Neural network approach for modification and fitting of digitized data in reverse engineering

Reverse engineering in the manufacturing field is a process in which the digitized data are obtained from an existing object model or a part of it, and then the CAD model is reconstructed. This paper presents an RBF neural network approach to modify and fit the digitized data. The centers for the RBF are selected by using the orthogonal least squares learning algorithm. A mathematically known surface is used for generating a number of samples for training the networks. The trained networks then generated a number of new points which were compared with the calculating points from the equations. Moreover, a series of practice digitizing curves are used to test the approach. The results showed that this approach is effective in modifying and fitting digitized data and generating data points to reconstruct the surface model.     

Glycine binding primes NMDA receptor internalization

NMDA (N-methyl-d-aspartate) receptors (NMDARs) are a principal subtype of excitatory ligand-gated ion channel with prominent roles in physiological and disease processes in the central nervous system. Recognition that glycine potentiates NMDAR-mediated currents as well as being a requisite co-agonist of the NMDAR subtype of 'glutamate' receptor profoundly changed our understanding of chemical synaptic communication in the central nervous system. The binding of both glycine and glutamate is necessary to cause opening of the NMDAR conductance pore. Although binding of either agonist alone is insufficient to cause current flow through the channel, we report here that stimulation of the glycine site initiates signalling through the NMDAR complex, priming the receptors for clathrin-dependent endocytosis. Glycine binding alone does not cause the receptor to be endocytosed; this requires both glycine and glutamate site activation of NMDARs. The priming effect of glycine is mimicked by the NMDAR glycine site agonist d-serine, and is blocked by competitive glycine site antagonists. Synaptic as well as extrasynaptic NMDARs are primed for internalization by glycine site stimulation. Our results demonstrate transmembrane signal transduction through activating the glycine site of NMDARs, and elucidate a model for modulating cell-cell communication in the central nervous system.     

Grove Mountains （GRV）99027： A new Martian meteorite

We report the petrography, mineral chemistry and oxygen isotopic composition of GRV 99027, a new Martian meteorite recently collected during the 16th Chinese Antarctic Research Expedition. This meteorite consists of two textural regions. The interstitial region is characterized by the presence of plagioclase and phosphate, and higher FeO contents of olivine and orthopyroxene, in comparison with the poikilitic region. All of the observations are similar to the three known Martian lherzolites. We classify GRV 99027 as the fourth sample of Martian lherzolite.

近年来,由于人眼安全的2μm波段激光在军事,医疗,遥感方面日趋广泛的应用,对高效,紧凑,长寿命,稳定性好的激光器的需求越来越迫切。本文就目前国内外2μm波段全固态激光器的现状作了详细的介绍,并在提高2μm全固态激光器输出功率的前景方面提出了一些自己的建议。     

配位聚合物[Nd2(C2O4)3·4H2O]n的水热合成和晶体结构

NdCl3·6H2O与4-羧基尿嘧啶于170℃水热反应96h，得到配位聚合物[Nd2（C2O4）3·4H2O]n，用X-射线单晶衍射分析确定了其晶体结构．配合物属于正交晶系，P2（1）2（1）2（1）空间群．晶胞参数：a=0．85927（9）nm,b=0．94648（11）nm，c=1．68373（19）nm，M=624．60，V=1．3693（3）nm^3，Z=4，Dcale=3．030Mg／m^3，F（000）=1168,乙二酸根以双齿桥联／双齿桥联和双齿桥联，三齿桥联两种配位方式与Nd（Ⅲ）离子键合，形成网状结构。     

海拉尔盆地苏德尔特构造带布达特群碎屑岩潜山油藏类型划分

综合利用岩心、测井、录井、生产测试等资料，对海拉尔盆地苏德尔特构造带布达特群碎屑岩潜山油藏类型进行了划分，提出了以圈闭成因与油贮形态为主要依据的潜山油藏分类方案。结果表明，苏德尔特构造带布达特群潜山油藏共划分为块状单斜断块型潜山油藏、不规则裂缝网络状剥蚀单斜断块潜山油藏、不规则裂缝网络状剥蚀褶皱断块潜山油藏、不规则裂缝网络状褶皱剥蚀断块潜山油藏、不规则裂缝网络状内幕单斜断块潜山油藏和不规则裂缝网络状内幕褶皱断块潜山油藏6种类型。研究区多存在不规则裂缝网络状潜山油藏类型，其特征是以多期裂缝构成网络状储层及受不整合面和断层影响而形成的有效裂缝网络体系。油藏内部具有强非均质性，不具有统一的油水界面，其宏观外部形态不完全受地层界线控制；当裂缝高度发育时，则地层连成块状，并具有统一的油水界面，可形成块状油气藏。

外插齿刀设计的新方法

叙述了外插齿刀设计新方法的基本原理，转换后插齿刀变位系数选择的各限制备件，限制区域的形成及其与插齿刀齿顶圆半径计算曲线之间的关系，并通过实例介绍了其设计步骤，该方法克服了传统设计的方法的缺点，不但应用范围广，计算简单，设计效率高而且可判断设计的可行性。
