溶剂萃取法提取衣康酸

研究了磷氧类萃取剂对稀水溶液中衣康酸的萃取行为,考察了溶剂配比、料酸浓度、操作温度等因素的影响。测定并关联了相平衡数据,证实萃合物为H_2Ita·(TBP)_2·H_2O。对于浓度约为40g/L的衣康酸发酵液,建议用50%TBP-ker为萃取剂,在室温(298 K)下萃取,反萃取用353 K热水。     

轴径向床中二维流动的研究：II.限定流道

在前文的基础上，结合流体在分流，集流流道中的变质量流动，考察了集流流道单边控制作用下限定流道时向心型轴径向床的流场，讨论了流道宽度和解媒封高度对调节流体分布的影响，提出了评价轴径向床合理设计的准则。     

MPEGII编解码技术在高速公路上的应用

数字编码技术日臻成熟为在交通领域内的广泛应用创造了一定基础。文章总结了数字编码技术的发展和特点，介绍了MPEGⅡ在高速公路图像传输的应用。通过对MPEGⅡ编码技术中关键技术的分析，对其应用中面临的实际问题进行了研究，并提出了解决问题的方案。     

专家系统在电力系统中的应用—水电厂全厂运行操作管理实用专家系统

本文介绍一个水电厂全厂运行操作管理实用专家系统。该系统利用近年新兴的人工智能技术，针对水电厂的运行实际需要进行开发，用目前流行的人工智能语言ＴｕｒｂｏＰｒｏｌｏｇ编制而成。该系统已通过鉴定，并投入现场使用，一年多的结果表明：该系统能自动完成水电厂包括电气、油、水、风等系统所有操作票的开票任务，开票迅速，开出的操作票正确实用、清晰美观，对防止误操作，提高全厂运行的安全性起到了良好的作用；同时它为管理人员提供了一种有效的管理手段，有利于防止无票操作，有利于提高工作效率。     

环境—透明薄膜—基板系统的椭偏角ψ和△对于δ_2、■_1、n_2的依赖关系

以椭圆偏振测量的基本公式为基础,利用计算机,研究了环境—透明薄膜—基板系统的椭偏角(?)和△对于δ_2、(?)_1、n_2的依赖关系,讨论了入射角、基板的折射率等实验参数的最佳选择问题。     

Observation of contrast variations of a copper (Ⅱ) complex by scanning tunneling microscopy

This report presents experimental observations of dramatic variations in STM images of bis [1,3-DI(p-n-tetradecyloxyphenyl)propane-1,3-dionato]copper( Ⅱ） (abbreviated to C14O-Cu)physisorbed on HOPG as the bias voltage is changed .Several representative image patterns were obtained for the rich changes of the internal contrast of the molecule .Submolecular features of the molecular cores and the interdigitated alkyl parts are clearly visible.     

Study of β—amyloid adsorption and aggregation on graphite by STM and AFM

The scanning tunneling microscopy(STM) and the atomic force microscopy(AMF) have been applied to the direct study of the adsorption and aggregation of β-amyloid(1-42)(Aβ42)on the hydrophobic graphite surface.It was found that Aβ42 were preferentially adsorbed on graphite defects such as the edges.Aβ42 peptides self-assembled into intermediate protofibrils,which in turn self-associated to form fibrils.Usually,two or more fibrils intertwined to form the helical structure.These results will provide an important clue to studying the aggregation process of β-amyloid.     

Structure of the dimerized hormone-binding domain of a guanylyl-cyclase-coupled receptor

The atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) hormone is secreted by the heart in response to an increase in blood pressure. ANP exhibits several potent anti-hypertensive actions in the kidney, adrenal gland and vascular system. These actions are induced by hormone binding extracellularly to the ANP receptor, thereby activating its intracellular guanylyl cyclase domain for the production of cyclic GMP. Here we present the crystal structure of the glycosylated dimerized hormone-binding domain of the ANP receptor at 2.0-A resolution. The monomer comprises two interconnected subdomains, each encompassing a central beta-sheet flanked by alpha-helices, and exhibits the type I periplasmic binding protein fold. Dimerization is mediated by the juxtaposition of four parallel helices, arranged two by two, which brings the two protruding carboxy termini into close relative proximity. From affinity labelling and mutagenesis studies, the ANP-binding site maps to the side of the dimer crevice and extends to near the dimer interface. A conserved chloride-binding site is located in the membrane distal domain, and we found that hormone binding is chloride dependent. These studies suggest mechanisms for hormone activation and the allostery of the ANP receptor.

Hardware system design for UHF surface velocities radar

UHF surface velocities radar is developed based on the successful ocean state measuring and analyzing radar system. The design method for UHF radar system is presented. It is designed to operate at UHF channel, and the transmit power is under 5W. Maximum range of field test over fresh water can be a kilometer. The field tests at Tangsun River and at Majiatan and Gaohazhou proved that USVR System can be used successfully.
