考虑车辆过缝的车-桥耦合振动分析方法

为考虑伸缩缝参数变化对车-桥耦合动力响应的影响,通过分析车轮过缝过程,提出了车辆过缝等效力、等效位移模型.利用伸缩缝局部振动模态提取法及模态综合法,建立了考虑伸缩缝参数影响的车-桥耦合动力响应分析模型,并基于Matlab平台编制了车辆过缝的车-桥耦合动力响应分析程序及其数值求解方法.以某简支转连续梁桥为例,通过现场实测对考虑车辆过缝的车-桥耦合动力响应分析方法进行验证.结果表明,利用所提方法计算的伸缩缝和主梁的加速度和位移响应峰值与实测值的误差均在7%以内,说明该方法能够较为准确地考虑车辆过缝对车-桥耦合动力响应的影响.     

Measuring Environmental Performance of Provincial Thermal Power Plants in China: A Malmquist DEA Approach with Fixed-Sum Undesirable Outputs

With the development of China’s economy, environmental pollution has become cumulatively serious. The primary source of environmental pollution is thermal power generation, which has attracted the attention of governments and academia in recent years. To effectively reduce environmental pollution, research should study how to constrain the undesirable output of thermal power plants, that is, to limit the total undesirable output of the plants to a certain fixed sum. However, few studies have suggested that these undesirable outputs should be fixed-sum outputs. Moreover, no previous research publication about thermal power plants has analyzed their environmental performance changes. To address these gaps, a novel Malmquist-DEA approach is proposed for evaluate the environmental performance of thermal power plants in this paper. This approach generalizes the equilibrium efficient frontier DEA model with fixed-sum undesirable outputs and incorporates the model into the Malmquist productivity index (MPI). The authors apply this approach to the analysis of provincial thermal power plant environmental performance in China and analyze such plants’ trends based on panel data from 2011 to 2014. The empirical research shows that the environmental performance of regional thermal power plants was positively affected by efficiency change and negatively affected by technical change. Finally, the authors provide policy suggestions based on our findings.

介质阻隔放电合成臭氧的研究

研究了介质阻隔放电中臭氧生成随放电时间、场强及氧气压力变化的关系，从电子能量的角度得到了在接近常压条件下臭氧生成的最优化条件，最佳约化场强度（３３０Ｔｄ），并测定了本系统中臭氧的热解常数。     

光纤传感网络用于电磁流变结构的特性测试与工程控制

电流变材料(Electrorheological-ER)是近年出现的能够在外加电场作用下改变性能的新材料,光纤传感器以其优良的抗电磁干扰能力成为ER构件的性能测试和应用研究中的首选.智能结构使用的难点之一是根据实际使用的目的和结构设计合适的传感器和控制系统.本文先探讨了偏振光纤传感器测量ER构件的动态应变的基本原理,然后以欧拉- 伯努利(Euler-Bernoulli)梁的横向弯曲振动为例讨论了一种用光纤传感网络判断一维振动的几阶振动模式的方法,进而探讨了二维情况下圆板振动模式的判断,可作为动态情况下智能结构实际使用的参考模式.     

A new implementation of image-processing engine for 3D visualization and stereo video stream display

This paper presents a new implementation of a high-definition image-processing engine,which mainly targets the 3-dimensional(3D)visualization and stereo video stream display of binocular display equipment.The engine is compatible with the mainstream analog and digital stereo videos in component format and is able to receive stereo composite video broadcast signals using an integrated analog stereo video decoder.The four modules include a spatiotemporal scaling transform engine,a 2D–3D converter,an image animating engine,and a 2D scalar operating in pipeline architecture to implement the video format conversion and the stereo effect enhancement.Furthermore,the data access,hardware structure,and system-level configurations are optimized.Finally,the proposed architecture is realized by 0.18 lm CMOS technology.The application-specific integrated circuit verification results show that the engine can generate a strong feeling of 3D immersion and highdefinition image quality with minimal flicker.The chip has wide compatibility and an uppermost 1080P-processing capacity,which has approximately 3.5 million gates with about 43 mm2 die size.     

The generalized partial transposition criterion for infinite-dimensional quantum systems

The positive partial transposition(PPT)criterion and the realignment criterion constitute two of the most important criteria for detecting entanglement.The generalized partial transposition(GPT)criterion which contains the PPT criterion and the realignment criterion as special cases,provides a necessary condition for a multipartite state to be separable.Here we extend the GPT criterion to the infinitedimensional multipartite(bipartite)case and show that it includes multipartite(bipartite)PPT criterion and multipartite(bipartite)realignment criterion as special cases as well.
