基于PowerBuilder的电子邮件应用设计与实现

阐述了在PowerBuilder的应用程序中 ,实现嵌入电子邮件的一般原理、方法及具体的程序实现 ,使PowerBuilder应用程序能够访问与MAPI兼容的电子邮件系统 .该邮件应用的特点在于能在应用软件系统中自动发送和接收电子邮件 ,同时还能获得地址薄的信息 .该邮件应用模块可挂接在任意PowerBuilder应用软件中 ,具有一定实用价值 .     

一株来自青藏高原土壤日本曲霉菌的分离鉴定及其杀东亚飞蝗活性研究

采用稀释涂布法从青藏高原采集的土样中分离得到一株具有杀蝗虫活性真菌D3-19.通过形态学观察以及ITS序列的分析,初步将D3-19鉴定为曲霉属日本曲霉(Aspergillus japonicas).室内活性测定结果表明日本曲霉D3-19发酵液和孢子均有杀东亚飞蝗活性.其中,真菌发酵液对东亚飞蝗校正死亡率为:96h(86.67%),144h(100%).与此同时,真菌孢子悬液对东亚飞蝗的LC50(致死中浓度)为3.42×105孢子/mL.研究结果表明,3×108孢子/mL的D3-19孢子悬液对不同年龄阶段东亚飞蝗均有致死效果.其LT50(半致死时间)值分别为:羽化成虫(155h),四至五龄成虫(104.8h),三龄幼虫(54.6h),二龄幼虫(30.6h).     

国际单项体育联合会善治评价体系构建及其实证研究

基于治理理论和委托—代理模型,本研究以35 个国际单项体育联合会善治 评价为对象,设计了以透明度、程序民主、制衡、团结等维度作为关键维度的指标体系, 并使用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等方法,对数据进行搜集整理。研究发现,国 际单项体育联合会平均得分为45.5（满分100）,善治状况评价为“一般”,决策和工作 机制不透明、选举和工作程序失范、利益相关者参与不足等,导致组织内部投机主义盛 行,国际单项体育联合会合法性面临危机。研究建议：1）严格执行选举程序,健全主席 和高管资格审查机制;2）完善信息公开制度,提升组织透明度;3）规范工作流程,充 实组织行政程序正当性;4）多元主体参与,健全组织内外部审查制度;5）明确最长任 期,保证组织官员积极性。     

竖向偏心荷载作用下吸力桶荷载-变形特性非共轴本构数值分析

在竖向偏心荷载作用下建立吸力式桶形基础数值分析模型,采用砂土非共轴弹塑性本构模型研究土体主应力方向旋转和非共轴角度的变化规律,探讨非共轴特性对吸力桶力学特性的影响.主要研究结论表明:在地基变形过程中,非共轴角度呈现先增大后减小的发展趋势.随着偏心距的增加,等效塑性应变在地基中的分布范围逐渐减小,非共轴特性也将减弱,非共轴特性对荷载-变形特性的影响逐渐减弱.对于桶壁端部阻力和桶壁外侧摩擦阻力,非共轴特性的影响随着偏心距的增加而减弱.对于桶体顶部阻力和桶壁内侧摩擦阻力,非共轴特性的影响随着偏心距的增加而逐渐显著.     

Nanoengineering of amino - functionalized mesoporous silica nanospheres as nanoreactors

Selective functionalization of mesoporous silica nanospheres (MSNs) is crucial for nanoengineering of MSNs. Herein, we have combined “surface-protected etching strategy” and “cationic surfactant assisted etching strategy” to prepare functionalized MSNs with externally attached amino groups. The externally attached NH2 groups endow the catalysts with excellent catalytic performance for nitroaldol reaction between nitromethane and benzaldehyde. In addition, those NH2-MSNs can also be used to support gold nanoparticles, which display very good catalytic performance for reduction of 4-nitrophenol. It can be envisioned that the synthesis protocol developed in this work could also be extended to nanoengineered MSNs, which provides opportunities for nanoreactors design.     

Swimming and bipedal bottom-running in the pig-nosed turtle Carettochelys insculpta Ramsay, 1886

The pig-nosed freshwater turtle Carettochelys insculpta Ramsay, 1886 has paddle-shaped foreflippers that resemble those of sea turtles. These turtles exhibit a wide range of swimming capabilities. As well as swimming by the action of synchronized foreflippers alone, they sometimes used alternate hindlimb action at the same time. They could swim by ipsilaterally synchronized action of all four limbs, or by hindlimb action alone (combined with stabilizer/lift function of the foreflippers). The turtles also showed flexibility in bottom-walking. Besides the ipsilaterally synchronized quadrupedal action characteristic of other freshwater turtles, they exhibited a bipedal walking mechanism never previously described. Propelled by alternate action of the hindlimbs, the animals held the head and plastron above the substratum, with the large foreflippers acting to provide anterior lift and stability against roll and yaw. Because both hindlimbs were sometimes off the substratum simultaneously during bipedal locomotion, their duty factors were < 0.5, implying a bipedal run.
