A buffer insertion and simultaneous sizing timing optimization algorithm

A path-based timing optimization algorithm for buffer insertion and simultaneous sizing is proposed. Firstly, candidate buffer insertion location and buffer size for each branch in a given routing path were obtained via localized timing optimization. Then, through evaluating each potential insertion against design objectives, potential optimal buffer insertion locations and sizes for the whole routing tree were determined. At last, by removing redundant buffer insertion operations which do not maximize S （ so ）, given timing requirements are finally fulfilled through minimum number of buffers.

场助纳米二氧化钛薄膜光催化降解甲紫的研究

纳米二氧化钛是一种重要的无机功能材料。本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2薄膜,利用"场助"影响其光催化特性。光催化实验以可能具有致癌性并且难以生化降解的三苯甲烷类染料——甲紫作为降解物质,用2100型分光光度计来测量降解率,以确定电场、磁场强度对光催化特性的影响。光催化实验结果表明,外加电场(未参与水的电解)、磁场对于协助光催化降解甲紫有着明显的效果。随着外加电场、磁场强度的增加,甲紫溶液的降解率有大幅提高。反应符合一级动力学方程。     

有色金属物性数据库面向服务的体系结构研究与设计

本文在分析目前流行的两层、三层网络数据库体系结构存在的问题的基础上,根据有色金属物性数据库的特点,提出一种基于SOA、多层、分布式体系结构应用开发模型.该模型着重解决以下几个方面的问题：利用软件开发新技术,提出了基于RIA的有色金属物性数据库客户端实现方式,吸取了＂胖客户端＂和＂度客户端＂的优点,解决了传统客户端部署或动态图形绘制等方面的问题 在模型中,增加了服务层,实现了系统服务的对外发布.解决了异构平台、跨系统的业务集成和重组 采用了服务器集群技术,动态的实现了负载均衡,优化了系统性能 改进了数据访问层,增加了O/R映射,屏蔽了下层数据库的细节信息,使系统能够架构在多种类型的数据库上,提高了系统的灵活性.     

Genome-wide association studies of 14 agronomic traits in rice landraces

Uncovering the genetic basis of agronomic traits in crop landraces that have adapted to various agro-climatic conditions is important to world food security. Here we have identified ～ 3.6 million SNPs by sequencing 517 rice landraces and constructed a high-density haplotype map of the rice genome using a novel data-imputation method. We performed genome-wide association studies (GWAS) for 14 agronomic traits in the population of Oryza sativa indica subspecies. The loci identified through GWAS explained ～ 36% of the phenotypic variance, on average. The peak signals at six loci were tied closely to previously identified genes. This study provides a fundamental resource for rice genetics research and breeding, and demonstrates that an approach integrating second-generation genome sequencing and GWAS can be used as a powerful complementary strategy to classical biparental cross-mapping for dissecting complex traits in rice.     

Price–Dividend Ratios and Stock Price Predictability

A long‐standing puzzle to financial economists is the difficulty of outperforming the benchmark random walk model in out‐of‐sample contests. Using data from the USA over the period of 1872–2007, this paper re‐examines the out‐of‐sample predictability of real stock prices based on price–dividend (PD) ratios. The current research focuses on the significance of the time‐varying mean and nonlinear dynamics of PD ratios in the empirical analysis. Empirical results support the proposed nonlinear model of the PD ratio and the stationarity of the trend‐adjusted PD ratio. Furthermore, this paper rejects the non‐predictability hypothesis of stock prices statistically based on in‐ and out‐of‐sample tests and economically based on the criteria of expected real return per unit of risk. 基于AFSA算法的掘进机外喷雾效率最高的参数优化设计

为了提高掘进工作面的降尘效率,通过对喷雾降尘机理的研究,分析了影响降尘效率的因素,建立了纵轴式掘进机外喷雾降尘效率的数学模型.以外喷雾降尘效率最高为优化目标,采用人工鱼群算法(AFSA)对喷雾压力、喷嘴和工作面的距离、喷嘴直径和喷嘴的雾化角进行了优化.优化的结果表明,在保证一定的雾流流量和一定的雾粒存活时间的条件下,喷雾的耗水量减少了3.48％,降尘效率增加了15.33％.该项研究对于合理设计掘进机外喷雾参数,提高喷雾降尘性能,改善掘进工作面环境等具有一定的指导作用和参考价值.
