初始排污权拍卖的博弈分析

基于一级密封价格拍卖方式,建立了排污权交易制度中初始排污权分配的不完全信息静态博弈模型,对模型进行了分析,认为况标拍卖方式是初始排污权的一种合理的分配方式,并得到投标人越多,政府管理机构所得收益越高的结论。     

基于多源浮动车数据融合的道路交通运行评估

针对当前出租车浮动车数据覆盖范围和数据质量不足的问题,在现有数据特征分析的基础上引入百度手机导航和公交车浮动车导航数据,面向道路运行评估和拥堵管理提出了基于出行时间的交通运行指数算法和一种基于出租车、百度、公交车多源浮动车数据融合的道路交通运行评估方法,构建了多源数据融合规则和融合算法.以深圳为例进行了融合效果分析,结果表明所提出的多源数据融合方法效果显著,很大程度上提高了融合结果精度、数据覆盖率、数据可靠性和数据样本量,最后提出了主要应用方向和初步应用效果,能够为国内外城市开展交通运行评估工作提供借鉴.     

Symmetrical directional cloning: An efficient method to prepare hairpin RNA interference constructs

RNA interference (RNAi) is a loss-of-function approach by which double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) initiates degradation of homologous mRNAs in a sequence specific manner. The dsRNA molecules can be produced in vitro or in vivo, and can be introduced to cells in a number of ways. Here we report a more efficient method for the cloning of inverted repeat DNA fragments into expression vectors that can be transcribed into effective dsRNA molecules in vivo or in vitro. This method, named Symmetrical Directional Cloning (SDC), takes the advantage of compatible non-palindromic restriction enezyme sites, which allow one to directionally clone a single PCR product in both the sense and antisense orientations together into a vector. SDC allows for the directional cloning of inverted repeats using a single PCR product; it requires only one cut site on each side of the loop. Hence this method is more cost effective and less time-consuming. At least 21 commercially available restriction endonucleases can be used as cloning sites for the SDC method. The efficacy of dsRNA expression vectors prepared by SDC has been demonstrated by targeting a negative regulator of the signaling pathway mediating the response of cells to phytohormone, gibberellins (GA), in the aleurone cells.     

EB病毒及化学致癌物DNP对人胚鼻咽粘膜裸鼠移植的诱癌研究

用EBV,DNP及PMA分别或协同对人胚鼻咽粘膜裸鼠移植物进行诱癌研究,探讨上述因素在人实验性鼻咽癌发生中的作用。免疫荧光法检查证实,经B95-8上清液体外及体内转染的人胚鼻咽粘膜上皮表达EBNA。实验结果显示,实验各组均可见各种增生性改变,对照组仅见一般增生性病变。各诱癌组均可见癌前病变,组间无显著性差异。共出现癌8例(1)EBV组:原位癌1例。 (2)EBV+PMA组:早期浸润癌1例。(3)EBV+DNP组:原位癌及浸润癌各1例。(4)EBV+DNP+PMA组:浸润癌1例。 (5)DNP组:原位癌1例。(6)DNP+PMA组:原位癌及浸润癌各1例。结果提示EBV可能在人鼻咽上皮实验性癌变过程中起病因作用。本研究成功诱发了三例浸润癌,均系DAP与其它因素(PMA、EBV)协同作用,提示人鼻咽癌的发生可能与多种致癌因素的相互作用有关。     

管内流动换热过程的性能综合分析

基于管内流动换热方程,在最小初投资的条件下导出经济合理的管长、管径比与换热参数的关系式.同时对管内流动换热过程进行火用分析,得出火用损失率最小的最佳运行参数(Reopt),以及由换热准则关系式得出的最佳换热参数(Stopt),最后得到使管内流动换热过程的结构、流动与换热性能综合优化的管长管径比.     

Undoped semi-insulating indium phosphide (InP) and its applications

During the past several years, the research and development of InP material has made great progress due to serving as the substrate for most optoelectronic devices operating at the communications wavelength of 1.31 and 1.55 μm. At present, InP has become an important semiconductor material together with Si and GaAs. When compared to GaAs, InP has higher electron velocity, higher radiation hardness and better heat-conducting property. The advantage of InP crystal material allows higher frequency operation and lower power requirements. Therefore, InP is widely being used for the manufacture of microwave devices, high-frequency devices and optoelectronic integrated circuits (OEICs) which are indispensable for wireless technology, satellite communications^[1—3]. Although n-type and p-type InP can meet actual needs, semi-insulating InP substrates remain to be improved due to their poor uniformity and consistency. For this reason, several possible approaches have been reported to the preparation of SI InP by wafer annealing under different conditions^[4—9].     

A study on nano-sized NiO electrodes doping with C and Co prepared by electrochemical deposition-sintering processes and their capacitance performance

In the present work, it was studied that nanoosized NiO electrodes doping with C and Co were prepared by electrochemical deposition in an ethanol solution containing nickel nitrate and cobalt nitrate and sintering processes. The capacitance performance of such electrodes was also studied. The results reveal that samples obtained by electrochemical deposition first on a porous nickel cathode in an ethanol solution contain 0.5 mol/L nitrates, in which Ni(NO3)2 and Co(NO3)2 were mixed in a molar proportion of 8 : 2. After sintering at 300℃ for 2 h, they exhibited the best performance. XRD analysis illustrates that the essential phase of the product is NiO doping with certain content of C and Co. The particles of product imaged a spherical morphology with sizes of 20---30 nm in diameter, and with an average crystal size of 4--5 nm. The capacitance measurement of the simulating C/NiO capacitors indicates that a single electrode can reach as high as 410.0 F/g, and still maintain the value of 323 F/g after 30 recycles showed as a stabilized value with increasing recycles, when it was discharged at a current of 5 mA.     

基于J2EE构架的药物与靶点综合数据库及其查询系统（DTDB）的设计与实现

本文扼要介绍了作者收集、整理目前已发现的所有药物及其作用靶点的相关信息,并整合现代分子生物、药物、化学等的最新进展,采用业界领先的Java的j2ee框架,建立一个综合的数据库系统的过程。同时在该综合数据库系统的基础上,嵌入药物分子和靶点的对接技术,使得我们的系统除用于一般的药物分子和靶点查询之外,还能实现基于分子反向对接的虚拟筛选和通过药物分子寻找其作用的潜在蛋白靶点。本数据库暂时只能本机访问,对外访问地址尚在建设中。
