Molecular cloning of the microtubule-associated mechanochemical enzyme dynamin reveals homology with a new family of GTP-binding proteins

A complementary DNA encoding the D100 polypeptide of rat brain dynamin--a force-producing, microtubule-activated nucleotide triphosphatase--has been cloned and sequenced. The predicted amino acid sequence includes a guanine nucleotide-binding domain that is homologous with those of a family of antiviral factors, inducible by interferon and known as Mx proteins, and with the product of the essential yeast vacuolar protein sorting gene VPS1. These relationships imply the existence of a new family of GTPases with physiological roles that may include microtubule-based motility and protein sorting.     

稀土在离心灰铸铁管中的作用

利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜并结合电子探针和化学分析,研究了稀土在离心灰铸铁管中的作用。结果表明,在保证灰口铸铁的先决条件下,普通离心灰铸铁管的组织,尽管可随基本化学成分和铸造条件的不同而变化,但其特征是组织粗大且很不均匀,并有明显的分层现象。加入微量稀土后,无论显微组织和宏观组织都显著趋于细化和均匀化,同时,化学成分的偏析也有明显改善。     

机床整机建模的自由界面模态综合改进方法之一

对会诸多结合面的复杂机械结构(如机床)的动态分析,由于结合部位的位移不连续性,通常位移协调的动态子结构法已不再适用。本文通过引入联接子结构概念,消除了结合部的位移不连续性,并使各子结构的模态综合步骤与通常的自由界面模态综合法相似,统一了连续结构与具有形变不连续结合面的复杂结构的自由界面子结构法,扩大了自由界面法的适用范围。     

AN EXAMINATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF STABILIZERS ON THE PHOTOCHEMICAL STABILITY OF DISPERSE DYES

There is a powerful market-need for superfast disperse dyes in special use, e.g. for automotivefabrics. The photochemical fading reactions of dyes are often very complicated, and no singlphotodegradation pathway can be involved for all kinds of dyes. To enhance the photostability of the commonly used disperse dyes, a series of tests on the ef-fect of variable stabilizers on the photodegradation rate of nine representative disperse dyes werecarried out both in ethyl acetate solution and on cellulose acetate film. A moderate light sourceemitting above 300 nm was adopted in this study to simulate the photofading under practical appli-cations. The results show that, in solution, 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidine is the most effectivegeneral stabilizer for all the tested dyes, but on cellulose film, nickel diethyl-dithiocarbamateshows the greatest general protecting effect, and a synergistic effect is observed for special combina-tions of stabilizers.     

聚丙烯-聚氨酯共混体系的结构与性质

本文对聚丙烯(PP)与热塑性聚氨酯(PU)共混体系的相容性、分散相的形态、熔体的流变性质、共混物的热性质及初生纤维的染色性等作了初步的研究。结果表明,PP与PU为不相容的两相体系,PU以分散相分布于PP基质之中,其尺寸及形状随组成而变;共混物熔体的粘度-组成曲线上呈现一个极小值:当PU含量较低时,共混物的耐热性与纯PP相近;初生纤维的染色性也随PU含量的增加,有较明显的改善。     

圆筒结构及圆锥形漏斗分析的有限条法

本文吸取解析法和有限元方法各自的优点,基于最小势能原理,采用有限条方法分析了圆筒体结构及圆锥漏斗。本方法适用于等截面、变截面及复合壁在轴对称荷载下的计算。     

粉煤灰微孔玻璃的研制

分别以粉煤灰和硅藻土为主要原料熔制Na_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2系玻璃,进而制备微孔玻璃并对其性能进行研究。

本文通过对SF_6、CF_2ClBr、CF_2Br_2、CF_2Cl_2四种气体的色谱分析研究,探讨了它们在电子捕获检测器、5A分子筛柱上的响应特性,并根据煤矿井下实际,最终优选出SF_6和CF_2ClBr两种示踪气体。同时实验研究了分析SF_6和CF_2ClBr示踪气体的色谱操作条件,提出了最佳色谱操作条件。     

中立型时滞微分方程的离散分析的振动性

本文考虑时滞差分方程Δ（ｘ＿ｎ—ｃｘ＿（ｎ－１））＋ｐ＿ｎｘ＿（ｎ－ｋ１）—ｑｘ＿（ｎ－ｋ２）＝０，ｎ＝０，１，２……的解的振动性，得出其振动的两个充分条件。
