烤烟漂浮育苗的前景、存在问题及对策

漂浮育苗是将烟草种子播在填有特殊“无土”基质的育苗盘上，将盘悬浮在盛有营养液的池中，烟苗生长所需要的养分和水分通过基质的毛细作用供给烟苗的一项新的育苗技术，就烟草漂浮育苗中存在的问题及对策作综述。     

Inconel718合金高温氧化行为

为探究电渣重熔冶炼Inconel718合金过程中电极氧化机理,研究了Inconel718合金在1 150℃下的高温氧化行为。结果表明,在1 150℃下,Inconel718合金氧化动力学曲线遵循线性关系。在高温氧化期间,Cr和Ni等合金元素会快速氧化形成富Ni和Fe及Cr的Cr_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、3Cr_2O_3·Fe_2O_3和含Ni的尖晶石Cr_2O_3·NiO。随着氧化时间的增加,Ti元素发生氧化形成TiO_2,Ti元素向外扩散的同时在氧化层间形成孔隙,加速氧元素向基体内部扩散,进而加速了其他合金元素的氧化。     

酸性染料反二级散射法测定人血清白蛋白

在pH为3.0的Clark-Lubs缓冲液中,人血清白蛋白与曙红B、靛红和酸性品红等酸性染料结合而使反二级散射急剧增强.在0.1～1.1 mg/L、0.5～3.5 mg/L和0.5～11 mg/L浓度范围内,反二级散射的增强与人血清白蛋白浓度呈线性关系,检出限分别为0.07 mg/L、0.17 mg/L和0.24 mg/L.考察了某些共存物质的影响,并讨论了反应机理.     

Mechanisms underlying celiac disease and its neurologic manifestations

The extra-intestinal manifestations of celiac disease (CD), including ataxia and peripheral neuropathy, are increasingly being recognized as the presenting symptoms of this autoimmune disease. Although there is a greater understanding of the pathogenesis of the intestinal lesions in CD the mechanisms behind the neurologic manifestations of CD have not been elucidated. In this article, the authors review the cellular and molecular mechanisms behind the histopathologic changes in the intestine, discuss the presentation and characteristics of neurologic manifestations of CD, review the data on the mechanisms behind these manifestations, and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of CD. Phospholipase Cgamma1 controls surface expression of TRPC3 through an intermolecular PH domain

Many ion channels are regulated by lipids, but prominent motifs for lipid binding have not been identified in most ion channels. Recently, we reported that phospholipase Cgamma1 (PLC-gamma1) binds to and regulates TRPC3 channels, components of agonist-induced Ca2+ entry into cells. This interaction requires a domain in PLC-gamma1 that includes a partial pleckstrin homology (PH) domain-a consensus lipid-binding and protein-binding sequence. We have developed a gestalt algorithm to detect hitherto 'invisible' PH and PH-like domains, and now report that the partial PH domain of PLC-gamma1 interacts with a complementary partial PH-like domain in TRPC3 to elicit lipid binding and cell-surface expression of TRPC3. Our findings imply a far greater abundance of PH domains than previously appreciated, and suggest that intermolecular PH-like domains represent a widespread signalling mode.
