发酵法生产5`—肌苷酸的研究：Ⅰ.高产菌株的选育

报道了从自然界分离产氨短杆菌(Brevibacterium ammoniagenes)进行遗传诱变,获得突变株直接发酵法生产5′—肌苷酸的研究结果.从采集的婴幼儿大便及鸟类粪便中,分离鉴定出6株产氨短杆菌.将其中的No.18和No.20用紫外线,硫酸二乙酯,亚硝基胍以多种不同方式进行诱变处理,用青霉素浓缩缺陷型.通过对2万多个单菌落的逐个检查,筛选鉴定出7株腺嘌呤缺陷型(A-),1株鸟嘌呤缺陷型(G-),12株腺嘌呤鸟嘌呤双重缺陷型(A-G-).摇瓶发酵结果,有3株A-G-产多量5′—肌苷酸,其中No.18—AG—17产量比较稳定,最高产量达12.1mg/mL。

Quantitative determination of homogeneous strain value in superplastic tension

After load instability, a passage of homogeneous strain ε can be still continued in superplastic tensile deformation. But untill now, no one has given the precise value of ε corresponding to actual materials, neither in experimental measurements nor in theoretical calculations. Using the elaborate experimental measuring methods of m value and its function expressions, the note first gives the method to determine homogeneous ε, and the homogeneous ε value of typical superplastic alloy Zn-5% Al under 18℃ and 340℃ respectively.

一个半断路器接线远方跳闸保护双通道的实现

针对晋城局新建的城西变电所一个半断路器接线型式,结合运行经验对原有远方跳闸保护微波通道的切换方式进行全面改进,彻底解决了松西甲、乙线在音频保护通道出现异常并告警时,造成故障启动装置被迫停用进而引起晋城城网安全的重大设备隐患.     

Tunable fabrication of single-crystalline CsPbI3 nanobelts and their application as photodetectors

Lead halide perovskites have received increasing attention recently as a candidate material in various optoelectronic areas because of their high performance as light absorbers. Herein, we report the growth of CsPbI3 nanobelts via a solution process. A single-crystalline CsPbI3 nanobelt with uniform morphology can be achieved by controlling the amount of PbI2. A single-crystalline CsPbI3 nanobelt possesses a mean width, length, and thickness of 100 nm, 5 μm, and 20 nm, respectively. In this work, photodetectors (PDs) based on individual CsPbI3 nano-belts are constructed and found to perform well with an external quantum efficiency and responsivity of 2.39 × 105％ and 770 A/W, respect-ively. The PDs also show a high detectivity of up to 3.12 × 1012 Jones, which is at par with that of Si PDs. The PDs developed in this work ex-hibit great promise in various optoelectronic nanodevices.     

Effect of superplastic deformation on precipitation behavior of sigma phase in 3207 duplex stainless steel

Owing to excellent strength, toughness and corrosion resistance, duplex stainless steels(DSS) are widely used in constructional and petrochemical applications. Sigma phase, which has detrimental impact on the properties, is readily precipitated during hot working of DSS. However, precipitation behavior of sigma phase during superplastic deformation, which is the most significant processing method of DSS, is still unclear. In the current study,the effect of superplastic deformation on the precipitation behavior of sigma phase was investigated in 3207 duplex stainless steel. The result shows that superplastic deformation could prevent sigma phase precipitation generally by increasing mobility of grain boundaries and decreasing misorientation of the sigma phase boundaries, resulting in some sigma phase precipitated on the twin boundaries. Most of the sigma phase precipitated on ferrite-austenite interface with misorientation of 20–25°, while it precipitated in ferrite or austenite with the misorientation of 40°–45°. The orientation relationship between sigma phase and matrix matched well in austenite and on the ferrite/austenite interfaces, while it showed a small misfit in ferrite. The prevention effect of the superplastic deformation on the sigma phase precipitation was beneficial to quasi stable deformation stage,resulting in longer elongation.

种衣剂处理对油菜蚜虫控制效应的研究

研究表明种衣剂处理对油菜植株高度的影响集中表现在播种后１５～３５、５０～７０天两个增长高峰期；对茎粗、叶面积的影响以播种后３０～７０天增长尤为明显。对油菜蚜虫的控制效应表现在种群死亡率增大、若虫期发育历期加大，成虫寿命、产仔率明显降低。采用种衣剂和４０％甲基异柳磷混合处理，可有效地控制苗期蚜虫的危害，在花期配合喷施４０％甲基异柳磷，其保产效果可高达１９．７４％。
