STUDY ON POLYPYRROLE-VISCOSE CONDUCTING FIBER

The conductivity of Polypyrrole-viscose conducting fiber prepared with author's method can be shown up to as high as 2.106x10~(-2) S/cm. The main factors influencing the conductivity are the concentration of FeCl_3 used as dopant and initiator, the treatment time of viscose fiber as base material in FeCl_3 solution, temperature and polymerization time. It is found that the orientation and crystallization degree of viscose fiber keep constant before and after conducting treatment and the mechanical properties of conducting fiber is the same as that of base material. In addition, the distribution of polypyrrole in viscose fiber, and its effect on the conductivity were investigated in details by TEM.     

Fabrication of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steels with excellent mechanical and pitting corrosion properties

A series of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steels were successfully developed with a pressurized electroslag remelting furnace. Nitride additives and deoxidizer were packed into the stainless steel pipes, and then the stainless steel pipes were welded on the surface of an electrode with low nitrogen content to prepare a compound electrode. Using Si₃N₄ as a nitrogen alloying source, the silicon contents in the ingots were prone to be out of the specification range, the electric current fluctuated greatly and the surface qualities of the ingots were poor. The surface qualities of the ingots were improved with FeCrN as a nitrogen alloying source. The sound and compact macrostructure ingot with the maximum nitrogen content of 1.21wt% can be obtained. The 18Cr18Mn2Mo0.9N high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel exhibits high strength and good ductility at room temperature. The steel shows typical ductile-brittle transition behavior and excellent pitting corrosion resistance properties.     

知识库系统中的信息平行处理方法

采用模糊逻辑系统和产生式神经网络作为工程型知识库系统中信息平行处理的基础。在模糊决策系统中，状态空间中每个决策步骤依据知识库中的规则集，按模糊匹配度予以评价和平行处理。定义网络结点物理意义的产生式神经网络可改善其处理效果。由选择分离器和化学反应器两个实例阐明了平行处理的原理和方法。     

基于基因表达式编程的代价敏感分类算法

针对传统分类算法在稀有类上的分类效果不佳,通过引进代价矩阵,改进了基因表达式编程的适应度函数,提出了一种基于基因表达式编程的代价敏感分类 (CSC-GEP：Cost-Sensitive Classification-Gene Expression Programming) 算法,并在UCI数据集上对该算法进行了实验。实验结果表明,CSC-GEP的召回率、精度和F-度量值较C4.5分类器分别提高了7.07%,2.89%,5.12%,证明了CSC-GEP是一种有效的代价敏感分类算法。

考虑复杂枝状管网系统內不稳定流动,建立起压力分布的偏微分方程组的初边值问题的数学模型,利用线性算子半群方法得到了问题解存在唯一的结论,并利用算子级数法得到了问題的广义解。     

PBA-OMMT/P(MMA-ITA)纳米复合材料的制备与表征

本文采用原位乳液聚合方法制备了聚丙烯酸丁酯-有机蒙脱土,聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-衣康酸)(PBA-OMMT/P(MMA-ITA)纳米复合材料.利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA)对复合材料进行了表征.结果表明:单体已插层进入有机蒙脱土层问发生聚合反应,使有机蒙脱土片层间距由原来的0.59nm增加到0.88nm以上, 且有机蒙脱土的加入能够显著提高纳米复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和热稳定性能.     

静电纺纱电极系统三维电场的边界元法分析

本文应用边界元法分析静电纺纱三维电场。文中简要介绍了多层介质三维电场的边界元法离散化方程,并通过具有解析解实例的计算对该方法作了论证。然后用该方法计算静电纺纱电极系统三维电场,取得两个剖面上等位线的分布,并对纺纱电场作了分析。
