通过理论分析和实际路面的测量,阐述了直接在汽车车桥上安装传感器测量路面谱的一种简便方法,并通过与用五轮仪测量路面谱方法的结果对比,得出了此种方法在一般汽车性能试验中的实际应用价值．

将人工神经网络理论和模糊系统理论结合起来,研究并提出了一类基于人工神经网络的模糊系统建模和控制方法。仿真表明该方法能有效地用于多种难以建立数学模型的控制系统。     

Molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the spleen of the b/b laboratory rat

The splenomegaly and the appearance of a significant number of CFU-E (erythroid colony-forming units) and BFU-E¹ (erythroid burst-forming units) in the Belgrade laboratory rat (b/b) spleen prompted us to analyse further the molecular evidence for increased hematopoietic proliferation in the b/b spleen. Messenger RNAs (mRNAs) specific for globins, proteins for iron transport and deposition and the band 3 protein were used in rat erythropoietic tissues as markers for proliferation and erythroid differentiation. In the b/b spleen, all mRNAs analysed display an erythroid-specific pattern of expression. This analysis also revealed an enhanced level of mRNA for ferritin in the +/b spleen, whereas erythrocyte-specific mRNA production was normal.     

从毛地黄愈伤组织中提取强心苷初报

本文阐述了在毛地黄愈伤组织的培养中,植物激素含量、愈伤组织的不同继代数及不同的培养条件和提取方法都对强心苷的含量有一定影响。试验结果有利于进一步进行液体悬浮培养的工业化生产的可行性研究。     

Migration of lymphoid cells to the bone marrow of rat following eradication of cells in DNA synthesis and in mitosis

Summary Eradication of replicating bone marrow cells of rat by means of combined administration of single doses of hydroxyurea and vinblastin is followed within 9–10 h by an inflow of lymphoid cells of extramedullary origin in the range of 13,200,000/femur. The rat bone marrow with a high content of lymphoid cells was previously shown to be concentrated in stem cells. The factor(s) which convey the information of decrease of replicating marrow cells to extramedullary sites is at present unknown.Acknowledgment. Experimental desquamation of intestinal epithelium for in vivo studies of regeneration

Summary Complete removal of villous as well as upper-crypt epithelium was achieved in vivo by vibration of an intestinal segment using tetraphenylboron sodium (TPB) as a disassociation agent.Acknowledgments. Leydig cell function in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats.

Streptozotocin diabetic rats were infertile as a result of decreased Leydig cell function of the testes. The major changes found were: decreased number of Leydig cells and their spontaneous secretion of testosterone. No change in the receptors to LH on the Leydig cells was observed. LH was found to be obligatory for the regulation of Leydig cell function and fertility.     

3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛修饰壳聚糖的制备与表征

从内陆螯虾壳中提取甲壳素,对该生物质进行资源化处理得壳聚糖(CTS).微波条件下精制得到高反应活性壳聚糖,脱乙酰度和黏均相对分子质量分别大于84%和3×105.将苯甲醛衍生物作为侧基引入该生物高分子链,研究壳聚糖深度脱乙酰化和生成Schiff碱的反应条件.以精制CTS为原料,以侧基接枝率为指标设计正交试验,筛选出高接枝率3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛(胡椒醛)修饰壳聚糖(Hel-CTS)--(1,4)-2-(3,4-亚甲二氧基-苯甲)-亚胺-2-脱氧-β-D-葡聚糖的合成条件为:反应温度40℃,CTS与胡椒醛质量比为1:2,pH值为6.0,合成时间10 h.对Hel-CTS的结构和性能利用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)和差示扫描量热(DSC)等手段进行了表征.以黏度法结合重量分析法,半定量估算出Hel-CTS的平均相对分子质量为4.97×105.     

模拟情境与表达剩余的传播之域——马原小说的意义之境

在中国新时期“先锋小说”的板块上，马原写下了亮丽的一笔。这主要不是依赖他作品的内容，更多的则是他那恶作剧般小说叙述的“陌生化”形式。其最大的意义在于他有意识地创作了“活页小说”，形成类似“元小说”的效果。但马原最终被读者抛弃与他最初被读者接受一样，都是因为“形式”，这是他个人的悲剧，也是中国新时期“先锋小说”的悲剧。
