Effect of insulin on immunological phagocytosis by macrophages.

It was shown that, in physiological concentrations, insulin enhances, in vitro, the immunological phagocytosis of sensitized sheep erythrocytes by cultured mouse peritoneal macrophages. Insulin seems to stimulate macrophage phagocytosis as a cholinomimetic agonist by increasing the intracellular levels of cyclic GMP.     

Structure specificity of some immunoadjuvant synthetic glycopeptides

Summary The immunoadjuvant activity of muramyl dipeptide seems to be critically dependent on the type of substitution of the -carboxyl group of the D-isoglutamine residue. Moreover the nonapeptide L-Ala-D-isoGlu-L-Lys-D-Ala-(Gly)₅-OME also shows a definite effect.     

Pyrogen fever in rabbits pretreated with p-chlorophenylalanine or 5, 6-dihydroxytryptamine.

The hyperthermic effect of a bacterial pyrogen has been studied in rabbits pretreated or not with p-chlorophenylalanine or 5, 6-dihydroxytryptamine. The results obtained indicate that a selective reduction of cerebral 5-hydroxytryptamine levels by these drugs do not significantly affect pyrogen hypertermia.     

基于自适应直线拟合的角点检测

角点检测是计算机视觉的一个基本问题，进行角点检测的关键是估算曲率。笔者给出了一种新的基于参考点的前后曲线方向估计的曲率计算方法。我们以离散点远离直线垂直距离误差最小为目标进行直线拟合，同时根据误差大小来自适应的选择拟合窗口的大小。很好地解决了角点曲率计算时拟合窗口大小和计算精度间的矛盾，实验证明，该方法抗干扰性好，且运算量不大，对于存在明显转折点的曲线角点有很好的检测和定位能力。     

渠道管理中的厂商与分销商的博弈分析

分销渠道管理中生产厂商与分销商的良好合作是进行优势互补、提高渠道竞争力和适应市场变化的有效手段。通过对生产厂商与分销商合作交易特征介绍和交易条件的假设，基于相互之间合作的关系建立混合博弈模型，并进行分析，找出影响双方合作关系的因素和实行稳定作的条件；然后，进一步对生产厂商与分销商的长期合作进行有限次重复博弈分析，找出影响双方合作关系的条件，最后，根据推论分析的结果，指出生产厂商与分销商建立良好的合作关系应采用的策略。

CO adsorption on electrode of Pt nanoparticles investigated by cyclic voltammetry and <Emphasis Type="Italic">in situ</Emphasis> FTIR spectroscopy

Pt nanoparticles were prepared by the chemical reduction method.The average diameter of Pt nanoparticles was determined to be 2.5nm by TEM.The electrochemical propertis of Pt nanoparticles were studied by cyclic voltammetry,In comparison with massive Pt,the oxidation current peak of CO adsorbed on Pt nanoparticles in broader.Twin adsorbates of CO on Pt nanoparticles were determined by in situ FTIRS for the first time.It has revealed that the linear and twin-bonded CO can be converted into bridge-bonded CO with the variation of electrode potential.A series of special properties of Pt nanoparticles,such as enhanced IR absorption of CO adsorbates,were also observed.     

Minimum information about a microarray experiment (MIAME)-toward standards for microarray data.

Microarray analysis has become a widely used tool for the generation of gene expression data on a genomic scale. Although many significant results have been derived from microarray studies, one limitation has been the lack of standards for presenting and exchanging such data. Here we present a proposal, the Minimum Information About a Microarray Experiment (MIAME), that describes the minimum information required to ensure that microarray data can be easily interpreted and that results derived from its analysis can be independently verified. The ultimate goal of this work is to establish a standard for recording and reporting microarray-based gene expression data, which will in turn facilitate the establishment of databases and public repositories and enable the development of data analysis tools. With respect to MIAME, we concentrate on defining the content and structure of the necessary information rather than the technical format for capturing it.
