（R）－2－硫代四氢噻唑－4－羧酸甲酯的合成及消旋化

Ｌ－半胱氨酸甲酯盐酸盐和二硫化碳在三乙胺存在下反应，当摩尔比为１：１．５：２时，得到的（Ｒ）－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸甲酯，产率８０％；摩尔比为１：１．５１３．５时，得到Ｒ，Ｓ－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸甲酯。另外，由（Ｒ）－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸与甲醇及二氯亚硫酰反应，也得到（Ｒ）－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸甲酯，产率为９８％，     

Catalysis of protein folding by prolyl isomerase

Rates of protein folding reactions vary considerably. Some denatured proteins regain the native conformation within milliseconds or seconds, whereas others refold very slowly in the time range of minutes or hours. Varying folding rates are observed not only for different proteins, but can also be detected for single polypeptide species. This originates from the co-existence of fast- and slow-folding forms of the unfolded protein, which regain the native state with different rates. The proline hypothesis provides a plausible explanation for this heterogeneity. It assumes that the slow-folding molecules possess non-native isomers of peptide bonds between proline and another residue, and that crucial steps in the refolding of the slow-folding molecules are limited in rate by the slow reisomerization of such incorrect proline peptide bonds. Recently the enzyme peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) was discovered and purified from pig kidney. It catalyses efficiently the cis in equilibrium trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. Here we show that it also catalyses slow steps in the refolding of a number of proteins of which fast- and slow-folding species have been observed and where it was suggested that proline isomerization was involved in slow refolding. The efficiency of catalysis depends on the accessibility for the isomerase of the particular proline peptide bonds in the refolding protein chain.     

壳聚糖Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及吸附性能

目的 研究高脱乙酰度壳聚糖对Cu（Ⅱ）离子的吸附动力学，并对吸附条件进行优化。方法用红外光谱、元素分析对配合物的组成进行表征。结果壳聚糖与Cu（Ⅱ）离子的吸附配位反应符合一级反应动力学方程，25℃时其吸附反应速率常数为0．0685h^-1，吸附反应的表观活化能Ea为5．60kJ/mol。结论 壳聚糖与Cu（Ⅱ）能发生吸附反应，形成2：1（物质的量比）的配合物。     

论特里·伊格尔顿的文学意识形态批评理论

意识形态批评是马克思主义文学理论的核心,但是传统的马克思主义文学理论往往偏重于对文学的思想内容进行意识形态的分析而忽视了文学的自律性,当代西方新马克思主义的代表人物特里·伊格尔顿将意识形态理论运用于文学形式、文学生产的分析,开拓了马克思主义文学意识形态批评的新视界,是在新的时代对马克思主义文学理论的有益补充。     

Synthesis of trans-bis（glycinato） copper（Ⅱ） complex nanorods by room temperature solid-state reaction

Trans-[Cu(glyo)2(H2O)] nanoparticles with average diameters about 20-30 nm were prepared by onestep room temperature solid-state reaction. Trans-[Cu(glyo)2]nanorods with diameters ranging from 100 to 150 nm and lengths up to several μm were also prepared by one-step room temperature solid-state reaction in the presence of a suitable nonionic surfactant PEG400. The chemical composition and structural features of the products were investigated by elemental analyses, XRD, TG, SEM and TEM, respectively. The mechanisms of formation were also discussed.     

聚乙烯醇基自形成磁性液体的零场粘滞特性

用共沉淀-酸蚀法,制得了稳定的自形成聚乙烯醇(PVA)基CoFezO4的磁性液体,测量了基液粘度随聚乙烯醇体积浓度(φs)的变化,磁性液体随磁性微粒体积浓度(φv)不变而φs变化和φs不变而φv变化下零磁场粘滞度．比较在不同条件下的实验结果,研究基液和磁性微粒体积分数φv对磁性液体粘滞特性的影响,并解释了实验所得到的η～φ关系．     

水基Fe3O4离子型磁性液体的制备与磁性

用振动样品磁强计(VSM)对采用Massart法制备的水基Fe3O4离子型磁性液体的磁性进行了测量和分析,其结果表明磁性液体的饱和磁化强度与磁性液体中微粒的体积分数、磁性微粒在基液中形成的非磁性层、以及基液的磁性有关,而矫顽力Hc和剩余磁化强度与饱和磁化强度的比值Mr/Ms都与磁性液体中微粒的体积分数无关,高浓度磁性液体饱和磁化强度的特征与微粒饱和磁化强度的特征相似,低浓度磁性液体受基液影响在高场下表现出明显的抗磁性.     

毫米波雷达回波信号去噪系统设计

毫米波雷达的回波信号去噪系统以DSP芯片为核心，辅以数模转换及控制部分，包括与PC机的通信，用DSP实现主要的去噪算法．由于回波信号是非平稳的，传统的傅氏变换去噪效果不好，所以采用一种小波均衡阈值法对其去噪．实验结果表明，信噪比及最小均方误差均得到改善．     

苏州高岭土在不同温度煅烧时的产物

采用XRF,SEM,XRD,IR,NMR等测试手段对苏州高岭土及其在550～850℃的煅烧产物进行了研究.实验结果表明:煅烧后产物由煅烧前的晶态转变成了非晶态;煅烧温度对高岭土煅烧产物形貌和结构有一定影响,温度越高,产物中棒状,块状小颗粒越少,Al的四配位量越多.     

从干谒看李白杜甫的入仕心态

干谒之风非始于唐,却在盛唐时期最为风行,此期的两位大诗人李白、杜甫亦未能免俗.李白不屑科举走上千谒之途,杜甫则是科举失利方入干谒者之列.他们二人在干谒时段上有长短差异,在对于谒结果的认识上亦有所不同,但他们事干谒时都承受着巨大的心理负荷,然而无论怎样李白和杜甫在入仕心态上都是积极的.虽然他们都事干谒,却依然不减他们卓然大家之风范.
