Host cell reactivation of ozone-treated T3 bacteriophage by different strains ofEscherichia coli

Summary Host cell reactivation capacity for ozone T3 phage was determined for differentE. coli strains deficient in one or more of the DNA repair mechanisms. The results indicate that DNA polymerase I appears to play a key role in the repair of damage produced on the DNA by ozone while thelexA gene product seems to play a minor one.This research was sponsored by the National Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada. 高低杠“屈体腾越转体180°再握”动作的运动学分析

本文采用固定高速摄影及影片数字化研究方法，对山西体操运动员郭佳在１９９０年新创的屈体腾越转体１８０°再握动作进行运动学分析，得出各技术环节的运动学数据，找到其动作的运动学特征，为我国体操教练员和运动员提供参考。     

酵母菌耐性与海藻糖积累的初步研究

对 11株酵母菌进行了渗透压、乙酸、冷冻、乙醇耐性实验及海藻糖积累的比较。实验表明 ,渗透压耐性和乙酸耐性较好的菌株 ,其积累海藻糖的能力较强 ;而抗冷冻和乙醇耐性与海藻糖的积累能力无明显的相关性。

Increased assembly of cytoskeletal proteins associated with the transformation of human liver cells into fibroblast-like cells.

A topoisomerase II inhibitor, novobiocin, and a deacetylase inhibitor, butyrate, synergistically transformed human liver cells into fibroblast-like cells. This morphological change was associated with an increased production of procollagen type III peptide and a simultaneous assembly of actin, tubulin, vimentin and cytokeratin. Novobiocin and butyrate had no marked effect on the phosphorylation state of cytokeratin proteins, but synergistically enhanced [3H]acetate uptake. From these results, it can be speculated that protein acetylation plays an important role in inducing the assembly of cytoskeletal proteins and the morphological transformation of human liver cells.

发展型方程的快速Legendre谱τ逼近

摘要：以发展型模型方程为背景，建立了半离散和全离散的Legendre谱τ格式，并用反向递推法和奇偶分解法建立了Legendre谱τ方法的快速算法，在每一时间层上，其运算量仅为O(N)．运用离散能量法严格证明了全离散格式在时空方向的收敛阶分别为τ^2和N^1-m．数值结果显示了算法的有效性．     

SolidWorks 2001 Plus三维CAD软件在锅炉设计中的应用

对手工制图、二维CAD制图和三维CAD制图3种方式进行了比较，指出三维CAD软件有取代二维CAD软件的趋势。成功应用SolidWorks 2001Plus三维CAD软件进行锅炉设计，可极大提高企业的产品开发效率。
