盐酸羟胺自氧化法测定SOD活性的电化学方法研究

盐酸羟胺在碱性水溶液中发生自氧化反应,可产生O2-.,其自身被氧化为亚硝酸根离子,在酸性介质中SCN-催化亚硝酸根离子与二苯胺-4-磺酸反应生成具有电活性的亚硝基化合物在-0.60V处有一波形很好的二阶导数极谱峰。在一定条件下,极谱峰电流的大小与亚硝酸根离子的浓度呈线性关系。体系中加入SOD,使生成的亚硝酸根离子的量减小。由此建立了通过检测亚硝酸根离子的生成量来测定超氧化歧化酶活性的电化学方法,测定了酶活力曲线,并研究了常见的黄酮类化合物对O2-.的清除作用。     

Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-P2O_5系统微晶玻璃热处理工艺

通过对Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5系统微晶玻璃中升温速率、成核温度、成核时间、析晶温度、析晶时间对微晶玻璃抗弯强度和晶粒尺寸的影响测试,以及采用扫描电子显微镜测定了晶粒尺寸及分布照片,确定了Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5系统微晶玻璃热处理过程中析晶温度和析晶时间是热处理的关键。

浮萍生物富集洛克沙胂与阿散酸的动力学特性研究

通过静态法和半静态法研究了浮萍Lemna minor生物富集0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0 mg.L-1洛克沙胂、阿散酸(以砷计)的动力学过程。静态法的研究结果表明:大约55 d,浮萍生物富集各个质量浓度的洛克沙胂、阿散酸均基本达到平衡;0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0 mg.L-1洛克沙胂的生物富集系数(BCF)分别为:3 116.7、1 308.0、548.4、355.0;0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0 mg.L-1阿散酸的BCF分别为:690.0、341.1、255.9、179.8;而且浮萍对各个质量浓度的洛克沙胂、阿散酸的BCF随水体浓度升高而减小。半静态法研究结果表明:浮萍对洛克沙胂、阿散酸的生物富集系数(BCF)、吸收速率常数(K1)随水体质量浓度的增大而减小;同等质量浓度的洛克沙胂的吸收速率常数(K1)大于阿散酸。     

壮族食异风俗及其文化生态功能转换

以食鼠风俗为问题的切入点,从壮族食异文化的民俗事象表现,食鼠风俗的渊源与汉壮文化心理差异,农耕文化观念与食鼠风俗的仪式化,食鼠风俗的弱化脱落与文化生态功能转换等方面,对壮族食异文化心态及其文化生态功能转换作一些尝试性探讨。结论认为,壮族食鼠风俗不是一种单独残存的饮食文化现象,而是壮族饮食文化系统中的重要一环,并且是与整个南方侗台语族、苗瑶语族和汉越饮食文化结合产生的广东汉族共有的饮食文化现象,要想改造传统食异文化中落后的风俗,就要壮大雅正文化的影响,突显并重构壮族传统的鱼羹稻饭、禽畜副食和杂粮果蔬三个系列的饮食文化生态体系。

Plasma sheet stretching accompanied by field aligned energetic ion fluxes observed by the NUADU instrument aboard TC-2

The NUADU (NeUtral Atom Detector Unit) instrument aboard TC-2 recorded 4л solid angle images of charged particles (E >180 keV) spiraling around the magnetic field lines in the near-Earth plasma sheet (at ~ -7 RE, equatorial dawn-to-night side) during a geomagnetic storm (Dst =-219 nT) on August 24, 2005. Energetic ion beam events characterized by symmetrical, ring-like, solid angle distributions around ambient magnetic field lines were observed during a 34-minute traversal of the plasma sheet by the TC-2 spacecraft. Also, observations during these multiple crossings of the plasma sheet were monitored by the magnetometer experiment (FGM) aboard the same spacecraft. During each crossing, a whistler-mode chorus enhancement was observed in the anisotropic area by the TC-2 low frequency electromagnetic wave detector (LFEW/TC-2) at a frequency just above that of the local lower hybrid wave. A comparison of the ion pitch angle distribution (PAD) map with the ambient magnetic field shows that an enhancement in the field aligned energetic ion flux was accompanied by tailward stretching of the magnetic field lines in the plasma sheet. In contrast, the perpendicular ion-flux enhancement was accompanied by a signature indicating the corresponding shrinkage of the magnetic field lines in the plasma sheet. Since both parallel ion-flux and perpendicular ion-flux enhancements occurred intermittently, the data were interpreted to imply a dynamical, oscillatory process of the magnetic field line (stretching and shrinking) in the near-Earth plasma sheet, which might have acted to help establish an interaction region in this area which would support continuous aurora-substorm triggering during the ongoing magnetic storm. The whistler-mode chorus may have been produced due to ion gyro-resonance during particle pitch angle diffusion after the plasma sheet compression.     

化学组成对CoAlO颗粒膜隧道磁电阻效应的影响

采用热压工艺制备-系列CoAlO的靶材，在Gatan682型PECS＋RIBE系统上，于25℃下Ar气氛中沉积到Si（100）衬底基片上，得到颗粒膜．测量了电阻和磁电阻性质，用透射电子显微镜测量样品的面内晶粒尺寸CoAlO薄膜的化学组成，用x射线光电子能谱仪测量．研究了化学组成对CoAlO颗粒膜隧道磁电阻效应的影响．结果表明，得到的颗粒膜是由2～3nm的C0氧化物分布在AlOx母相中，在室温下可显示磁性，通过ALOx阻挡层具有比较大的隧道磁电阻效应（达-6％）；随温度升高，化学组成对隧道磁电阻影响更大．
