卷首语

2010年——教育大改革的新一年，在人们的翘首期盼中悄然而至。随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的出台，教育改革将更加凸显。教育部2010年工作要点中有45处提及“改革”，涉及学前教育、义务教育、高中教育、职业教育、高等教育、特殊教育、民族教育等不同领域。教育部将成立国家教育综合改革办公室，“统筹推进教育体制改革及试点”，研究推进教育体制改革创新及试点实施的方案，支持重点领域的改革。教育改革成为最突出的主题词。

A performance evaluation index system for multimedia communication networks and forecasting for web-based network traffic

This paper presents a new index system for the performance evaluation and network planning of multimedia communication systems using measurement on actual systems to support several different traffic types. In this index system, we develop an expert system to evaluate the performance of such multimedia communication networks including channel utilization and call blocking probability and packet delay, and apply the network planning methods to optimize the networks and forecast the demand of the growing multimedia communications systems. Two important planning problems for the multimedia communication systems are presented: optimization problem for construction of the world system and forecast problem for increasing traffic demands. We first discuss analysis methods, performance measures for the multimedia communication systems. Then, we describe network planning methods for the multimedia communication systems and give some efficiency network planning methods. Finally, we present some results studied in     

计算机图形学原理——应用OpenGL和Maya的理论和实践

计算机图形学已广泛应用于多媒体、医学、工业等领域。本书以轻松而有趣的方式介绍了计算机图形学的基本原理。阅读这本书不需要高深的数学及编程知识，读者只需要具备基本的三角几何、代数编程知识即可。在介绍基本原理的同时，书中还介绍了OpenGL API——事实上的桌面系统标准图形库以及计算机图形学软件Maya的使用方法，这对读者加深对计算机图形学的理解及提高应用能力也大有帮助。

一个国家的经济是由很多元素组成的. 经济系统中组成元素越多，不确定因素和无序性都在增加. 如何实现综合管理系统模式下不确定程度的最小化，分析认为只有管理过程才能抑制无序性的增加，而利用信息理论对转变过程进行研究就是一种最普遍的方法.     

A Mathematical Model of Real-Time Simulation and the Convergence Analysis on Real-Time Runge-Kutta Algorithms

In this paper, a mathematical model of real-time simulation is given, and the problem of convergence on real-time Runge-Kutta algorithms is analysed. At last a theorem on the relation between the order of compensation and the convergent order of real-time algorithm is proved.     

ANALYSIS OF INCOMPLETE STOCK MARKET WITH JUMP-DIFFUSION UNCERTAINTY

This paper studies incomplete stock market that includes discontinuous price processes. The discontinuity is modeled by very general point processes admitting only stochastic intensities. Prices are driven by jump-diffusion uncertainty and have random but predictable jumps. The space of risk-neutral measures that are associated with the market is identified and related to fictitious completions. The construction of replicating portfolios is discussed, and convex duality methods are used to prove existence of optimal consumption and investment policies for a problem of utility maximization.     

Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating on plagiogranite from Kuerti ophiolite in Altay,North Xinjiang

The geochronological study on ophiolites is of great interest due to its tectonic significance. Previous studies have shown that ophiolites can form in various tectonic settings including middle ocean ridge, island arc, forearc and backarc basins; most of them are found in the suprasubduction zone[1,2].
