Research Frontiers of Agricultural Economics and Management

The focus of research on Agricultural Economics and Management (AEM) has been switching from de-veloped countries to developing countries. In important international journals on AEM such as ““American Jour-nal of Agricultural Economics““ and ““Agricultural Eco-nomics““, the research objectives mainly focus on AEM problems in developing countries, e.g. the effects ofglobalization and liberalization on agricultural produc-tion in developing countries, and problems in agricul-tural resources and environmental protections in devel-oping countries.     

基于半波编码的语音码本的设计

语音编码技术是语音信号处理中的关键技术之一，语音编码包括波形编码和参数编码以及混合编码3种方法．在对语音实验分析的基础上，提出一种语音波形编码的新方法——半波编码．较详细地阐述了浊音初始码本和码本的制作方法，并类推出清音和无声码本的制作．经实验证明，这是一种有效的语音码本的设计方法．     

几种石蒜属花卉观赏性状的灰色评价

以灰色关联度对14种石蒜属花卉的观赏性状进行了评价．结果表明石蒜(Lycoris radiata)的加权关联度Ri为最大(0．713 888)，即观赏效果最好，这与实际运用效果相符；其次是安徽石蒜(L．anhuiensis)，Ri=0．708 429；排在第三位的是长筒石蒜(L．longituba)，Ri=0.703032．其他由大到小次序为夏水仙(L.squamigera)、玫瑰石蒜(L．rosea)、陕西石蒜(L．shaanxiensis)、乳白石蒜(L．albiflora)、短蕊石蒜(L．caldwellii)、麦杆黄石蒜(L．straminea)、肉红石蒜(L．incornata)、中国石蒜(L．chinensis)、换锦花(L．sprengeri)、忽地笑(L．aurea)、江苏石蒜(L．houdyshelii)．从灰色关联度分析结果看，花形整齐、奇特(雄蕊长于花被片，花被片强烈皱缩反卷)，花色稀有和秋冬出叶的，灰色关联度大,14种石蒜均适合作地被，但以秋冬出叶、花葶较矮的种更为适宜，如石蒜、玫瑰石蒜、麦杆黄石蒜、江苏石蒜等。     

Simple scaling relations in geodynamics： the role of pressure in mantle convection and plume formation

Scaling relations are important in extrapolating laboratory experiments to the Earth‘s mantle. In planetary interiors, compression becomes an important parameter and it is useful to explore scalings that involve volume. I use simple volume scaling relations that allow one to extrapolate laboratory experiments and upper mantle behavior, in a thermodynamically self-consistent way, to predict lower mantle behavior. The relations are similar to the quasi-har-monic approximation. Slabs and plates have characteristic dimensions of hundreds of kilometers and time constants of 100 million years, but the volume scalings predict order of magnitude higher values in the deep mantle. The scaling relations imply that the deep mantle is a sluggish system with ancient features. They imply irreversible chemical stratification and do not favor the plume hypothesis.     

无功就地补偿技术在煤矿井下的应用前景

对无功就地补偿技术在煤矿供电系统的应用中进行了分析,指出该技术能够起到节约电能、提高供电质量、节约材料费等作用,阐述了无功就地补偿技术在煤矿供电系统中的应用有较好的发展前景。     

基于LIN总线车灯控制系统的研制

于Local Interconnect Network(LIN)汽车总线技术, 在DP-51H单片机数据通信综合仿真实验仪上提供一个实现LIN-bus通讯网络软硬件调试/ 仿真的环境, 综合考虑汽车在特殊环境下的工作性能, 研制了基于LIN协议的汽车车灯控制 系统. 该系统根据LIN协议开发设计了智能化主节点和从节点, 完成了主从节点的硬件选型 和电路设计以及软件分析和程序实现. 在车灯系统的设计中, 节点间的LIN通讯完全符合LIN 1.2规范协议, 该协议基于通用的UART/SCI硬件接口, 采用ISO9141单线传输标准, 采取单 主多从的总线型拓扑结构并提供方便的用户应用编程接口.     

Experimental Study and Numerical Simulation of the Casting-Forging Complex Near Net Forming of Alternator Claw-pole

As a newly developed precision technology, casting-forging complex near net forming process is utilized to produce complex components with a short lead time, low cost and high precision, thus to accelerate the response speed of the market and enhance the competitive power of products. In this paper, the casting-forging complex near net forming process of alternator claw pole was developed and investigated with a combination of experimental and numerical simulation method. Qualified near net workpiece was manufactured, mechanical parameter and relative field information during the forming process was also obtained. While the alternator claw-pole is processed with this technology, the forming force is small, the process is short and the quality of forgings is perfect. Therefore, the complex casting-forging near net forming process of claw-pole is an energy and material saving technology, which will have a vast developing and application prospect in the future.     

A Theoretical Approach for Estimating Fracture Toughness of Ductile Metals

Fracture toughness is very important when applying Damage Tolerance Design and Assessment Techniques. The traditional testing approach for obtaining fracture toughness values is costly and time consuming. In order to estimate the fracture toughness of ductile metals, the fracture mechanics theory, materials plastic deformation theory and materials constructive relationships are employed here. A series of formulae and a theoretical approach are presented to calculate fracture toughness values of different materials in the plane stress and plane strain conditions. Compared with test results, evaluated values have a good agreement.

神经激素对生殖细胞的发生起关键性的调控作用.就神经激素对脊椎动物,无脊椎动物的 配子发生的影响及其作用的研究现状作了简要的综述,在无脊椎动物中主要对昆虫配子发生的神 经激素调控做了介绍.     

利用URL-Key领域术语识别方法

首次提出利用URL-Key进行领域术语识别的方法。以URL作为媒介, 借助已知URL-Key的领域性来判断未知领域候选术语的领域性。首先, 借助互联网中已有的人工分类领域URL, 根据URL-Key在各领域汇总使用的频度, 采用基于方差的领域URL-Key识别方法, 构建领域URL-Key词表; 然后, 利用伪反馈技术, 收集候选领域词检索得到的URL结果集, 根据URL结果集构建候选领域术语的URL-Key特征向量; 最后, 利用SVM对候选领域术语进行提取。在4个领域进行实验, 都取得不错的效果。新提出的方法可以有效地解决低频术语识别问题, 为低频术语的识别提供新的思路。
