活化条件对活性白土脱色率的影响研究

以内蒙古杭锦2#土为原料,用盐酸为活化剂,湿法制备了活性白土,研究了液固比、盐酸浓度、活化时间、活化温度对活性白土脱色性能的影响.结果表明,脱色的最佳条件为液固比2.5∶1,盐酸浓度15%,活化时间4h,活化温度(90±1)℃.

Intestinal monosaccharide transport in experimental protein deprivation

Zusammenfassung An jungen Ratten wurde eine bedeutende Steigerung der Absorption vond-Glukose beobachtet, jedoch keine solche derd-Fruktose. Offenbar ist der Effekt and-Glukose ein adaptives Phänomen, verbunden mit einem veränderten Zellmetabolismus im Dünndarm.     

Antihypertensive and central nervous system depressant properties of 3-(γ-p-fluorobenzoyl propyl) 2,3,4,4a,5,6-hexahydro-1(H)-pyrazino(1,2-a) quinoline hydrochloride (compound 69-183, centpyraquin)

Zusammenfassung Centpyraquin (3-(-p-fluorobenzyl propyl) 2,3,4,4a,5,6-hexahydro-1(H)-pyrazino (1,2-a) quinoline hydrochloride) zeigte hypotensive Aktivität bei narkotisierten wie auch bei wachen Katzen. Es senkt auch den Blutdruck bei Ratten mit nephrogenem Hochdurck. Die Hypotension scheint auf einem peripheren Mechanismus zu beruhen.

Immunochemical characterization of the multimolecular forms of squid ink gland tyrosinase

Résumé Sur le plan immunochimique, la tyrosinase de la poche à encre du CalmarLoligo pealii n'est pas apparentée à la tyrosinase isolée des mêlanomes humains ou des mélanomes de la souris. Trois formes moléculaires de cet enzyme ont été séparées par immunoéléctrophorèse.     

Signal sequence mutations disrupt feedback between secretion of an exported protein and its synthesis in E. coli

Recent studies in a eukaryotic system indicate that a block in secretion can lead to a block in the translation of secretory proteins. This feedback on protein synthesis is thought to be a result of an interaction of the signal recognition particle with the signal sequences of nascent proteins. Genetic studies in the prokaryote Escherichia coli suggest that a complex secretion machinery and a similar feedback mechanism exist. In addition, mutations affecting two genes, secA and secC, thought to encode components of the bacterial secretion machinery, selectively interfere with the synthesis of exported proteins. This selective interference with translation may be a result of recognition by the secretion machinery of signal sequences. If so, alteration of the signal sequence of a particular protein by mutation should eliminate the block in synthesis for that protein. We show here that signal sequence mutants for an exported protein, maltose binding protein, prevent the block in synthesis of this protein in a secA mutant.
