论人的素质与社会发展的同步性

论文从社会形态发展史出发，说明人的素质是一个动态的社会历史范畴。人是主体性与受动性的统一，作为社会主体，高素质人才将是知识经济社会发展的决定性因素之一；人的受动性决定了其自身素质必须与社会历史的发展相同步。这在当今时代不仅具有客观必要性，又具有现实紧迫性。

含源电路欧姆定律的推广及其应用

本文用含源电路的欧姆定律概括了均匀电路的欧姆定律、全电路的欧定律和基尔霍夫第二定律;并将以上结果从稳恒电流电路中推广到了暂态过程和磁路中去,从而突出了“路”的共性及宏观基本规律。同时建立了对“路”统一、实用的符号规约。     

求解线性规划的单纯形方法与折线搜索技术

本文给出了一个求解线性规划的折线搜索法,该方法是在单纯形方法中增加了折线搜索技术。新方法能够减少迭代次数,也能消除已有的指数算例。     

PIXE and INAA studies on ancient potteries from Guangfulin relics in Shanghai

This paper reports the study of ancient potteries unearthed from the Guangfulin site in Shanghai. From the external features of these potteries, archeologists can classify them into two different cultural types: Liangzhu culture (local culture) and a new culture which might be derived elsewhere, but they can not recognize whether they were produced in the same place. Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) and instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) were used to measure the chemical compositions of the samples and the results were analyzed using multivariate statistics. We found that the two methods can complement each other and their database can be mutually referenced in the study of ancient potteries. Experimental results show that the compositions of the potteries from the two cultural types are different, which means that the materials for ancient potteries of new culture originate from elsewhere. This supports the archaeologists’ speculation that a group of ancient people migrated to Shanghai from some other places 4000 years ago.     

裂纹研究的金相方法

本文结合作者的工作实践,论述了裂纹研究中的多种金相方法。通过光学显微镜(OM),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及相应的若干特殊制样技术,可生动揭示金属材料的裂纹行为。     

TR/W电液伺服阀数学模型的辨识及其数字仿真

本文介绍用脉冲响应法辨识TR/W电液伺服阀的数学模型,并对辨识结果进行数字仿真。数字仿真曲线与实测的阶跃响应曲线相符。     

论社会转型与全面建设小康社会

当前中国正处于深刻的社会转型之中，集中表现为从计划经济向市场经济转变、从农业社会向工业社会以及后工业社会的转型，从而产生了一种混合型化模式。社会学对于社会转型的驱动力有着自身独特的解释原则和解释框架，那就是：中国社会转型的内驱力就在于儒家化吸收中西方化传统，使中华民族形成了实现现代化的强大动力并内化为切实可行的行动。本世纪头20年中国社会转型的目标就是全面建设小康社会，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴打下坚实基础。     

QUADRATIC ADMISSIBLE ESTIMATE OF COVARIANCE IN PSEUDO-ELLIPTICAL CONTOURED DISTRIBUTION

This article mainly discusses the admissibility of quadratic estimate of covariance in pseudo-elliptical distribution.Under the quadratic loss function,the necessary and sufficient conditions thata quadratic estimator is an admissible estimator of covariance in the class of quadratic estimators areobtained.A complete class of the quadratic estimator class is also given.
