Covariance analysis of the Coulomb explosion of ammonia induced by intense nanosecond laser at 532 nm

The Coulomb explosion of ammonia clusters induced by nanosecond laser at 532 nm with an intensity of ～1012 Wcm^-2 has been studied by time of flight mass spectrometry. The dominant multiply charged ions are N^3＋ and N^2＋ with kinetic energies of 110 and 50 eV respectively. The electrons generated from the multiphoton ionization are heated through inverse bremsstrablung by tbe laser field when colliding with neutral or ionic particles. When their energies surpass the corresponding ionization potentials of the molecules or ions, the subsequent electron impact ionization may take place thus resulting in multi-charged nitrogen ions. Covariance analysis is made to study the possible pathways of the Coulomb explosion.     

Expression，reflolding and preliminary characterization of recombinant snake venom metalloproteinases：Implication for the hemorrhagic mechanism

Two cDNAs encoding hemorrhagic snake venom metalloproteinase acutolysin A and non-hemorrhagic metalloproteinase(BR)were cloned into the expression vector pET-22b,respectively,and the corresponding two recombinant proteins,A-22b and BR-22b,were produced in inclusion bodies in E.coli BL21(DE3).The reombinant proteins were then subjected to solubilization,purification and refolding in vitro.A-22b showed hemorrhagic activity and fibronectin.Natural autolysin A had both hemorrhagic activity and proteolytic activity toward these substrates.BR-22b showed the proteolytic activities toward fibrinogen,but no hemorrhagic activity.In addition,two chimeric genes,C1 and C2,were constructed and cloned into pET-22b,and the corresponding recombinant proteins,C1-22b and C2-22b,were also expressed in inclusion bodies.C1-22b involved N-terminal 110 amino acidos of BR and C-terminal 95 amino acids of acutolysin A,while C2-22b contained N-terminal 108 amino acids of acutolysin A and C-terminal 112 amino acids of BR. The biological activities of A-22b and BR-22b,respectively.Our results suggested that N-terminal major subdomain of a snake venom metalloproteinase might play a key role in hemorrhagic activity and have an appreciable effect on the selectivity for protein substrates.     

室内饲育西伯利亚鲟的血清性类固醇激素的周年变化

利用放射免疫方法对比观测了室内饲育4龄西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baeri)亚成体和9～11龄西伯利亚鲟的成体血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)的周年变化规律，并对4龄西伯利亚鲟亚成体的性腺发育状况进行了组织学检测，以期为西伯利亚鲟后备亲鱼培育和全人工繁殖提供参考数据．结果表明，4龄西伯利亚鲟亚成体的血清性类固醇激素水平与成体接近，T在9—10月份和3月份较高，E2在8—9月份较高．成体雄性西伯利亚鲟，T在排精前升高，排精时仍保持较高值；E2全年较低。雌性西伯利亚鲟，T在产卵前升高，临近产卵和产卵时降为较低值；E2在产卵前一年10—11月份较高，临近产卵和产卵时降为较低值。4龄西伯利亚鲟的性腺成熟系数雄性为4．1％～9．7％，雌性为8．2％～14．5％．组织学观察结果雄性个体的精巢已发育到Ⅲ或Ⅳ期，精巢中有少量成熟精子出现；雌性个体的卵巢发育处于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期，最大卵母细胞直径达到2.Omm。综合以上结果判断，室内饲育4龄西伯利亚鲟雄性个体已接近性成熟，而雌性个体尚未达到性成熟。     

柳州市鱼峰区电子政务工程的设计与实现

用WindowsNT、Microsoft Exchange Seiver和SQLServer开发了柳州市鱼峰区电子政务工程。电子政务工程的局域网由网络中心、机关内部LAN和外部WAN组成，内外网通过信息交换中心服务器完成，电子政务工程实现了电子公文交换、网上传送及修改数据资料、电子审批、网上通知反馈、网上政务发布、资源共享等功能。电子政务工程实施后，提高了政府各部门的办事效率。     

某导弹模型动态参数的采集单元设计

文章研究设计了某导弹模型动响应动态参数的采集单元，全面论述了该单元的设计思想与硬件实现途径．研制完成的导弹模型动响应动态参数采集单元能够实现导弹模型在水中运动过程中五路加速度信号与五路应变信号之间的AD转换、记录、存储、保持等功能．     

自养与异养条件下小球藻对氮、磷的利用

研究了自养与异养条件下球藻对营养化水体中氮，磷的利用及藻体的生长，自养条件下，第2天对氮，磷利用达最大值，同时生物量也达最大，异养条件下，第2天对氮，磷利用基本达最大值，但藻体仍在生长，研究发现，对氮，磷利用率与藻体生长状态有关，并非随细胞密度增大而增大，自养宜在对数期收获得藻体，异养宜在稳定期收获藻体。     

缺损属性的补充方法——迭代MVC

迭代MVC法是一种基于关联规则推导的缺损属性补充方法，通过RAR（Robust Association Rules）算法产生候选关联规则，使用补充关联规则选择策略和用户的交互选出补充关联规则，进行缺损属性的补充，减少补充属性的噪音引入，提高数据补充的正确度，增强数据挖掘的精确度。
