Reactivation by glycerol and ethylene glycol of inactivated delta-aminolevulinic acid synthetase of Rhodopseudomonas spheroides.

Reactivation effects by glycerol and ethylene glycol of inactivated ALA synthetase of R. spheroids were observed. Accompanying the reactivation of the inactivated enzyme, Km value for PLP decreased to levels similar to those of the freshly prepared enzyme.     

Increase of collagen synthesis in pulmonary arteries of monocrotaline-treated rats

Collagen synthesis in the pulmonary artery in animals with pulmonary hypertension was studied using monocrotaline-treated rats as a model. Incorporation of 14C-lateled proline into collagenase-digestible protein in the pulmonary artery was found to be 4-5 times higher in monocrotaline-treated rats than in control rats.

非正弦俯仰运动对扑翼自主推进的影响

采用数值仿真耦合求解流体动力方程与扑翼运动方程,建立扑翼-流体耦合的自主推进计算模型,数值模拟了非正弦俯仰运动下扑翼在前进方向及侧向的自主推进,研究在静水中不同运动波形及俯仰频率对自主推进速度、自主推进效率及流场结构的影响．结果表明：非正弦波形调节参数K和俯仰频率对自主推进前进速度、前进距离影响很大,提高K或频率,可增大平均前进速度、前进距离与侧向位移,并在K=2.5的方波取得平均速度最大值,相较于正弦波运动提高70.3%;自主推进效率及能量利用率随着K的减小不断增大,高频时推进效率高,低频时能量利用率高．     

Solving Multivariate Polynomial Matrix Diophantine Equations with Gr?bner Basis Method

Different from previous viewpoints, multivariate polynomial matrix Diophantine equations are studied from the perspective of modules in this paper, that is, regarding the columns of matrices as elements in modules.
