烟连线滚装船的船型

根据烟连线滚装运输的现状，航线自然条件，码头配套设备以及车客流量的预测结果，结合滚装船的结构特征，确定出船舶的载车载客数，估算出长，宽及型深等主尺度技术参数，设计了十几种船型方案，在经济效益分析的基础上优先出三种合适的船型，并最终作出盈亏平衡分析和敏感性分析，结果证明，船型方案可行可靠。

In this paper methods of differential inequalities and Liapunov functionals for proving the global stability of constant equilibria of reaction-diffusion systems are given,and examples for showing how to use these methods are also given.     

离散度意义下网络图的优化设计(Ⅱ)

研究在离散度意义下网络图的优化设计理论，获得了在连通分支数及网络图顶点数已知的条件下，网络图所具有的最大离散度结构及相应的构造方法，以及在连通分支最大顶点数及网络图顶点数已知的条件下，网络图所具有的最大、最小离散度结构及相应的构造方法。     

螺旋浆特性四象限Chebyshev拟合式的建立与深潜艇直航全工况运动仿真的实现

具体给出了深潜艇螺旋浆四象限特性的Chebyshev多项式拟合表达式，并转换为普通多项式表达式，给出了螺旋浆四象限动态工作情况下的仿真模型，这使明确表达深潜艇推进电机负载的静，动态特性成为可能，据此建立了适用于四象限动态工况的深潜艇推进模型。运用以上结果对深潜艇进行了多方面的仿真，仿真结果与实艇试验数据有很好的一致性，证明了以上结果在用于四象限动态工况和领导具时的正确性和有效性。     

基于色度平面的自适应颜色聚类

本文的目标是寻找具有更高灵活性和自适应性的颜色聚类方法，在分析了多种颜色聚类方法的基础上，提出了2种无监督的二维色度平面颜色聚类方法，基于密度的三角化方法和遗传算法优化方法，并通过实验对2种方法进行了比对分析，结果表明，基于密度的三角化方法具有很好的边界拟合效果，而遗传算法优化对于复杂的数据集和解决干扰噪声有更好的效果。     

An Approximate Algorithm for a Class of Nonlinear Bilevel Integer Programming

The algorithm for a class of nonlinear bilevel integer programming is discussed in this paper. It is based on the theory and algorithm for nonlinear integer programming. The continuity methods for integer programming are studied in this paper. After simulated annealing algorithm is applied to the upper-level programming problem and the thought of filled function method for continuous global optimization is applied to the corresponding lower-level programming, an approximate algorithm is established. The satisfactory algorithm is elaborated in the following example.     

The Risk Evaluation of the Implement for Enterprise E—Business

In this paper, risk evaluation index system of electronic business is put forward for core manufactures. At the same time, risk evaluation method is established on the basis of fuzzy mathematics and grey theory, and its effectiveness and feasibility are tested in the practical example.
