高职院校后勤社会化改革评价机制研究

对高职院校后勤社会化改革程度评价首先应抓住对质量管理体系的评价;其次是对其他管理体系的评价.这一评价为领导者、决策者对于资源配置、整体策划和事业的发展提供了可靠的决策依据.     

哈维氏弧菌黑鲷分离株BK-1培养条件优化研究

从患病黑鲷Sparus macrocephalus 的肾脏分离到一致病菌株BK-1,经鉴定为哈维氏弧菌.对哈维氏弧菌BK-1株的最佳生长条件及培养基优化进行了测定.结果表明:不同的培养条件和培养基成份均会影响其产量.哈维氏弧菌最适宜生长条件为:盐度为2%、pH8、温度为30℃;最佳培养基成份为:蛋白胨0.5%,牛肉膏0.75%,甘油0.05%,CuSO40.15 mg/L,CaCl2 0.01 g/L.     

鹰嘴豆对小鼠血糖及血脂的影响

本文以新疆地产的鹰嘴豆（Cicer arietinum）为受试样品，用高血糖模型小鼠研究鹰嘴豆调节血糖和血脂的作用．选取27只健康小鼠并随机分为三组；对照组，鹰嘴豆低剂量组（10g／kg／d），鹰嘴豆高剂量组（20g／kg／d），将鹰嘴豆粉与普通饲料混合，喂养12天后，测定其空腹血糖、血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）含量，并对所得数据进行统计学处理，以此来作为对鹰嘴豆调节血糖血脂的功能评价。结果表明：鹰嘴豆对高血糖小鼠具有很好的降糖和降血脂作用，对预防糖尿病及其并发症具有积极意义。     

风洞实验中多通道测压管路系统的参数分析

为了掌握风洞实验中多通道测压管路系统的特性，基于耗散模型，分析了影响系统频率响应函数的各个参数，总结了多通道管路系统频响函数的定性规律，并指出在常用的几何尺寸范围内，影响频响函数的因素主要有PVC管的长度、内径和限制器的尺寸及位置，为设计多通道测压管路系统提供了依据．     

Observation and dydrodynamic analysis of fast-start of yellow catfish (pelteobagrus fulvidraco)

The kinematics and hydrodynamics of the escape response of yellow catfish ( Pelteobagrus fulvidraco ) is investigated.It is observed from digital high-speed camera that all the escape response of yellow catfish is a C-type fast-start, which is characterized by the C-shape of the fish body at the end of the first contraction of the lateral musculature. Based on the analysis of the mass center movement and the performance of the caudal fin, the fast-start process can be divided into two stages: in stage one the fish body rotates rapidly around its mass center and in stage two the fish begins moving straightly. Theoretically, the Weihs' model is employed to obtain the forces, moments and turning angular accelerations acting on the fish during the escape response. The results are in good agreement with the experimental observation. Furthermore, muscle strain at different locations along the body is calculated. At last, the dynamical performance of the escape response is explained.     

Combined adjustment project of national astronomical geodetic networks and 2000'' national GPS control network

The combined adjustment project of the nationwide astronomical geodetic networks and 2000' national GPS control network involve 48519 terrestrial observational stations and 2666 GPS observational stations. In the terrestrial network, 25107 stations are height fixed and 23412 stations are in three dimensions. 440793 terrestrial observations and 183668 unknowns are involved in the adjustment. The three-dimensional observational models for the adjustment have been established. The crustal deformation influences and corrections are researched. Fast methods of solving partitioned adjustment for super large-scale geodetic network have been studied. The standard deviations of three-dimensional coordinates for all stations are evaluated. As a result of the combined adjustment, a unified national geodetic network with nearly 50000 stations is established, the high accurate three-dimensional geocentric coordinates are obtained. The standard deviation for geoid is averagely 0.2 m, for vertical deflection is about 1.5″, for the horizontal position is about 0.12 m, for the geodetic height is about 0.14 m, and for the three-dimensional position is averagely 0.3 m.

民法典总则之意思表示解释规则初探

意思表示解释与法律行为解释和合同解释不同。意思表示解释有其特殊的法律构造，其解释对象是表示行为和效果意思而不仅仅是目的意思，意思表示解释的原则。依意思表示类型的不同而有所不同。我国民法通则对意思表示解释没有规定，在未来的民法典型总则中应当对此加以完善。     

整体无阀机构太阳能冰箱的应用研究

在太阳能固体吸附循环制冷的基础上，采用无阀机构连接优化设计后的吸附床、冷凝器、蒸发器，构建成新型无阀机构的太阳能冰箱．将该太阳能冰箱分别在实验室内及实验室外进行静态实验及动态实验，得出了系统在一定辐射能量后的对外性能特性．所开展的研究工作为实用化的太阳能冰箱奠定了基础．
