从近代三部学制看中国高等教育的近代化

学制旨在规范一个国家各级各类学校的教育活动,推动整个国家学校教育的良性发展;纵观清末民初制定的《癸卯学制》、《壬子—癸丑学制》和《壬戌学制》,反映了我国高等教育逐步近代化的进程,彰显了我国高等教育从封建社会的垄断、务虚、封闭到近代社会的实用化、民主化、平民化和国际化的转变趋势。但由于对近代高等教育本质理解上的偏差,也使中国高等教育近代化出现了一些曲折与失误。     

基于FSTP模式的《包装结构与包装CAD设计》“四段六步”教学法

通过分析FSTP(四段六步法)教育培养模式的基本特点,设计了《包装结构与包装CAD设计》精品课程的"四段六步法"教学模式,将课程内容、学习情境、学习目标、反馈机制、技能指标嵌入到考核体系。FSTP教学模式将企业产品引入到教学中,通过项目实施,边做边学,实现了学生主体地位,发挥了教师的主导作用,从而形成了特点鲜明的新型高职课程教学体系。     

Physical location of terminal markers belonging to five linkage groups in maize RFLP map using in situ hybridization

Ten terminal or subterminal RFLP markers belonging to linkage groups 1, 3, 5, 6, and 10 in maize RFLP map were physically locted onto maize mitotic chromosomes with in situ hybridization. All biotinylated probes from 600 to 2 250 bp were detected by DAB staining. The markers belonging to linkage groups 1, 3, 5, 6, and 10 correspondingly located at the chromosomes 1, 3, 5, 6, and 10. All of the tested markers except bnl6.25 and umc44 were duplicated sequences. Each of them was also labeled on another chromosome besides on the chromosome corresponding to its linkage group. The marker bnl3. 04 was triplicated sequences and the signals were detected on three nonhomologous chromosomes. In the tested ten markers, there were only four located at the ends of corresponding chromosomes. Others were located at sites midway along the chromosome arms or near the centromeres. The region covered by two terminal or subterminal markers in each of linkage groups 1, 3, 5, and 6 occupied 80.02%, 38.25%, 82.30% and 51.16% of the region of both short and long arms in chromosomes 1, 3, 5, and 6 respectively. Only two terminal markers of linkage group 10 covered the whole chromosome 10. In some linkage groups, two terminal or subterminal markers covered a short genetic distance but were physically distant, while two covering a longer genetic distance were physically closer. 引入"位移量"概念,试图从数学推导的角度对档差公式、档差、位移量进行推理.提出了位移量与档差的运算关系式.为准确、迅速求取点放码的位移量提供了快捷方便的方法,解决了服装点放码的困惑.     

从曲谱看《全元散曲》存在的若干校勘问题

隋树森编的《全元散曲》作为散曲研究的材料很完备,但在使用过程中发现其中仍有诸如断句、脱韵、字词讹误、次序颠倒等等不少疏失之处,试依据曲律、曲韵对其中的字句脱漏、讹误、颠倒及其他一些讹误进行校勘,以期为研究者提供些参考。     

ZrCl4蒸汽法沉积ZrC涂层的锆源输送装置

为解决ZrCl4蒸汽法化学气相沉积包覆燃料颗粒ZrC涂层时锆源输送的控制问题,设计制造了锆源输送装置.改装坩埚电阻炉,配备温度控制箱,以满足蒸发器的连接和控温要求;设计不锈钢蒸发器与耐高温、腐蚀压力表以满足腐蚀性气体测压要求;使用加热带和玻璃纤维布以满足ZrCl4蒸汽输送过程保温要求.最后进行ZrCl4蒸汽载带实验.实验结果表明,通过控制蒸发器加热温度和载气流量该装置可以实现ZrCl4蒸汽的定量载带,为ZrCl4蒸汽法沉积ZrC涂层提供了设备基础.     

焊接工艺参数中的BP神经网络与遗传算法结合

为了解决焊接工艺参数的确定问题,提出了BP神经网络与遗传算法相结合的研究方法,根据BP神经网络的非线性映射功能,得到不同条件下的焊接效果;利用遗传算法全局最优值的搜索功能,不断地进行焊接参数的全局寻优;通过旋转电弧熔化极气体保护焊的试验数据进行了参数求解.结果表明该方法具有准确、高效的优点,适用于焊接工艺参数的研究.

介绍了区域经济发展阶段划分的主要理论依据和方法,归纳了各种划分方法的优缺点和适用范围,并以福建省为例,采用改进的模糊综合评判方法,判别该省1991年-2005年处于工业化中期这一阶段,结果与其他学者的研究结论基本一致.
