弱光Hartmann-Shack波前传感器的阈值选取

研究以像增强CCD为光电探测器的弱光Hartmann-Shack(H-S)波前传感器在质心同探测过程中阈值选取对质心探测精度的影响,首先给出了阈值选取对质心探测系统误差和随机误差的影响,一义质心测量精度的评价指标,并根据此指标指出阈值选取的最佳范围为－3σr≤Tm≤-σr,并以实验验证了理论分析结果。     

Isotopic homogeneity of iron in the early solar nebula.

The chemical and isotopic homogeneity of the early solar nebula, and the processes producing fractionation during its evolution, are central issues of cosmochemistry. Studies of the relative abundance variations of three or more isotopes of an element can in principle determine if the initial reservoir of material was a homogeneous mixture or if it contained several distinct sources of precursor material. For example, widespread anomalies observed in the oxygen isotopes of meteorites have been interpreted as resulting from the mixing of a solid phase that was enriched in 16O with a gas phase in which 16O was depleted, or as an isotopic 'memory' of Galactic evolution. In either case, these anomalies are regarded as strong evidence that the early solar nebula was not initially homogeneous. Here we present measurements of the relative abundances of three iron isotopes in meteoritic and terrestrial samples. We show that significant variations of iron isotopes exist in both terrestrial and extraterrestrial materials. But when plotted in a three-isotope diagram, all of the data for these Solar System materials fall on a single mass-fractionation line, showing that homogenization of iron isotopes occurred in the solar nebula before both planetesimal accretion and chondrule formation.

综述了煤可溶化技术研究的现状,讨论了影响煤可溶化的主要因素以及几种强化方法,指出了今后应作深入研究的几个方面,并提出了利用煤的可深化技术进行煤的化学族组成研究的设想。     

供应链管理中的生产批量与数：折扣定价联合决策模型

理论研究与企业实践表明,激烈的市场竞争要求企业必须抛弃传统基于劳 动分工的职能管理思想,而采用以流程为基础的集成化管理的思想．为此,传统的生 产、营销等职能部门的决策应该得到有效的协调．本文在供应链背景下提出了一种生 产批量与定价的联合决策模型．在分析了最优联合决策的性质后,开发了求解模型的 算法,以有效地辅助供应链协调管理．,It is shown that the process-based management philosophy should be used to replace the la bor-division-based management philosophy so that the company can survive in the intensive competitive market. For this reason, the traditional department of production, marketing and finance should be coor dinated. In this paper, a joint decision model is proposed for the management of production decision and the marketing decision in a supply chain. In the model, the marketing variable is the quantity discount pricing policy and the production variable is the lot-sizing policy, which were studied separately in the past researches. After the properties of the solution to the model are studied, an effective algorithm is de veloped for supporting the supply chain management.     

地形特征匹配辅助导航方法研究

对传统的地形轮廓匹配辅助导航算法进行了如下改进：首先在景象匹配的基础上对飞行区域作出预测,其次利用实测高程度列和预测高程序列匹配,对飞行器进行实时定位和下一时刻的航迹预测;最后利用递堆和缩小匹配网格搜索范围等手段减少计算量。该方法提高了地形轮廓匹配的实时性和精度,增加了飞行器超低空飞行的可靠性和机动性。     

Fabrication of W-Mo-Ti system flier-plate with graded impedance for generating quasi-isentropic compression

A fully dense W-Mo-Ti system flier-plate with graded impedance in its thickness direction was successfully fabricated by the method of powder metallurgy. The result of the impact experiment on a light gas gun showed that dynamic quasi-isentropic compression has been created.     

Fragile X mental retardation protein interacts with TDG

Fragile X syndrome is the most common form of inherited mental retardation disease, resulting from absent of expression of its disease geneFMR1. To study the function of the fragile X mental retardation protein (FMRP) through protein/protein interaction, a mouse embryo cDNA library was screened by the yeast two-hybrid system. A clone was found to interact specifically with FMRP. The cDNA of this clone (Genbank accession number af 102875) encoded a protein highly homologous to human G/T mismatch-specific DNA thymine glycosylase (hTDG). Interactions between various alternatively spliced FMRP isoforms and a series of mTDG deletion proteins were further studied in the yeast two-hybrid system and their interaction amino acid regions were determined. Interaction between FMRP and TDG existed inside exon 13 of FMRP (amino acid residue 397–425) and around amino acid residue 122–346 of TDG. These results will be helpful to the study of the biological role of FMRP.     

Lanthanides’ enhancing absorption of insulin and reduction of blood glucose of rat by pulmonary administration

To explore the possibility of lanthanides as the enhancer of insulin absorption, the promoting effects of lanthanide ions on the absorption of intrapulmonary delivered insulin and reduction of blood glucose were investigated by means of two approaches, preadministration and coadministration of lanthanide ions with insulin. The results indicate that, compared with the results of those given insulin only, lanthanide ions can effectively enhance the level of insulin and the reduction of glucose level in blood. These effects are dependent on lanthanide species and their concentrations. The mechanism was discussed.     

Inheritance of resistance toHelicoverpa armigera of 3 kinds of transgenicBt strains available in upland cotton in China

There are 3 kinds of transgenicBt strains, Shanxi 94-24, Zhongxin 94, and R19, in upland cotton in China. Their transgenicBt insect-resistance cultivars or hybrids have been developed and grown by farmers. Genetic studies indicate that the resistance of the 3 transgenicBt cotton strains toHelicoverpa armigera is controlled by one pair of non-allelic dominant genes. Linkage relationship between the resistant genes of R19 and Shanxi 94-24 transgenicBt strains shows that they may be inserted in the same chromosome. F₁ hybrids crossed among the 3 strains show that high levels of protection from feeding damage are the same as that of their parents. Therefore, there is no co-suppression phenomenon in many transgenic plants. The results presented here afford a fundamental reliance in developing transgenicBt insect-resistant cultivars and exploiting the heterosis of hybrids in upland cotton.     

二维应力分析的虚拟体力法

对于二维弹性问题,将虚拟体力设置在城外的假想边界上,采用二次插值对虚拟体力进行离散。根据弹性问题的Ｋｅｌｖｉｎ基本解,建立了虚边界积分方程,推导了各类边值问题的数值求解公式。算例表明,与传统边界元方法相比,本文方法求解思路简洁;与配点法相比,本文方法仅需少量的单元即可获得较高的数值精度。
