Molecular dynamics simulation was carried out to study the behavior of liquid 1,2-dichloroethane molecules under external electric fields including direct current field, alternating current field and positive-half-period cosin field. The maximum applied field strength was 10(8) V/m, the maximum frequency of the alternating current field and that of the positive-half-period cosine field was 10(12) Hz. The simulation revealed that the field type and field strength act on the population of the molecular configuration. In the strong direct current field, all trans forms converted completely into gauche forms. Order parameter and the correlation of the system torsion angle were also investigated. The results suggested that these two dynamical parameters depended also on the field type and the field strength. The maximum of order parameter was found to be at 0.6 in the strong direct current field. 相似文献
MBE growth of ZnSx Se1-x thin films on ITO coated glass substrates were carried out using ZnS and Se Sources with the substrate temperature ranging from 270℃ to 330℃.The XRD θ/2θ spectra resulted from these films indicated that the as-grown polycrystalline ZnSx Se1-x thin films had a preferred orientation along the (111) planes.The evaluated crystal sizes as deduced from the FWHM of the XRD layer peaks showed strong growth temperature dependence,with the optimized temperature being about 290℃.Both AFM and TEM measurements of these thin films also indicated a similar growth temperature dependence.Hing qual-ity ZnSx Se1-x thin film growm at the optimized temperature had the smoothest surface with lowest RMS valus of 1.2 nm and TEM cross-sectional micrograph showing a well defined columnar structure. 相似文献
The cationized 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (Fmoc) protected amino acids were analyzed by the electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS). A rearrangement reaction leading to the C-terminal hydroxyl group transfer was observed. The sodium adducts of Fmoc-OH was formed. A possible rearrangement mechanism was proposed. The rearrangement reaction depended on the Fmoc group, metal ions and metal ion radius. It was shown that the Fmoc group has a strong affinity to the hydroxyl group in the gas phase. 相似文献
The interaction between PⅡ and NifA in A.brasilense Sp7 was investigated by using the yeast two-hybrid system.Our experimental results showed that PⅡ directly interacted with the entire NifA protein and its N-terminal domain,but did not interact with the central domin and the C-terminal domain of NifA.No interaction happened if glnB coding for PⅡ was frame-shift mutated.Pz,a homolog of PⅡ,had no interation with NifA. 相似文献
The sediment core DGKS9603 collected from the Okinawa Trough was used as research target. By use of unsaturated indexUk37 of long-chain alkenone, δ13C of POC and of planktonic foraminifera (G. sacculifer), the evolutions of sea surface temperature and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere during the Holocene were reconstructed in the Okinawa Trough. And in combination of δ18O of planktonic foraminifera, the relative difference of sea surface salinity during the Holocene was also reconstructed. Consequently, three cooling events (E1-E3) were identified, each of which occurred at 1.7-1.6, 5.1-4.8 and 8.1-7.4 kaBP (cal), respectively. Of the three events, E2 and E3 are globally comparable, their occurrence mechanism would be that the main stream of the Kuroshio Current shifted eastward due to the enhanced circulation of the northeastern Pacific Ocean, which was driven in turn by amplified intensity of sunshine and subsequent enhancement of subtropical high pressure; E1 corresponds to the Small Ice-Age Event occurring between 1550 and 1850AD in China. In the Oki-nawa Trough, E1 might be also related to the eastward shift of main stream of the Kuroshio current driven by powerful Asia winter monsoon.
