大豆蛋白质的泡沫分离研究 I.操作工艺条件

在一连续操作的泡沫精馏塔中，考察了各种操作条件对大豆蛋白质溶液泡沫分离过程的影响，包括：进料浓度、进气流量、ｐＨ值、回流比等，确定了较佳的操作条件。用流动法测定了大豆蛋白质在气液界面上的表面过剩浓度并回归了线性吸附方程。结果表明：在溶液浓度较稀时，表面过剩浓度与溶液浓度呈线性关系。     

化学教学法实验课改革的尝试

本文阐述了我们在化学教学法课程规范化建设中，对化学教学法实验课进行的改革尝试，以92、93化学本科学生为试验对象，获得良好的教学效果。     

纤维堆囊菌发酵产生埃博霉素条件的优化

埃博霉素是纤维堆囊菌产生的一种具有抗肿瘤活性的次级代谢产物．文中研究了纤维堆囊菌DSM11999发酵合成埃博霉素的条件．结果表明：采用对数生长期后期的菌种在25℃进行发酵，将马铃薯淀粉和胰蛋白胨分别作为碳源和氮源，添加少量的无机盐MnCl4，EDTA—Fe—Na，K2HPO4，ZnCl2，CuSO4和生长促进因子丙氨酸，可使埃博霉素的产量提高22．5％．     

浮梁方言"来"字句

浮梁方言表示被动意义的句子大致可以分为两类:一类是无被动标记词的,句法形式与主动句没有区别,我们称为意念上的被动,如“衣裳洗个”。另一类是有被动标记词“来”,我们称为“来”字句,如“我家哩个狗来别人打死个”。本文通过浮梁方言与普通话的比较,来说明“来”字句的特点。
