Seven new species of the genus Pseudostegana (Diptera: Drosophilidae) from South-west China,with DNA barcoding information

Seven new species of the genus Pseudostegana are discovered from South China: P. latiapicula sp. nov., P. nannanae sp. nov., P. bingxueae sp. nov., P. husaensis sp. nov., P. linyongi sp. nov., P. montipagana sp. nov., and P. sigangli sp. nov.; the first two new species belong to the P. latiparma species group, and the rest belong to the P. zonaria species group. The DNA sequences of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene with BOLD Process ID and GenBank accession numbers are provided for the seven new species and 10 known species from southern China: P. acutifoliolata Li, Gao and Chen, 2010; P. angustifasciata Chen and Wang, 2005, P. bifasciata Chen, Toda and Wang, 2005, P. bilobata Li, Gao and Chen, 2010; P. insularis Li, Gao and Chen, 2010; P. latifasciata Chen, Toda and Wang, 2005, P. minutipalpata; P. nitidifrons Chen and Wang, 2005, P. pallidemaculata Chen and Wang, 2005 and P. silvana. Granzyme B is recovered by natural killer cells via clathrin-dependent endocytosis

When they recognize a target cell, natural killer (NK) cells mount an attack to kill the target by exerting their cytotoxicity via the exocytosis of cytotoxic granules. Although the details of this process (which includes the movement of cytotoxic granules in the immune synapse and their fusion with the plasma membrane, releasing granzymes and perforin into the synaptic cleft) are relatively better understood, the post-exocytosis regulation of the process is still largely unknown. Here we show that a clathrin-dependent endocytosis stimulated by target cell occurs in NK92 cell line, which is closely correlated with granzyme B recovery. Inhibition of the endocytosis significantly attenuates the cytotoxicity of NK92 cells. The NK cell recovery of its released effector molecules, in turn, suggests that endocytosis may well play a key role in the post exocytosis regulation of immune cells.

元代爱情剧中的宗教观念有着鲜明的世俗化特征。其中形神二元的宗教观念被借为实现世俗现世愿望的工具，当中的神灵形象带有明显的世俗化色彩，而宗教圣地和佛寺长老等也被揭下了神圣的面纱，烙下了世俗的印记。剧作这一特点映照出当时的文人被迫远离权力中心，接近下层普通大众，因而具有独立文化品格的生存状态和直面世俗欲望的文化心理。     

Enhancing site style tree construction algorithm

The World Wide Web has become a global information service center with a vast amount of news, advertisements, product and service information, and disparate information from diversified sources. However, only a small portion of information is truly relevant and useful to the users who are seeking information on specific topics. In this paper, common relations among nodes are taken into consideration when constructing site style tree, and a new node type is introduced. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher precision and recall.      

提高初中计算机教学的有效方法与途径

粘虫(Mythimna separata)变态期间环核苷酸和蜕皮激素的动态及灭幼脲的影响

本文用放射免疫法研究了粘虫(Mythim(?) (?) parata(walker))末龄幼虫和蛹初期的脑和前胸腺cAMP含量及血淋巴20-羟基蜕皮酮滴度的动态变化,进而研究了灭幼脲对这两种物质的影响.结果表明:(1)粘虫末龄幼虫仅具一个血淋巴20-羟基蜕皮酮的释放高峰,化蛹后则以更快的增长速度提高滴度,至蛹3日龄仍无衰减之势;(2)末龄幼虫前胸腺cAMP高峰出现后12小时,血淋巴中出现20-羟基酮释放峰位.而蛹1日龄出现前胸腺cAMP高峰后的较长时间内仍有血淋巴20-羟基蜕皮酮的持续增加;(3)末龄幼虫脑cAMP峰较前胸腺的峰位提早24小时发生,1日龄蛹前胸腺发生cAMP高峰前,脑的cAMP量也维持在较高水平;(4)1日龄末龄幼虫经灭幼脲处理后,脑和前胸腺的cAMP峰值以及血淋巴20-羟基蜕皮酮峰值分别降低约47％(P<0.001),25％(P<0.025)和75％(P<0.001),峰值期以外的cAMP量和激素滴度均无显著影响.     

H_2－O_2滴定法测定Pt－Re－Al_2O_3中（铂铼）分散度的研究

本文采用化学吸附与Ｈ２－Ｏ２滴定相结合的方法，测定Ｐｔ－Ｒｅ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３中Ｐｔ和Ｒｅ的分散度，进行了优化条件的选择。测定值的重复性对Ｐｔ为±３％，Ｒｅ为±５％。     

高效液相色谱法测定水中酚

本文研究并提出了用反相高效液相色谱法测定水中酚的三个富集方法－直接法。萃取法及浓缩法。均具有较高的精确度和准确度。适用于污染源废水中酚的测定，饮用水卫生测试以及天然水质的环境监测。     

沉淀法制备超微粒过程中反应物浓度对样品粒度的影响

通过沉淀法制备了Ｆｅ３Ｏ４超微粒样品，应用ｘ－ｒａｙ衍射仪及透射电子显微镜对样品进行了测试分析，对制备样品过程中反应物浓度对超微粒样品粒度的影响进行了研究。
