Studies on the reaction between Laccase ando-methoxyphenol by microcalorimetry

The reaction between Laccase ando-methoxyphenol have been studied by LKB-2107 batch microcalorimetry system. Thermodynamic parameters Δ _r H _m , ΔG _o , ΔG _T ^≠ and kinetic parameters (K _m ,k ₂) have been determined. The process of the reaction has been analyzed from changes in energy by using the transition state theory. Two methods for enhancing catalytic power of Laccase are proposed. The results shown that formation of an enzyme-substrate complex is “anticatalytic”. The enter and sole source of catalytic power is the stabilization of transition state; reactant-state interactions are by nature inhibitory and only waste catalytic power. 岩爆条件下的开采技术

论述了在有岩爆危险的矿山所使用的采矿方法，并对岩爆的性质、危害、预报、防治作了较详细的阐述．为进一步开展岩爆研究，提供了有益的启示．     

卤化物与水玻璃复合物的抑尘性能

在恒温箱中测定了粉尘试样添加ＣａＣｌ２或ＭｇＣｌ２和水玻璃后的含水率与环境温度、湿度、有效抑尘时间等因素之间的关系．研究结果表明：（１）当环境温度低于３１℃，相对湿度高于６０％，粉尘试样中ＣａＣｌ２和水玻璃含量的质量分数分别达到２０％和１０％（ＭｇＣｌ２和水玻璃含量的质量分数为２３％和１１．５％）时，试样的含水率就能保持大于５％（质量分数）；（２）当环境温度低于４０℃，相对湿度高于５０％，粉尘试样中ＣａＣｌ２和水玻璃含量的质量分数分别达到２６％和１３％（ＭｇＣｌ２和水玻璃含量的质量分数为３０％和１５％）时，试样的含水率就能保持大于５％（质量分数）；（３）ＣａＣｌ２或ＭｇＣｌ２与水玻璃复合后，其粘尘功能进一步增强，而且其溶液的弱酸性得到进一步降低。     

Studies on syntheses of biscrown ether compounds

Multi-ester type biscrown ether compound(I) was prepared by the reaction of 6-bromoacetacetic ester dibenzo-16-crown-5(7) with phenyl-methyl ether-2,6-diformic acid potassium salt in anhydrous DMF at refluxed temperature, and color biscrown ether compound(II) was prepared by the reaction of 4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5(12) with 2,2′(O-formoyl naphthyl)ethyl ether (9) in anhydrous ethanol at 40 C under N₂. 栗红蚧生物学特性及其防治

栗红蚧Kermococcus roboris(Four)在福建一年发生1代,以2龄若虫在枝条芽基,嫩枝裂缝或伤疤处越冬。防治试验表明,选有50％快灭磷进行喷雾、涂杆或注射效果最好,40％氧化乐果次之,三种农药混合试验表明,40％快灭磷 40％氧化乐果 80％敌敌畏原液1∶1∶1混合进行涂杆效果最好。     

3—芳酰基乙基斯德酮的还原反应

利用硼氢化钠在甲醇中还原３－芳酰基乙基斯德酮，共得到７个示见文献报导的３（３－芳基－３－羟基丙基）斯德酮，它们均经过红外，元素分析等数据证实。     

顾氏系统与其他系统在改善舰船用高增压柴油机性能方面的计算比较

以有效压力提高到２．５ＭＰａ的ＭＡＮＢ＆Ｗ６Ｌ５８／６４柴油机为对象，将集配气与供油正时控制于一体的顾氏系统，与改善高增压柴油机低工况性能的其他措施如变截面涡轮、相继涡轮增压及放气系统进行了理论计算和比较．结果表明，顾氏系统在改善舰船用高增压柴油机性能方面优于其他３种方案．
