救荒野豌豆对根竞争的响应及其识别机制

以救荒野豌豆为材料,研究其对邻体根的响应机制以及根之间的识别方式.结果表明:邻体根存在时,叶、茎、冠、根生物量,根冠比和花数量均没有变化,而繁殖生物量明显增加,表明根的生长与繁殖不存在权衡,也表明救荒野豌豆能够检测到邻体根的存在并做出响应;根之间的识别方式既有直接接触,也有间接的化感作用.     

制备特定尺寸的纳米金颗粒方法及性能表征

通过化学还原法制备出不同粒径的纳米金颗粒。利用紫外可见分光光度计和透射电子显微镜对纳米金颗粒的形貌及尺寸进行表征。讨论了还原剂种类、还原剂用量、试剂加入顺序、反应温度等因素对纳米金颗粒稳定性、粒径、形貌和分散性的影响。结果表明：Na3C6H5O7为还原剂制得纳米金颗粒粒径在15-20 nm之间,NaBH4为还原剂制得的...     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">Dictyostelium</Emphasis> dynamin B modulates cytoskeletal structures and membranous organelles

Dictyostelium discoideum cells produce five dynamin family proteins. Here, we show that dynamin B is the only member of this group of proteins that is initially produced as a preprotein and requires processing by mitochondrial proteases for formation of the mature protein. Our results show that dynamin B-depletion affects many aspects of cell motility, cell-cell and cell-surface adhesion, resistance to osmotic shock, and fatty acid metabolism. The mature form of dynamin B mediates a wide range and unique combination of functions. Dynamin B affects events at the plasma membrane, peroxisomes, the contractile vacuole system, components of the actin-based cytoskeleton, and cell adhesion sites. The modulating effect of dynamin B on the activity of the contractile vacuole system is unique for the Dictyostelium system. Other functions displayed by dynamin B are commonly associated with either classical dynamins or dynamin-related proteins.

New Voronoi Diagram Algorithm of Multiply-Connected Planar Areas in the Selective Laser Melting

This paper studies the practical generation of Voronoi diagrams for multiply-connected planar areas bounded by line segments. The core of the algorithm was calculating Voronoi polygon of every Voronoi object in planar areas independently. The main approach had two steps. The first step was calculating all relevant bisectors of every Voronoi object. The second was combining obtained bisectors into completed Voronoi polygons individually. All code was implemented in Visual C++ platform. The resulting code was extensively tested in real-world data and its practical running time grew only linearly. Three statistical CPU-consumption charts had been drawn with the Voronoi diagrams computation data, and compared with other published codes for computing Voronoi diagrams. The algorithm was applied to compute offsetting of slice area consisting of large-scale line segments for the selective laser melting (SLM) trajectory scanning technology which is a kind of rapid prototyping (RP). The experimental results of offsetting for slice area based on Voronoi diagrams show that the approach is effective and simple for polygon offsetting problems. The method is helpful to those offsetting work and can provide more effective offsetting solution.     

中日两国近代毛纺织工业对比研究

中国和日本的近代毛纺织工业都是在19世纪80年代从西方引进的。但今天日本按人口平均的毛纺织生产能力已为中国的10倍。这两国毛纺织工业的宏观发展都可分为4个阶段:①1913年以前的初创阶段;②1914～1936年的奠基阶段;⑧1937～1949年的曲折阶段;④1950以后的成长阶段。但微观分析可见,这两国之间存在许多差异,本文简要地描述了这些差异。通过这种对比,可得出近代毛纺织工业发展的若干共同规律。     

四川引种安哥拉山羊可行性报告

四川省畜牧局为充分利用本省山地牧草资源,振兴民族地区经济,正蕴酿引种安哥拉山羊到山区去改良当地土种山羊,并立题组成课题组对引种的可行性进行研究。研究内容涉及安哥拉山羊生态适应性观测、四川引种安哥拉山羊适宜地区的探讨等。课题组在查阅了大量国外安哥拉山羊饲养业资料的基础上,对引进到陕西省米脂县的安哥拉山羊进行了生态适应性观测;根据安哥拉山羊对生态条件的要求和四川省各地的生态条件,用差额法确定了引种的适宜地区,最后结合交通等条件,提出了四川引种安哥拉山羊的最适地区。结论表明引种到米脂县的安哥拉山羊基本上能适应当地的生态条件;四川西北部有理县等18个县属于干旱区或半干旱区,具有安哥拉山羊所要求的生态条件,可供引种时选用。结合交通条件考虑,以汶川县的绵池至杂谷脑一带、松潘县的镇江口和黑水的西尔为最佳,建议首先在这些地区尽快引种少量安哥拉山羊作进一步的适应性观测,取得成功后,再推广到其它适宜地区。     

非线性数理分析在钢筋混凝土无箍板研究中的应用

本文依据数理统计原理对钢筋混凝土无箍板抗剪性能的试验结果进行了研究.在对无箍板抗剪强度各影响因素的分析中,提出了关于抗剪强度计算的非线性模型,并进行了多元非线性回归计算.     

要加强对《教师法》实施的检查监督

《教师法》实施以来,广东省领导重视,政府努力为教师办实事,重视教师队伍素质的提高,取得了好成绩。但在教师待遇到位、教师队伍建设等方面仍存在不少问题,必须引起高度重视。各级人大必须确立正确的观念,下大决心,采取切实有力措施,加强对《教师法》实施的检查监督,保障教师合法权益。
