多样化教学提高植物形态解剖学教学效果

针对植物形态解剖学的特点及教学中面临的问题，采取了重点内容教师理论课上精讲、直观性内容实验课上讲、简单内容学生讲、非重点内容自学等多样化的教学方式；写小论文、实验课考试、理论课考试相结合的多样性的考试方式，提高了教学效果。

通过两座二级公路汽车客运站的设计总结，对客运站的设计趋势作初步探讨重点叙述客运站流线组织的基本原则和平面布局设计的基本思路     

关于高观点下初等数学教育的探讨

从面高师数学教育专业的培养目标出发，就如何运用数学思想、数学方法以及现代数学工具来指导初等教学类课程的教学提出几点看法。     

低温Al2O3悬浮电解新工艺的研究

A new process of low temperature Al2O3 suspension electrolysis for produc-ing aluminum in low melting point fluo-chloride system was investigated. Current efficiency (η) expres-sion deduced from experiments on 20～80A electrolysis cell showed that main effects on η are the cell current and the surface of aluminum produced．Increasing cell current and diminishing aluminum surface can both make η increase. On an electrolysis cell of about 100A capacity with the fine γγ-Al2O3 (media diam.1.22μm) and the mixture in which F－/C1－molar ratio was 1 at 750℃，aluminum metal was obtained with 86.3% current efficiency and 11.73kWh specific energy consumption.     

华北地区无尾两栖类的复殖吸虫(吸虫纲:复殖目)

调查华北地区无尾两栖类复殖吸虫，获６ 科１１ 种，其中包括一个新种和两个宿主新记录．脐宫科的华北长囊吸虫，新种Ｄｏｌｉｃｈｏｓａｃｃｕｓ ｈｕａｂｅｉｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ． ｎｏｖ．枝腺科２ 种，其中中华斜生吸虫Ｌｏｘｏｇｅｎｅｓ ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ（ＬｉｅｔＧｕ，１９７８） Ｗａｎｇ， １９８０，寄生于金线蛙，为宿主新记录．蛇颈科的罕见蛇颈吸虫Ｇｏｒｇｏｄｅｒａ （Ｅｘｔｒｅｍ ｏｄｅｒａ）ｕｎｅｘｐｅｃｔａ ，也寄生于金线蛙，为宿主新记录，并首次见于输卵管部位．此外尚有重盘科吸虫３ 种，拟巨颈科１ 种和舐血科１ 种     

知识经济与高校产业化

高等教育在知识经济中占有重要的地位。我国的高等教育还是在计划经济思维模式下 ,把高等教育当成纯而又纯的公益事业 ,只等国家投入是行不通的。必须解放思想 ,树立教育产业化意识 ,改革教育办学体制、筹资体制和运行机制 ;放权搞活 ,开放非义务教育市场 ,充分利用各类教育资源 ,采取各种融资手段 ,扩大高等教育规模与供给。高校产业化的另一个突出问题是科技成果产业化难。为此 ,建议 :第一 ,由政府筹措 ,建立科研中试风险基金 ;第二 ,建立科研与产业对接的高速信息网     

Microelectronics-embedded channel bridging and signal regeneration of injured spinal cords

Due to the difficulty in spinal cord regeneration with biological methods, the microelectronic neural bridge, a new concept based on microelectronic technology, is presented. The microelectronic system has been realized in the forms of hybrid and integrated circuits. The integrated circuits for neural signal detection, stimulation, and regeneration are realized in a CMOS process. In animal experiments with 100 toads, 48 rats, and 3 rabbits, nerve signals have been successfully detected from spinal cords and sciatic nerves, and functional electrical stimulation has been carried out for spinal cords and sciatic nerves. When the microelectronic system is bridged between the controlling and stimulated nerve, the relevant motion of legs and nerve signal waveforms, which are stimulated by the evoked or spontaneous nerve signal through such a system, have been observed. Therefore, the feasibility of the presented method was demonstrated.     

Effects of CIITA antisense RNA on the expression of HLA class II molecules

To study the effect of the major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC II) transactivator (CIITA) antisense RNA on the expression of the human leukemia (HLA) class II molecules, 5′ end cDNA sequence of CIITA gene was cloned, and antisense RNA expression vector pcDNA-II was constructed. HeLa cells transfected with pcDNA-II and pcDNA3 were induced by IFN-γ for 3 d. The expression of HLA class II molecules on HeLa/pcDNA-II cells was significantly decreased, while it has no effect on the expression of HLA class I molecules. This result suggests that the CIITA antisense RNA can inhibit the expression of HLA class II molecules in HeLa cells. It also implies a promising approach to generate immune tolerance in graft transplantation.     

水含量对C.cylindracea脂肪酶催化有机硅化合物生物转化的影响

研究了水含量对有机溶剂中脂肪酶催化有机硅化合物的生物转化的影响。水含量可影响酶生物转化反应的反应速度，化学反应平衡及化学反应最适温度，在正己烷有机溶剂中酶催化有机硅醇酯化反应的最适水含量为０．０６（ｗ／ｗ）％。     

包覆状态下的大块Pb晶体的动力学过热

研究了非自由表面大块晶体Pb的过垫热，主要介绍通过有效的方法制得试样，然后，用DSC-7准确测量大块晶体Pb在不同加热速度条件下的过热度，从而得出大块晶体Pb能够产生动力学过热。
