloride conductance. We believe this direct coupling between cellular ATP levels and chloride channel activity is an adaptive mechanism to protect the tissue from damage resulting from excessive energy depletion.  相似文献
